중국의 천연동맹군에 대한 인문학적 상상과 사회과학적 추론

본 연구는 중국이 제기한 외교용어인 천연동맹군에 대한 탐구이다. 최근 중국의 동맹 확대 가능성에 대한 의문이 제기되고 있기 때문에 천연동맹군에 대한 정확한 이해는 더욱 중요하다. 우선, 천연동맹군의 정의와 관련해서, 비록 서구의 동맹과는 차별되는 개념으로 선전되고 있지만, 그 본질은 차이가 없을 뿐 아니라, 중국의 우군, 혁명세력 즉 동맹을 지향하는 용어이다. 다음으로 중국이 천연동맹군을 제기한 이유는 미국의 동맹체제 확대 및 대중 견제 심화에 대한 반작용과, 새로운 중국적 질서 구축을 위한 주요 수단이 필요했기 때문이다. 또한 중국은 새로운 중국적 질서로 왕도의 길을 제시하고, 이 질서 속에서 천연동맹군 국가들과 도덕적이고 규범적인 관계가 형성될 수 있다고 기대하지만, 이상과 현실의 차이가 큰 상황이다. 이 때문에 중국의 천연동맹군 결성 및 확대는 여전히 한계가 많다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 이 개념은 미중 전략경쟁이 심화되면 될수록, 중국의 우군확보 혹은 느슨한 연대 확대를 위한 전략적 개념으로 적극 활용될 가능성이 높다. This study is an exploration of the natural alliance forces, a diplomatic term posed by China. As questions about the possibility of expanding China's alliance have recently been raised, an accurate understanding of the natural alliance forces is more important. First of all, Its essence of definition is not only that there is no difference from the alliance of the western countries, but it is also a term that refers to the alliance of China, namely allies and revolutionary forces. Next, the reason China proposed the natural alliance forces was that it needed a major means for building a new Chinese order, as well as a reaction to the expansion of the US alliance system and the deeper checks against China. Additionally, China suggests a wangdao as a new Chinese order, and expects that a moral and normative relationship can be formed with the natural allied nations in this order, but the difference between the ideal and the reality is large. For this reason, China's formation and expansion of natural alliance forces are still limited. Nevertheless, as the strategic competition between the US and China intensifies, this concept is likely to be actively utilized as a strategic concept for securing China's allies or friendly nations
