저자들은 1980년 7월부터 1981년 6월까지 불임난관 복원술과 수술전 자궁난관 조영술을 시행한 80명중 73명의 난관 146예를 대상으로 두 소견을 대조한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었기에 이에 보고하는 바이다. 1.대상환자의 평균연령은 33.9세였으며, 31~35세군이 제일 많아 73명중 41명으로 56.2%를 차지하였다. 2.대상환자의 임신역은 1~14세로 5회가 제일 많았고 생존자녀의 수는 평균 1.60이었다. 3.불임의 기간은 3개월에서 100개월이었으며 평균 불임기간은 40.1개월이었다. 4.자궁난관 조영술 실시에서 수술까지의 기간은 3일에서 11개월이었으며 1~2개월이 가장 많아 31.5%를 차지하였다. 5.자궁난관 조영술 소견과 수술 소견이 일치된 경우는 총 146예중 94예로 64.4%의 일치율을 나타내었으며 소견이 일치하지 않은 경우의 대부분에서 자궁난관 조영술 소견이 수술 소견보다 근부난관의 길이가 짧게 나와 146예중 47예 (32.2%)를 차지하였다. 특히 자궁난관 조영술 소견에서 간질부 한소로 나온 전례(21예)에서 수술후 소견이 협부 한소(19예) 또는 팽대부 한소(2예)로 나와 심한 차이를 보였다.그러므로 자궁난관 조영상자궁강의 삼각형 영상만 나오고 난관의 영상이 전혀 나오지 않은 소위 간질부 환소일수록 오판을 할 가능성이 많으므로 주의를 요한다. There are several accepted methods and tools for evaluating tubal patency. Among them, hysterosalpingography, a radiologic visualization of the uterus and tubes, is convenient and provides detailed information about the uterine cavity as well as tubal patency. Jordan et al.(1971) had studied poststerilization follow-up hysterosalpingogram, the aim of which was to confirm the efficancy of laparoscopic sterilization and to determine how best this could be performed. Recently poststerilization hysterosalpingography was performed preoperatively as a part of the routine evaluation and treatment of the patients for tubal reanastomosis. Since July of 1980, a number of tubal reanastomosis were performed in Female Sterilization Reversal Center of Seoul National University Hospital and preoperative hysterosalpingographies were checked, the findings of which were markedly different from the operative findings. Hysterosalpingograms of 73 patients among 80 patients who had undergone tubal reanastomosis from July of 1980 to June of 1981 were carefully studied and compared with operative findings. The results obtained were as follows. 1.Age distribution was ranged from 25 to 41 years old and 31~35 age group showed 56.2% (41 pts). 2.Duration of sterilization was ranged 3~100 months, mean 40.1 months. 3.Interval between hysterosalpingography and laparotomy was ranged from 3 days to 11 months and 1~2 month group was most common (23 pts.,31.5%). 4.The correlation of operative findings in 73 patients (146 tubes) with hysterosalpingograms showed that agreement between them was found in 94 tubes (64.4%) and showed marked discrepancy that all cases (21 cases) diagnosed as interstitial tubal occlusion by hysterosalpingogram revealed as isthmic(19 cases) or ampullary tubal occlusion (2 cases).

부인과 악성종양 세포주에 대한 항암제의 감수성 검사에 있어서 집락형성법과 [^3H]Thymidine Incorporation을 이용한 Rapid Assay의 비교연구

암치료에 있어 항암화학요법 실시시 항암제의 조기선택 및 조기치료에 이용하고자 HeLa, JAR등 2가지 확립된 부인과 악성종양 세포주에 대하여 세포집락형성법과 [^3H] thymidine incorporation을 이용한 rapid assay로 항암제에 감수성 검사를 실시하여 그 결과를 비교 분석하여 아래의 결과를 얻었다. 1. 세포집락 형성율은 HeLa와 JAR에서 각각 17.5%, 18.9%였다. 2. 세포집락 형성법을 이용한 항암제(Cisplatin, Vinblastine, Mitomycin, Adriamycin)의 감수성 검사에서 HeLa는 각각 71%, 99%이상, 99%이상, 62%의 집락형성억제율을 나타내었고, JAR는 각각 83%, 99%이상, 68%, 99%이상의 집락형성 억제율을 나타냈다. 3. 수정된 Hamberger와 Salmon의 방법을 사용하여 연한 천 배지에 1.25, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5*10^3개의 HeLa와 JAR의 악성종양 세포를 부유시킨후 [^3H] thymidine incorporation의 정도를 측정한 결과 5.0*10^5개의 세포를 부유시킬때까지 일정한 비율로 [^3H] thymidine incorporation이 증가하는 양상을 보였다. 4. 일정 수의 HeLa와 JAR세포주의 악성종양 세포를 연한천 배지에 부유시켜 5일간 배양하면서 매일 [^3H] thymidine incorporation의 정도를 측정한 결과 HeLa는 4일째에 가장 높은 [^3H] thymidine incorporation을 나타내었고, JAR는 3일째까지 증가하다가 그후로는 감소하는 양상을 나타냈다. 5. [^3H] thymidine incorporation을 이용한 rapid assay에 의한 항암제의 감수성 검사에서 cisplatin, Vinblastine, Mitomycin, Adriamycin에 대하여 HeLa는 각각 75%, 99% 이상, 96%, 69%, JAR는 각각 34%, 99%이상, 78%, 88%의 [^3H] thymidine incorporation 억제율을 나타냈다. 6. 두 실험의 비교결과, JAR 세포주의 Cisplatin에 대한 감수성 검사에서 집락형성법은 83%, [^3H] thymidine incorporation을 이용한 rapid assay에서는 34%의 [^3H] thymidine incorporation 억제율을 나타내 유의한 차이(p$lt;0.005)가 있었으나, 그외의 경우에는 HeLa와 JAR모두에서 각 항암제에 대한 감수성의 차이가 없었다. 따라서 항암제의 감수성 검사시 생존율을 나타내는 가장 믿을만한 지표로 사용되고 있으나 비교적 긴 시일을 요하는 세포집락형성법을 대신하여 5일 이내에 감수성 정도를 알 수 있는 [^3H] thymidine incorporation을 이용한 rapid assay가 이용될 수 있다. Assays that measure [^3H] thymidine incorporation by cells plated in soft agar were investigated to identify a rapid method for assessing chemosensitivity of tumor cells. Two established cell lines (HeLa and JAR) were tested for the effectiveness of chemotherapeutic agents using colony forming assay on plastic and assay that measure [^3H] thymidine incorporation by scintillation, and the result was compared. 1. Colony forming efficiency of HeLa on plastic was 17.5%, and that of JAR was 18.9%. 2. By colony forming assay, drug-related inhibition(%) of colony formation of HeLa on Cisplatin, Vinblastine, Mitomycin, and Adriamycin was 71%, over 99%, over 99%, and 62%, and that of JAR was 83%, over 99%, 68%, and over 99%, respectively. 3. Drug-related inhibition(%) of [^3] thymidine incorporation by scintillation of HeLa on Cisplatin, Vinblastine, Metomycin, and Adriamycin was 75%, over 99%, 96%, and 69%, and that of JAR was 34%, over 99%, 78%, and 88%, respectively. 4. There was nosignificant difference between two methods comparing chemosensitivity except JAR, which has significant difference between two methods on Cisplatin (P$lt;0.005). (Inhibition of coloby formation on plastic was 83%, where as inhibition of [^3H] thymidine incorporation by scintillation was 34%). So we can predict the effectiveness of anticancer chemotherapeutic agents by rapid assay using [^3H] thymidine incorporation, which the result can be obtainable within 5 days, and early chemotherapy can be accomplished.
