감수말 공하법을 병행한 한방치료로 호전된 요추 척추관 협착증 환자의 증례보고

The purpose of this study is to report the effectiveness of diarrhea-inducing treatment by Gamsui-mal for lumbar spinal stenosis. During hospitalization four patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were treated with diarrhea-inducing treatment by Gamsui-mal and acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion, cupping treatment, Bee-venom pharmacopuncture. Before treatment, we explained in detail about diarrhea-inducing treatment by Gamsui-mal and patients agreed with treatment. The symptoms appeared in patients of diarrhea, abdominal pain, and vomiting in the treatment process. We evaluated the degree of improvement by visual analogue scale (VAS), oswestry disability index (ODI). After treatment, we found that pain was reduced and patient`s symptoms were improved by visual analogue scale (VAS), oswestry disability index (ODI) score. The results show that diarrhea-inducing treatment by Gamsui-mal was rapidly improving symptoms. Further studies are needed to clarify the effect of diarrhea-inducing treatment by Gamsui-mal. 고정익 항공기의 날개 변형에 따른 비행특성 변화와 이에 따른 비행제어법칙을 실증하기 위하여 모핑날개 무인항공기 시스템을 제작하였다. 비행시험용으로 제작된 기체는 향후 개발될 모핑 메커니즘이 작동하는 실제 모핑날개 스팬의 최대/최소 변형을 고려한 고정된 시험용 날개를 적용하고 각각의 모핑 상태에 대한 비행성을 확인함을 목적으로 하였다. 비행시험을 위하여 비행제어컴퓨터와 지상제어시스템을 개발하였으며 지상에서 비행제어컴퓨터의 탑재 운용로직 및 제어법칙의 동작을 확인하였으며 지상제어시스템과 연동시험을 통하여 비행시험을 위한 시스템 통합을 완료하였다.

IT-based subjective well-being (SWB) services, a main part of wellness IT, should measure the SWB state of individuals in an unrestrained, cost-effective manner. The dictionaries for sentiment analysis available in the market may be useful for this purpose, but obtaining proper sentiment values using only words from the sentiment lexicon is impossible; therefore, a new dictionary including wellness vocabulary is needed. The existing sentiment dictionaries link only a single sentiment value to a single sentiment word, although sentiment values may vary depending on personal traits. In this study, we develop an extended version of the SenticNet sentiment dictionary dubbed WellnessWordNet. SenticNet is considered the best and most expressive among the already existing sentiment dictionaries. Using the information provided by SenticNet, we created a database including the wellness states (estimated values) of stress, depression, and anger to develop the WellnessWordNet system. The accuracy of the system was validated through actual tests with live subjects. This study is unique and unprecedented in that i) an extended sentiment dictionary, WellnessWordNet, is developed; ii) values for wellness state language are offered; and iii) different sentiment values, namely contextual polarity, for people of the same gender or age group are suggested.
마이크로플레이트를 이용한 8종 화학물질의 복귀돌연변이 평가

This study was conducted to establish the technology for bacterial reverse mutation test using 384-well microplates and liquid media instead of solid agar in order to evaluate the mutagenicity of test articles with limited amounts. The important advantage of this test method was considered that the usage of S9 fraction prepared from rat liver was smaller in comparison with the Ames test using solid agar. Five bacterial strains (S. typhimurium TA98, TA100, TA1535, TA1537 and E. coli WP2 uvrA) recommended in OECD TG 471 were used to evaluate 8 chemicals including 6 mutagens (Allyl chloride, 4-amino-2-nitrophenol, ethylene glycol dimethyl ether, benzo[α]pyrene, 7,12-dimethylbenzanthracene, 8-hydroxyquinoline) and 2 non-mutagens (dioctyl phthalate, sulfisoxazole). All experiments were performed using Ames MPFTM Penta II kits (Xenometrix, Switzerland). Three independent laboratories participated in the intra-laboratory and inter-laboratory studies. Results from this study were compared with reference mutagenicity data (NTP or published data). In results of this study, five out of six mutagens were evaluated to be positive, and the one mutagen (ethylene glycol dimethyl ether) to be negative. Two non-mutagens were determined to be negative in microplate tests. Both the intra-laboratory and the inter-laboratory study showed the 87.5% concordance in the overall results. It was concluded that a microplated reverse mutation test may be a compatible test method for the animal welfare as well as for the limited amount of substances.

A formation flight guidance logic that enables the leader-follower station keeping between two UAVs is presented in this paper. The logic is motivated by the investigation of the relation between the proportional navigation and the nonlinear trajectory tracking guidance law, The simplicity of the presented method provides computational efficiency and allows easy implementation. An excellent performance of the proposed logic is demonstrated via various numerical simulations for multiple UAVs environment.
