연구목적: 본 연구는 작업치료사의 심리적 안녕감의 정도를 알아보고 일반적 특성 및 업무관련 특성과 심리적 안녕감과의 상관관계를 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법: 011년 6월 1일에서 6월 30일까지 현재 국내 대학병원, 종합병원, 복지관, 재활 관련 기관 등에서 근무경력이6개월 이상인 작업치료사를 대상으로 우편,온라인 등을 통한 설문지 94부를 수집 및 분석하였다.실시하였다.MAL과 SS-QOL의 점수 간의 상관관계를 분석하기 위해 Pearson 상관분석을 하였다. 연구결과: 작업치료사의 심리안녕감은 192.5±28.5점이었고 작업치료사의 심리적 안녕감의 6가지 차원은 개인적 성장,긍정적 대인관계,자아수용, 환경통제력, 삶의 목적, 자율성 순으로 점수가 높았다. 작업치료사의 일반적 특성과 심리적 안녕감에 관한 분석 결과, 유의미한 관련성이 없었고 작업치료사의 업무 특성과 심리적 안녕감에 관한 분석 결과,동료 수는 심리적 안녕감과 심리적 안녕감의6가지 차원 중 자아수용,긍정적 대인관계에 유의미한 차이를 보였으며 특히,환경통제력은 매우 유의미한차이를 보여주었다.치료대상은 심리적 안녕감의6가지 차원 중, 삶의 목적에만 유의미한 차이를 보였고 근무 중 휴식시간은 심리적 안녕감의6가지 차원 중 개인적 성장과 유의미한 차이를 보였다.결론: 심리적 안녕감은 동료수와 유의미한 관련이 있었으며 작업치료사의 심리적 안녕감에 대한 체계적인 연구 및 심리적 안녕감을 증진시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 개발 및 실시를 통한 질적인 의료서비스 제공이이루어져야 할 것이다. Purpose : The aim of this study was conducted to investigate the level of psychological well-being of occupational therapists, and look into psychological well-being according to general characteristic and work characteristic for the occupational therapist. Methods : The Structured questionnaires were distributed to occupational therapists with more than 6 months of experience in occupational therapy at the places like university hospitals, general hospitals, welfare houses and rehabilitation facilities through on-line and mail service from June 1, 2011 to June 30, 2011. The 94 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. Results : The average score of occupational therapists` psychological well-being was 192.5±28.5 and the personal growth showed highest score followed by positive relations, self-acceptance, environmental mastery, purpose in life, autonomy of psychological well-being. There were no significant differences between general characteristic and psychological well-being. The study showed statistically significant differences in the correlation between company number and psychological well-being, self-acceptance, positive relations, environmental mastery. There were significant differences between subject of investigation and purpose in life. The break time made a significant difference in the personal growth. Conclusion : There were statistically significant differences in the correlation between company number and psychological well-being. It would provide better medical service through implementation of the developed program to improve the psychological well-being of occupational therapists.

In order to deal with high uncertainty and variability in emergency medical centers, many researchers have developed various models for their operational planning and scheduling. However, most of the models just provide static plans without any risk measures as their results, and thus the users often lose the opportunity to analyze how much risk the patients have, whether the plan is still implementable or how the plan should be changed when an unexpected event happens. In this study, we construct a simulation model combined with a risk-based planning and scheduling module designed by Simio LLC. In addition to static schedules, it provides possibility of treatment delay for each patient as a risk measure, and updates the schedule to avoid the risk when it is needed. By using the simulation model, the users can experiment various scenarios in operations quickly, and also can make a decision not based on their past experience or intuition but based on scientific estimation of risks even in urgent situations. An example of such an operational decision making process is demonstrated for a real mid-size emergency medical center located in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The model is designed for temporal short-term planning especially, but it can be expanded for long-term planning also with some appropriate adjustments.
Application of the BMORE Plot to Analyze Simulation Output Data with Bivariate Performance Measures

Bivariate measure of risk and error(BMORE) plot is originally designed to depict bivariate output data and related statistics obtained from a stochastic simulation such as sample mean, median, outliers, and a boundary of a certain percentile of simulation data. When compared to the static numbers, the plot has a big advantage in visualization that enables scholars and practitioners to understand the potential variability and risk in the simulation data. In this study, beyond just the construction of the plot to depict the variability of a certain system, we add a chance constraint to the plot and apply it for decision making such as checking the feasibility of systems, comparing performances of the systems on statistical background, and also analyzing the sensitivity of the problem parameters. In order to demonstrate an application of the plot, we employ an inventory management problem as an example. However, the techniques and algorithms suggested in this paper can be applied to any other problems comparing systems on bivariate performance measures with simulation/experiment results. BMORE(Bivariate measure of risk and error) 도표는 본래 확률적 시뮬레이션에서의 이변량 성과 데이터와, 그와 관계된 표본 평균, 중앙값, 이상점, 특정 백분위 내의 결과 데이터의 범위 등과 같은 통계량들을 시각화하기 위해 설계되었으며, 정적인 정보들만 제공하는 것에 비해 사용자들이 시뮬레이션 결과 데이터에 담긴 가변성을 더욱 직관적으로 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 돕는다. 본 연구에서는 BMORE 도표를 단순히 한 시스템의 가변성을 시각화하기 위한 것이 아닌, 특정 확률적 제약 아래 대상 시스템들의 실행 가능성을 타진하고, 통계적 배경 아래 여러 시스템들의 성과 비교를 행하며, 매개변수들의 민감도 분석을 실시하기 위한 의사결정 도구로써 활용할 수 있음을 보이고 이를 위한 여러 방안을 제안한다. 그 활용 예시를 보이고자 본 연구에서는 간단한 재고 관리 문제를 차용하였으나, 제시된 방안들 자체는 이변량 성과 척도를 가지는 시뮬레이션/실험 데이터를 근거로하여 여러 시스템들을 비교하는 문제라면 어디든 사용될 수 있음을 밝혀둔다.
無加壓 열처리에 의한 ${\beta}$-SIC-TiB$_2$ 複合體의 製造와 特性

The effect of $Al_2O_3+Y_2O_3$ additives on fracture toughness of ${\beta}-SiC-TiB_2$ composites by hot-pressed sintering was investigated. The ${\beta}-SiC-TiB_2$ ceramic composites were hot-press sintered and pressureless-annealed by adding 16, 20, 24 wt% ${\beta}-SiC-TiB_2$(6:4 wt%) powder as a liquid forming additives at low temperature(1800 $^{\circ}C$) for 4 h. Phase analysis of composites by XRD revealed mostly of ${\alpha}$-SiC(6H), $TiB_2$, and YAG($Al_5Y_3O_{12}$). The relative density was over 95-88 % of the theoretical density, and the porosity increased with increasing $Al_2O_3+Y_2O_3$ contents because of the increasing tendency of pore formation. The fracture toughness showed the highest value of 5.88 MPa${\cdot}m^{1/2}$ for composites added with 20 wt% $Al_2O_3+Y_2O_3$ additives at room temperature. The electrical resistivity showed the lowest value of $5.22{\times}10^{-4}\;{\Omega}\;{\cdot}\;cm$ for composite added with 20 wt% $Al_2O_3+Y_2O_3$ additives at room temperature, and was all positive temperature coefficeint resistance(PTCR) against temperature up to 900 $^{\circ}C$.
