        단일보드를 이용한 소형 선박 모니터링 시스템 구축 방안에 관한 연구

        Passenger ships and large vessels are recently equipped with Vessel Monitoring System(VMS) to prevent accidents and keep safe. VMS is a main tool to mark a signal that is sent by Automatic Identification System(AIS) in electronic navigation chart. People can identify the information on vessel navigation in real time by using it. When emergencies occur in the ocean, it helps deal with emergencies and prevent marine accidents. However, the price of VMS is too high to operate it in small vessel and fishing boats and yachts. We suggest to use digital VMS that is made by cheap single board such as raspberry or odroid in this study. In this study, each DAQ system installed on the bridge and the engine room. The DAQ system is transferred to a single-board system to collect the engine data and bridges data. In a single board converts this information was used by the satellite communication terminal to transmit the shipping company or the authorities on the ground. The data obtained is sent to the administrator of the crew and the ground was implemented to check the status of ship movement in real-time situations. This study is expected to cost in the supply of safe navigation and vessel monitoring systems fused ICT skills of the price of a cheap single board.

        소프트웨어(SW)교육을 위한 공공데이터 활용 방안에 관한 연구

        Software has recently become the topic of innovation, growth, and value creation. The importance of software education is greatly emphasized for a person or a company to respond to changes and make growth in the modern society where software plays a critical role in the competitiveness of a person or a country. As mathematics was learnt for systematic thinking in the Industrial Revolution era, software learning is necessary to computational thinking in the 21st century knowledge creation society. However, parents and even some teachers do not understand the importance of software; they misunderstand that the aim of software education is to foster people into programmers and that it gives benefits to IT industry only. In addition, schools lack manpower who can perform the training, and the software training programs provided by the government or a company have restrictions on the number of participants and the regions. This study will suggest ways to raise the awareness on the software education and to expand the national interest. Even after 「Act on Promotion of the Provision and Use of Public Data」 came in force as of October 2013 with a view to opening and sharing more public information, the public data for software education is still insufficient. This study will introduce cases where public data is utilized for software education and further suggest how to provide information on the education contents, program and schedule for the public, including the students and the parents, in the form of public data by designing and implementing the「Public App for Software Education.

        IT 아웃소싱에 대한 전략적 인식과 위험이 아웃소싱의 정도에 미치는 영향

        Recently, IT outsourcing has become a very important management strategy which implements information systems in organizations. This paper investigates the risks and strategic recognition as a key factors affecting on the degree risk of technical, risk of relational - are examined to be a negative effect on the degree of outsourcing. And strategic recognition about outsourcing is examined how to affect on the risks and the degree of IT outsourcing. To empirically test these relationships, data are gathered from senior IT managers in 86 corporations. Results of this study show that the degree of outsourcing is strongly influenced by risk of control, risk of economical, risk of relational. But risk of technical does not influence on the degree of outsourcing. And strategic recognition about outsourcing is found that is negative effect on the risks of IT outsourcing and positive effect on the degree of IT outsourcing. The results provide a good framework to minimize the risks for IT outsourcing success.
