In this study, surrounding temperature characteristics of vessel-mimicking material in the varicose vein phantom were investigated according to the interval of the sonication in the treatment of varicose vein using ultrasound. When the same energy was applied, the temperature distribution around the vessel-mimicking material was checked according to the sonication method. In the moving method, it was moved at intervals of 0.5, 1.1, 2.5, 3.3 mm and fixed at a maximum moving distance of 10 mm. The thermocouple was implanted at intervals of 3, 6, and 9 mm based on vessel-mimicking materials. As a result of measuring the temperature around the vessel-mimicking substance under the same irradiation condition, based on the protein denaturation temperature of 43℃, a temperature higher than 43℃ was confirmed in a single sonication, a temperature lower than the reference temperature was confirmed in the movement interval excluding the 2.5 mm movement interval. The difference in contraction rate of vessel-mimicking material according to sonication method and move interval was not more than ± 5%. Based on the results of this experiment, it is thought that it will contribute to the study of ultrasound therapy protocol considering the contraction rate and the safety of the surrounding tissues according to the interval of movement in the treatment of varicose vein using ultrasound.

This study aims to analyze the design coordination system by master planner which is meditated and connected with various designs for creating integrated spacial environments for the design process and the diversity of design in the Bogeumjari Housing Site. To do so, the study conducted a survey, focused group interviews, individual interviews and a workshop. The results are summarized as follows; (1) the basic design coordination system by Master Planner is composed of master planner, engineering company, master architect and block architect, (2) the another design coordination system for design competition is made up of master planner, engineering company, project architect/project manager and block architect, (3)the another design coordination system for large-scale housing construction plans consists of Master Planner, engineering company, master architect, master designer/total designer, (4) the problem of the design coordination system by master planner are the ambiguous role, the limitation of responsibility and authority, the unsatisfactory design management system, the disconnected public design works, (5) the necessity to activate of the design coordination system and the revision of related code for cracking down the problems.
