This study analyzes how an organization's quality management activities affect its knowledge management activities and its employees' job performance as well as whether knowledge management activities have a mediating effect on the relationship between quality management activities and job performance. In order to validate the research model, during approximately 1 month from Janauary 19, 2015 to February 17, 2015, 635 people in service industries(N=212), manufacturing industries(N=211), IT industry(N=212) in South Korea were surveyed. The data collected for this study are analyzed by use of SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.O Software to perform a comparative analysis of to the relationships among quality, knowledge management, and job performance, by industry. In summary, this study has yielded the following results: First, the organization's quality management activities was shown to have a significant positive impact on knowledge management activity in the fields of services, production, and IT. Second, the knowledge management activity had significant positive effect on job performance in all three types. Third, in the service industry, an organization's quality management activities have a negative effect on the job performance of its employees. Fourth, according to the analysis by each group, Quality management, particularly in the service industry, had a significant positive effect on knowledge management, and knowledge management had a significant positive effect on job performance, particularly in the manufacturing industry. Fifth, an organization's knowledge management activities have a partial mediating effect on the correlation between its quality management activities and its employees' job performance. Finally, based on the aforementioned research results, suggestions were made regarding the meaning of the influence of organization's quality management activities on knowledge management activities and oits employees' job performance and the differences by industry thereof, while also suggesting the limitations of this work.

This is an empirical study analyzing the effects of individual's learning organization activity on knowledge management activity and innovative behavior. In this study, a survey was conducted on the employees of large business organizations in the fields of services, productions, and IT, and relationship between the variables among different industries was compared and analyzed. Among the terminologies used in this study, the innovative behavior indicates the following: seeking and developing new process or product ideas, obtaining necessary budget for executing the ideas, and establishing appropriate execution plan and developing schedule. In order to secure competitive advantage in this quickly advancing business environment, various methods should be used to promote innovations and organizational changes. The important antecedents of these innovative behaviors can be known as knowledge management activity and learning organization activity. As a result of this study, the individual learning organization activity was shown to have a significant effect on knowledge management activity and innovative behavior, in the fields of services, production, and IT. Also, the knowledge management activity had significant effect on the innovative behavior. According to the analysis by each group, the effect of individual learning organization activity on knowledge management activity was shown to be greatest in the field of production. Also, the effect of knowledge management activity on innovative behavior was shown to be greatest in the field of IT. Finally, the effect of individual learning organization activity on innovative behavior was shown to be greatest in the field of production. Based on the above analysis, this study examined the relationship between the differences and the variables of the effects of learning organization activity on employees of each field, and its causes were suggested.
계곡(谿谷) 장유(張維)와 굴소관련(屈騷關聯) 연구(硏究)

고관직을 역임했던 谿谷 張維는 초사를 수용한 여느 재능 있는 문인과 마찬가지로 정치 생활에서 역경을 겪는다. 이는 그가 屈騷를 수용할 수 있었던 주요 원인이다. 계곡의 시에 屈騷관련 작품이 대체로 40여 편이 보인다. 본고는 屈騷에 대한 계곡의 태도 및 굴소 제 요소에 대한 계곡 시에서의 수용양상을 살펴보았다. 초사 등을 무척 애독한 동시에 중국의 典故를 자유자재로 이용했던 계곡의 글재주를 당시 문인들은 ``通``이라 극찬했다. 계곡이 楚辭 등을 깊이 탐구한 것은 그것의 우수한 요소를 수용하기 위해서였다. 계곡이 보기에 굴원의 인격은 독보적이고 그의 작품은 내용과 형식이 고도로 통일된 예술진품이다. 계곡이 수용한 초사의 요소에는 屈子 등 굴원 名과 離騷 등 초사작품, 그리고 澤畔 등 용어와 기荷 등 향초를 망라한다. ``屈原`` 意象에는 고결하고 청직한 인격, 憂國의 정서를 들 수 있고, ``離騷`` 意象을 통해서는 죄 없이 추방당한 문인들의 시름을 풀고자 했고, ``澤畔`` 意象은 죄 없이 정계에서 축출당하는 모든 불운이 함축되어 있다. ``기荷`` 등 향초 意象에는 주로 스스로의 자아수양에 힘쓴다는 의미가 부여되었다. Ge-gog(谿谷), Jang-yu(張維) who had served as high official also had gone through adversity in his political life. This is the main cause of his receptiveness of Cho-sa(楚辭). This paper is a study on Ge-gog`s attitude toward Cho-sa and his receptive aspect on various factors of Cho-sa in his poetry. In order to accept Cho-sa`s excellent factors, Ge-gog was devoted to Cho-sa and searching it deeply. Ge-gog regarded Qu Yuan(屈原)`s personality as unequaled one and took Qu Yuan`s works as authentic articles. The Cho-sa`s factors which had been accepted by Ge-gog includes Qu zi(屈子) which is Qu Yuan`s name, Li Sao(離騷) which is one of Cho-sa works, as well as terms like Ze Pan(澤畔 Lake front ), Ji He(기荷) Water chestnut and lotus) and so on. Ge-gog attached noble, honest personality and patriotic(憂國) sentiment significance to the image of "Qu Yuan(屈原)"; the sorrow of literators who were innocently banished to "Li Sao(離騷)"; all misfortunes innocently ousted from political world to "Ze Pan(澤畔)"; as well as the endeavor for self-cultivation to fragrant grasses like "Ji He(기荷)".
