본고는 한국어교육 분야에서 이루어진 학문 목적 한국어 읽기 교육 연구 현황을 검토하여 학문 목적 한국어 읽기 교육 연구의 과제와 향후 연구 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2000년 1월부터 2021년 8월까지 게재된 197편의 연구를 수집하였고 이를 연도별, 유형별, 대상별, 연구 방법별, 주제별로 분류하여 연구 현황을 살펴보고 학문 목적 한국어 읽기 교육 연구의 경향성을 검토하였다. 그 결과, 학문 목적 한국어 읽기 교육의 양적ㆍ질적인 성장을 위해서는 ① 외국인 대학원생과 해외 대학 학습자 대상의 연구, ② 학문 목적 한국어 읽기 교육에 대한 요구조사부터 교수요목 및 교육과정에 대한 연구, ③ 학문 목적 한국어 읽기 평가에 대한 연구, ④ 온라인 환경에서의 학문 목적 한국어 읽기 교수ㆍ학습에 대한 연구, ⑤ 학문 목적 한국어 읽기 과정이나 능력을 측정하기 위한 새로운 시각의 연구 방법의 적용이 필요함을 확인할 수 있었다. This study suggests future issues of Korean reading education research for academic purposes by analyzing the status of Korean reading education research for academic purposes. To this end, we collected 197 studies from January, 2000 to August, 2021. We examined the research status by classifying them by year, type, subject, research method, and topic. In addition, we reviewed Korean reading education research for academic purposes. As a result, we found out that the following are necessary for Korean reading education's quantitative and qualitative growth for academic purposes: ① studies on foreign graduate students and overseas university learners, ② studies on the development of Korean reading curriculum and syllabi based on the research on-demand surveys, ③ studies on the Korean reading evaluation for academic purposes, ④ studies on Korean reading teaching and learning for academic purposes in an online environment, and ⑤ a new perspective research method to measure the Korean reading process or the ability.

HSV-TK 유전자를 암호화하는 EBV 유래 플라스미드를 이용한 유전자 치료

Herpes simplex virus (HSV) thymidine kinase (TK) has been widely used for suicidal gene therapy in combination with nucleoside analogs such as ganciclovir (GCV). The use of HSV-TK is limited due to the side effect of GCV at high concentraions. Previous studies showed that stable transfectants of mustant HSV-TK with enhanced affinity to GCV were killed at lower GCV concentrations. In this study, we tested whether mutant HSV-TK can provide enhanced suicidal effect when trasiently transfected with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-based plasmid. EBV-based plasmid which contains Orip and EBNA-1 sequence is well known for a stable espisomal maintenance in human cells. Optimal transfection condition was assessed for SNU-638 gastric cancer cell line using polyethylenimine (PEI). Maximum transfection efficiency was achieved when DNA:PEI was 1:3 (w/v). Cytotoxicities of mutant and wild type HSV-TK were compared before and after partially selecting transfected cells. The were sensitive to 100?/ml hygromycin. Following GCV treatment, more cells were killed after hygromycin selection than before selection. The mutant HSV-TK showed enhanced cytotoxicity compared with the wild type HSV-TK. Our results suggest that the EBV-based plasmid encoding mutant HSV-TK may be useful to treat the diseases caused by uncontrolled cell proliferation such as cancer and rheumatoid arthritis.
