본 연구는 조직구성원의 셀프리더십 전략이 학습조직 구축에 미치는 영향과 셀프리더십과 학습조직의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 국내 5개의 기업에서 총 211명의 설문응답을 표본으로 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 조직구성원의 셀프리더십 전략은 학습조직의 사람영역과 구조영역 모두에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 자기효능감은 셀프리더십과 학습조직의 사람영역에서 부분 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 조직구성원의 셀프리더십 수준이 높을수록, 학습조직 구축의 정도가 높다는 것을 의미할 뿐만 아니라, 자기효능감을 통해 셀프리더십 전략이 학습조직 구축에 기여한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 학습조직에서 조직구성원의 내적동기가 조직구성원뿐만 아니라 조직의 시스템에도 영향을 미치고 있음을 시사하고 있다. 따라서 HRD 실무자들이 조직이나 교육 과정 개발 시, 조직구성원의 내적동기를 활용함으로써 지식창출과 공유를 통한 성과향상을 기대할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of employees` self-leadership strategies on building a learning organization and the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the relationship between self-leadership and learning organization. The results, based on a regression analysis of 211 employees, revealed that employees` self-leadership strategies had a positive effect on building a learning organization and self-efficacy partially mediated the relationship between self-leadership and learning organization. The findings highlight the fact that consideration of self-leadership ability and self-efficacy is a promising addition to building a learning organization and organizational development. Human resource development and organization development specialists can support self-leadership and self-efficacy in employees` performance levels by introducing the relevant practices.

Background: Unmet healthcare needs have many advantages for measuring inequalities in healthcare use. However, the existing indicator is difficult to capture the reality of unmet healthcare needs sufficiently and is not quite appropriate in comparing regional inequality. The purpose of this study is to critically analyze the utilization of the unmet healthcare need indicator for regional healthcare inequalities research. Methods: We used the level of healthcare accessibility and healthcare need to categorize the regions that are known to cause differences in healthcare utilization between regions and verified how existing unmet healthcare need indicator is distributed at the regional level. Results: Four types of regions were classified according to the high and low levels of healthcare needs and accessibility. The hypothesis about the regional type expected to have the highest unmet healthcare need was not proved. The hypothesis about the lowest expected regional type was proved, but the difference in the average rate of unmet healthcare needs among regional types was not significant. The standard deviation of the rate of unmet healthcare needs among regions within the same type was also higher than the overall regional variation, which also disproved the whole frame of hypothesis. Conclusion: Failure to prove the hypothesis means the gap between the supposed meaning of the indicator and the reality. In order to understand the current state of healthcare utilization of people in various regions of Korea and to resolve inequality, fundamental research on the in-depth structure and mechanisms of healthcare utilization is needed.

장애영유아보육교사 자격 취득 여부에 따른 어린이집 교사의 장애통합보육 및 장애영유아보육교사 자격제도 인식 차이

본 연구의 목적은 장애통합보육과 이를 위해 마련된 장애영유아보육교사 자격제도에 대한 어린이집 교사의 인식이 장애영유아보육교사 자격취득 여부에 따라 차이가 있는지, 통계적 유의성을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기지역 소재 어린이집에 재직하고 있는 보육교사 330명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 독립표본 t검정 실시하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애영유아보육교사 자격 취득 교사집단이 미취득 교사집단에 비해 장애통합보육 당위성에 대한 인식이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애영유아보육교사 자격 취득 교사집단이 미취득 교사집단에 비해 장애영유아보육교사 자격제도에 대한 이해. 기대감, 개선방안에 대한 인식이 더 높고, 부담감에 대한 인식은 더 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 한편 장애영유아보육교사 자격제도 문제점인식 수준은 집단 간 유의한 차이가 없으며 두 집단 모두 ‘자격취득 과정의 수월함’과 그로인한 ‘장애영유아보육교사의 역량 인정어려움’을 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 내실있는 장애영유아보육교사 자격 제도 운영과 장애영유아보육교사의 전문성 향상 교사교육을 제안한다. The purpose of this study is to verify whether there is a difference in daycare center teachers' perceptions of disabled childcare teachers' qualification system for disabled childcare teachers' qualifications and whether or not there is a statistical significance. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting 330 childcare teachers working in daycare centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and independent sample t-test using the SPSS 23.0 program. The main results are as follows. First, it was found that the group of teachers who have acquired the qualification for child care for infants and toddlers with disabilities have a higher awareness of the necessity of inclusive child care for the disabled than the group of teachers who have not. Second, the group of teachers who acquired the qualification of childcare teachers for disabled infants and toddlers had higher understanding of the qualification system for childcare teachers for disabled infants and young children, the expected effects, and awareness of improvement measures, and the awareness of the burden was lower than the teachers group who did not. On the other hand, there was no significant difference between the groups in the level of recognition of problems in the qualification system for childcare teachers with disabilities, and both groups were highly aware of the 'easy process of acquiring qualifications' and the resulting 'difficulty in recognizing the competence of childcare teachers for disabled infants and toddlers'. appear. Based on the results of this study, we propose a substantial operation of a qualification system for childcare teachers for disabled infants and young children and teacher education to improve the professionalism of childcare teachers for disabled infants and young children.

In this paper, we introduce a new remote meeting system which makes a robot imitate human arm motions captured from a remote space. For the real-time performance and accuracy, we propose a modified potential function of metaballs, downsized point cloud data. We have implemented a tangible interface using our method and successfully performed speed and accuracy test.
