        볼에서의 체간운동이 뇌성마비아동의 앉은 자세 조절에 미치는 영향

        Objective: This study examined how trunk exercise on the ball and trunk exercise on the mat influence the sitting postural control in children with cerebral palsy. Method: This study divided 24 children with cerebral palsy, who received pediatric physical therapy at Hospital C located in Gyeonggi-do from June to September, 2012, into each group of 12 children and applied ball trunk exercise and mat trunk exercise to the two groups respectively for a six-week period with two times each week and 30 minutes each time. In order to identify their sitting postural control function, the K-GMFM (Korean version of Gross Motor Function Measure), AIMS (Alberta Infant Motor Scale), and SEMG (Surface Electromyography) were measured before and after the training. Result: In comparing within each group, the two groups exhibited statistically significant differences (p<.05) before and after the training in all the measurements of K-GMFM, AIMS, and SEMG. When the two groups were compared, the AIMS showed no statistically significant differences. However, in the K-GMFM and the right-side abdominal muscles in the SEMG, the two groups revealed statistically significant differences (p<.05). Conclusion: Ball trunk exercise and mat trunk exercise were both effective training methods for the sitting postural control in children with cerebral palsy. However, ball trunk exercise was found to be a more effective method.

        슬링운동치료가 운동발달장애아동의 대동작기능 수행에 미치는 영향

        Objective: This study examined the effects of sling exercise on children with motor development disability of gross motor functions. Method: One children with motor development disability were sling exercise training. Sling exercise training was applied thirty minutes each time, three times per week, for 12 weeks. Neuro-development treatment training was applied thirty minutes each time, three times per week, 12 weeks. Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM), Gross Motor Performance Measure(GMPM), Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory(PEDI) were used as measurement tools. Result: There was no significant difference in GMFM, GMPM, PEDI between the sling exercise and Neuro-development treatment. Conclusion: Sling exercise is considered an efficient training method to enhance children with motor development disability for gross motor function.

        We have isolated a carbohydrase(dextranase and amylase; DXAMase) hyper-producing constitutive mutant from Lipomyces starkeyi JLC26 using ultrasoft X-ray irradiation obtained from Pohang accelerator laboratory(PAL). After partial purification of dextranase and amylase by membrane filtration, PEG, and DEAE-Sepharose column chromatography, the specific activities of amylase and dextranase were 3193 and 2822 unit/mg, respectively. The pH effects for activity and stability of both enzymes were similar to each other: Optimum pH and temperature for activity were at 5.5 and 50℃ and optimum ranges for stability were at pH 2.5-6.0 and 4-37℃, respectively. When the enzyme and maltotriose were reacted, glucose, maltose, isomaltose, maltotriose, panose and α (1→6) glucosylmaltotriose were produced by disproportionation reaction. When the enzyme and nigerose were reacted, glucose, nigerose, new product were produced.
