It is distinctive that the issue o f organizational transition has been a growing concern In general, the performance of public sector companies is less than that of private companies in Korea Among several factors resulting the performance in public sector company, the organizational culture is concerned as the most important one for restructuring the company with competitive advantages. In this paper, we have focused on the organizational transition. For m e study, a telecommunication company in Korea is selected as a public enterprise. To evaluate the relation between transition, mechanism and its culture applicable to the public company, we analyze and diagnose the company by some survey and interview. From the axe study, we suggest a basic direction o f management mechanism making organizational transition for the company.
