다구찌 강건설계 및 실험계획법의 삼성전자內 활용분석과 전망

다구찌 강건설계 기법을 삼성전자 내에서 본격적으로 활용하기 시작한 지 20여년이 훨씬 넘어서고 있는 현 시점에서 그 동안 진행된 실험계획법 관련 적용사례들에 대하여 다양한 기술통계 및 추이분석을 통해 현장 활용도와 향후 개선해야 할 과제를 살펴보고자 하였다. 분석결과 다구찌 기법의 강건설계 개념은 전통적인 실험계획법( Design Of Experiment; DOE )과 함께 다양한 현장 응용 형태로 성공적으로 확산,발전되고 있었다. 이러한 성과는 사내 품질대학의 구축과 운영을 통해 학계와 협력하여 임직원들에게 양질의 교육과 훈련을 지속적으로 제공한 것이 주효하였다고 판단된다. The Taguchi robust design method was introduced in Samsung Electronics about 20 years ago. At this stage, we investigated previous cases including official training programs and actual applications in operation divisions of the company by surveying electronic document management systems. And then, we analyzed the trend statistically and drew intuitions for further extensions. The Taguchi method had been successfully deployed and disseminated throughout various industrial domains with classical DOE( Design of Experiment ),which was due to the continuous employee training through professional education programs offered by Quality College and the cooperation with educational organizations.

This study conducted a study to increase the classification accuracy of the alarm type generated in the glass plate division process (hereinafter referred to as the powder plate process). Alarms are classified into a total of 7 types, and there is a problem that misclassification occurs. In particular, intrinsic cracks and chipping are misclassified, causing damage to production. As the crack substrate is classified as chipping and placed in a normal lot, the remaining glass chips of the crack substrate are transferred to the normal substrate. Damage is caused by manual scrapping of the crack substrate and physical and human loss due to normal substrate rework. The reason is that after image shooting, the alarm generation standard was set with quantified specs using Size and Gray Value-Gray (GV). As a result, it was confirmed that classifications of types that were not satisfied with Spec, even if they were of the same type, were misclassified. This paper presents a solution to increase the classification accuracy of types of alarms that cannot be classified as figures after learning by collecting the same types of images through the AI program.

In this paper, we developed a system for measuring new parameters of stage accuracy in measurement images using image-processing technology in machine vision facilities. Through control technology, that links the system with Fault Detection Classification (FDC) technology, realtime trends can be managed and preemptively dealt with to prevent loss and quality accidents. In addition, it is intended to be an opportunity to generate and monitor various parameters using measurement images.
