농촌지역 생활공동체의 특성이 노인들의 생활만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 농촌지역 생활공동체 거주 노인들의 생활만족도에 공동체 특성이 미치는 영향을 파악함에 주목한 연구이다. 분석에 활용한 자료는 전라북도 농촌 노인 생활공동체에 거주하는 노인들을 대상으로 수집한 서베이 자료이다(사례 수 670명). 구체적인 분석에는 공동체 특성 변수들은 독립변수, 생활만족도를 종속변수, 개인 특성은 통제변수로 설정한 다중회귀분석모델을 적용하였다. 분석결과는 공동체 특성 중에서는 프로그램, 구성원간 상호지원, 물리적 공간 만족도, 지역공동체 의식, 구성원간 갈등, 가사노동 부담감 등이 생활공동체 거주 노인의 생활만족도에 유의미하게 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다. 아울러, 주관적 건강, 월평균 소득, 혼인상태(사별) 등의 개인 특성 변수들 또한 유의미 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 분석결과는 농촌 생활공동체의 특성들이 거주 노인들의 생활만족도에 주요한 영향 요인임을 보여주는 바로, 농촌 노인생활공동체의 성과 제고를 위해서는 거주 노인들간 상호관계 향상, 프로그램들의 개발 및 실행, 물리적 공간의 개선 등 생활공동체 측면들에의 개선이 적극 필요함을 시사하여 준다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the characteristics of the elderly living community in rural areas on the life satisfaction of the elderly. The subjects of study were 670 elderly people living at the living communities in Jeollabuk-do. In order to achieve the research purpose, multiple regression analysis model was applied using community characteristics as independent variables and life satisfaction as dependent variable. Among community variables, programs, mutual support, pysical space satisfaction, community consciousness and conflict , household labor burden are significant variables for life satisfaction. Among the personal characteristics, subjective health, monthly average income, marriage status(bereavement) are found to have a significant effect on life satisfaction. These results suggest that the influence of community characteristics as well as individual characteristics are important on the life satisfaction of the elderly living in the group life. The results of this study suggest such as policy implications that living community features such as interactions among seniors, programs, and their relationship with local residents are the important intervention points for improving life satisfactions of the elderly living community in rural area.

수요자 중심의 맞춤형 복지서비스 이용 경험 연구: 전라북도 사회복지심부름센터 이용자를 중심으로

본 연구는 사회복지심부름센터 이용자의 서비스 이용 경험의 본질과 경험의 구조를 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하는 현상학적 연구이다. 이를 위해 ‘사회복지심부름센터 이용 전의 경험은 어떠한가?’, ‘사회복지심부름센터를 이용하게 된 계기는 무엇인가?’, ‘심부름센터 서비스 이용한 후 생활의 변화는 어떠한가?’, ‘심부름센터에 대한 바람은 무엇인가?’의 연구문제에 대한 경험의 본질을 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 전라북도사회복지협의회가 운영하는 사회복지심부름센터 이용자 15명이다. 현상학적 질적 연구방법을 활용하여 Gioigi 4단계 분석 절차에 따라 텍스트를 분석하였다. 분석결과 구성요소는 서비스의 이용 경험을 이루는 본질로 4개의 구성요소, 23개의 하위구성요소, 113개의 의미 단위로 이루어졌다. 연구결과, ‘불편감수, 어쩔 수 없는 선택!’, ‘오작교(烏鵲橋)를 건너 심부름센터를 만나다’, ‘생활의 든든한 지원군 나의 슈퍼맨!’, ‘바람과 희망’의 4개의 구성요소가 심부름센터 이용자의 경험의 본질로 밝혀졌다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 이용자중심의 맞춤형 서비스의 정책개발을 위한 시사점을 제안하였다. This study is a phenomenological study that aims to explore the nature and structure of the service use experience of social welfare errand center users. For this, ‘what was your experience before using the social welfare errand center?’, ‘what motivated you to use the social welfare errand center?’ It was intended to explore the essence of experience for the research question of ‘What is the wind?’. The subjects of this study were 15 users of the social welfare errand center operated by the Jeollabuk-do Social Welfare Council. The text was analyzed according to the Giorgi 4-step analysis procedure using the phenomenological and qualitative research method. As a result of the analysis, the components are the essence of the service use experience and consist of 4 components, 23 sub-components, and 113 semantic units. As a result of the study, the four components of ‘Uncomfortable, inevitable choice!’, ‘Cross Ojak Bridge to meet the errand center’, ‘My superman, a strong supporter of life!’, and ‘Want and Hope’ are turned out to be the essence of Based on the research results, implications for policy development of user-centered customized services were provided.

본 연구는 전라북도 사회복지심부름센터의 효과성을 평가하기 위해 이용자의 개인특성 및 종사자 직무환경 특성이 이용만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악함에 주목한 연구이다. 분석 자료는 전라북도 각 시·군 사회복지심부름센터 11개소의 이용자 및 종사자를 대상으로 수집한 서베이 자료이다. 구체적인 분석에서는 이용자들의 개인특성은 1수준 독립변수, 종사자의 직무환경 특성은 2수준 독립변수, 이용만족도를 종속변수로 설정한 다음 위계적 선형모형분석 모델을 적용하였다. 분석결과 장애인 가구, 직무가치감, 직무스트레스, 역할과다, 급여만족도가 이용자의 서비스 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 분석결과는 종사자의 직무환경특성이 서비스 이용자들의 만족도에 주요한 영향을 보여주는 바로, 사회복지심부름센터 이용자들의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 직무가치감, 직무스트레스, 역할과다, 급여만족도 등의 종사자의 직무환경 측면들에의 개선이 적극 필요함을 시사하여 준다. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the Jeollabuk-do social welfare errand center, this study focused on identifying the effects of users personal characteristics and workers job environment characteristics on user satisfaction. The data analyzed are survey data collected from users and workers at 11 social welfare errand centers in each city and county in Jeollabuk-do. In the detailed analysis, the first-level independent variable for the users personal characteristics, the second-level independent variable for the workers job environment characteristics, and the user satisfaction were set as the dependent variables, and then a hierarchical linear model analysis model was applied. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that households with disabilities, sense of job value, job stress, role overload, and salary satisfaction had a significant effect on the service satisfaction of users. The results of this analysis show that the characteristics of the job environment of the workers have a major effect on the satisfaction of service users. This suggests that there is a strong need for improvement in the fields.
