대학 실내체육관 운영의 합리화 방안 연구

The purpose of this study is firstly to try to find efficient management plans for indoor gymnasium in university. The methods of this study are considered of reviews of literature and content analysis. The main contents consist of five aspects, and they also become conclusions of this study. In the facility environment aspect, a promotion principle as follows; First, it is necessary to a multipurpose functions. Second, it is necessary to the principle of convenience and safety and amenity. Third, it is necessary to the principle of the popularity and openness. In the management and administration aspect, a promotion principle as follows; First, it is necessary to the principle of the oriented of a user. Second, it is necessary to a promotion principle of phase in and step-by-step. Third, it is necessary to a promotion principle of marketing strategy. Radical change of educational environmental for modern society on 21st century is required change of university structure for teaching young generation for future to meet radical change of wants. In conclusion, indoor gymnasium in university should open to local people to lead development of local society and should operating as donation university for local peoples and university society peoples.

남북한 학교체육의 특성 비교 연구

The purpose is to try to find a comparative study of the Physical Education between South and North Korea. The methods of this study are considered of reviews of literature and content analyses. The main contents consist of five aspects, and they also become conclusions of this study. The education philosophy in South Korea is Hong-Ik-In-Gan ideology and North Korea is Juche ideology. And the education system in South Korea is composed of 6-3-3-4(yr), 1-4-6-4(6)(yr) in North Korea. The contents of this study are as follow. First, the national philosophy and education philosophy a spokesperson of the Physical Education between South and North Korea. Second, it is necessary to national unification and exchange of the Physical Education between South and North Korea.

대학생의 생활체육 참여와 여가만족의 관계

The objective of this research is to closely examine the relationship between university students' participation in domestic sports and satisfaction levels of leisure. In order to achieve such an objective, the following factors will be closely examined. Firstly, the difference between the participation in domestic sports and the satisfaction levels of leisure is to be discussed according to the demographic characteristics. Secondly, the difference between the satisfaction levels of leisure is to be discussed according to the participation level of university students in domestic sports. Thirdly, the relationship between the participation level of university students in domestic sports and the levels of leisure is to be clearly discussed. According to that, this research focuses mainly on teams formed by male and female undergraduates from the four-year universities located in Chuncheon-city, Kangwon-do. Using a method of simple random sampling, a total of 150 students have been selected as sample groups for those who participate in sports-related clubs and domestic physical programs. Also, a total of 150 students, with the same method of selection as before, have been selected as sample groups for those who do not participate in domestic sports. As a result, a total of 300 students have been selected as sample groups. The instruments of gathering information for this research include the leisure satisfaction scale(LSS) developed by Beard and Ragheb(1980) and adapted by Lee, Jong-kil(1992). The levels of confidence and propriety for this research have been verified by questionnaires prepared by the instruments. The level of confidence for the questionnaires has shown a result of Cronbach α = .689~.894, regarded as being extremely high. Methods of correlation, one-way ANOVA and t-test have been used with SPSS Windows 10.0 Version, in order to investigate the relationship between university students' participation in domestic sports and satisfaction levels of leisure. For the post-examination, a method of Scheffe' test has been used at a significant level of 5%. The following results have been obtained from the analysis of gathered information according to the objective of this research. Firstly, among the special demographic factors of university students who participate in domestic sports, there are significant differences for the satisfaction levels among grades, household profits, health levels and credits. However, there is no significant difference between genders. Secondly, the university students who participate in domestic sports show high levels of leisure satisfaction, compared to those who do not. Thirdly, the participation level of university students in domestic sports contributes to the level of leisure satisfaction.

현대체육의 신경향성에 관한 고찰

The necessity and purpose of this study is to consider the nee-tendency of the modem physical education by increasing to understand an information society, a leisure society and an aging society. The results of the research about the nee-tendency of the modem physical education following the above purpose run as follow: The first is to intend for the life of physical education. The second is to aim at the equalization of physical education. The third is to intend for the informative and scientific physical education. The fourth is to aim at the optimum of physical education environment. The fifth is to intend to industrialize the physical education. The sixth is to aim to extend of the physical education. In connection with the tendency of the modem society as a man of internation, information and culture contributing to revealing the nee-love for humanity in the 21st century, we regard proposing how to make an intelligently, emotionally, socially and physically desirable whole man as the suggestive inevitability which physical education has in the modem society.

골프클럽 소비자의 구매 및 재구매 행동 분석

The purpose of this study is that make an purchasing of consumer's effective foundation and analyze consumer's reaction and inclination which affects their purchasing behaviors and relation between consumers and purchasing behaviors. I conduct a survey on those who play golf in Chun-chun of Rang-won province. And they answered questions by self-administration method. I selected 311 research results for analysis. The method of study is base on precedent study of Yang yong-suk(1997), Jung young-jun(1997) and Kim jong-tae(2001), and I complement and modify questions to meet with the goal of study. I used the techniques of statistical analysis for data. They are frequencies analysis, a factor analysis and a cross tabs analysis to inquire into independence between distribution and major factor of group. And I get mean(M) and standard-deviation(SD) to inquire into a trait between each group, and examine relation between variable closely using ANOVA. Using the method I mentioned till now, I reach a conclusion such a following results. The first, when the golf-activity consumer want to buy golf-supplies, they usually go to the sports shop or the golf shop because they think the quality of products above all. The second, the purchasing behaviors in golf is affected by a characteristic of the golf-activity consumer. The golf supplies purchasing is affected according How long they have played, how many curriculum vita they have and how good skill they have. The person who practice playing golf 2-3 times per week, have varied career for 3-4 years and the consumer who are over handicap 19 purchase actively. The third, repurchasing are affected by the propensity of golf-activity consumer. When they change their golf supplies, they think that the mainly elements are a defect and old-fashioned style of their supplies.

교육기관 역할 모색을 통한 남북체육교류협력 방안

보건의료분야에서의 유전자원 코드체계 연구

최근 인간 유전체 연구에 대한 관심이 증대되어 유전자원 정보에 대한 효율적 활용을 위한 정보 수집 및 관리 활동이 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 현재까지 연구된 보건의료분야 표준 코드체계들은 유전자원 정보 식별을 위한 적합한 표현방법을 고려하지 않아 유전자원 정보관리에 적용하기 어려운 문제점을 갖고 있으며, 현재 사용되는 식별체계 또한 기관에 따라 자체적으로 운영되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 보건의료 정보 관리에 적용되는 국내·외 표준 코드체계를 분석하고 유전자원 표준 코드체계 설계를 위한 정보 요구사항 및 기본방향을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to consider how to magnify sports exchange and cooperation with social and cultural exchange and cooperation between South and North Korea. Through considerations of all problems of policy which sports exchange and cooperation have with social and cultural exchange and cooperation how to magnify sports exchange and cooperation as follows. All problems of policy which sports exchange and cooperation have with social and cultural exchange and cooperation between South and North Korea: First, it is insufficient to insist strongly an actively driving will and necessity about spats exchange and cooperation. Second, it is insufficient to establish the foundation of popular support and connect the policy about sports exchange and cooperation. Third, the policy cooperation with local governments is unsatisfied, and the approach about liquidity of social environment is not enough. Fourth, it is insufficient to develop a special policy about sports exchange and cooperation, and to train the organizations taking full responsibility and experts. How to magnify sports exchange and cooperation with social and cultural exchange and cooperation between South and North Korea: First, it is necessary to clarify an actively driving will to magnify sports exchange and cooperation. Second, it is necessary to revise a middle and long-range master plan to magnify sports exchange and cooperation. Third, it is necessary to activate and have sports meeting regularly to magnify sports exchange and cooperation. Fourth, it is necessary to set up a cooperation system with driving policies to magnify sports exchange and cooperation. Fifth, it is necessary to diversify driving ways to magnify sports exchange and cooperation. Sixth, it is necessary to build up an international cooperation system to magnify sports exchange and cooperation.

남북 정상회담과 체육교류의 전망

The historical Berlin Declaration and successful south-north summit meeting can be regarded as a set of historical event which accelerates the activation of interchange and cooperation in the dull relationship between south and north korea. In this paper we will prospect the role of remarkable soprt exchanges and the problems with which our country is confronted, and then expects to play an important part in a south-north reconciliation and collaboration and permanent peace settlement. The conclusion was as follows : First, To hold 2002 FIFA World Cup jointly and compose a unitary team is a national task which has to accomplish necessarily. The prospect is very bright to form a unitary team in Asian Cup in October and to participate through AFC supports and affirmative responses of North Korea Second, Through a regular unification football, the all kinds of exchange matches between south and north Korea will have to be open. In a good football match of the four far East Nations and World Youth Championship it is positively expected to compose a unitary team and to participate. Third, Because of limited time it will be desirable to put together to the games rather than form a unitary team and participate in 2000Sydney Olympic Games. Fourth, In 2001 Osaka World Table Tennis Championship it seems to be possible to compose a unitary team and participate. Fifth, The regular unification basketball will enable the exchange matches of korean wrestling, volleyball, table tennis and badminton to be held, and the authorities concerned should find out a concrete and visual way. Sixth, Beyond elite sport exchanges the various exchanges of games and the methods of cooperation are necessary and these will probably make people-to-people exchanges active.

2차원 바코드와 UCC/EAN-128을 이용한 생물자원 자동인식시스템

컴퓨팅 환경이 발전함에 따라 다양한 물리적 객체와 디지털 정보를 연동하는 자동인식 연구가 활발히 진행 중이다. 이러한 자동인식시스템은 다양한 산업분야에서 활용되고 있음에도 불구하고 보건의료와 관련한 자동인식 기술의 접목은 아직까지 다른 산업기술 전반에 미치지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 의료장비, 혈액, 인체조직 등 보건의료 용품의 자동인식에 관한 여러 연구가 진행 중이다. 이 논문은 인간 유전체 연구의 필수 연구재료인 생물자원을 대상으로 자동인식 기술의 적용 방안을 제안한다. 먼저, 자동인식기술 도입을 위해 사용 환경상의 고려사항을 정의하고, 조사과정 또는 실험을 통하여 적합한 형태의 태그 인터페이스로서 바코드를 선택하였다. 바코드 심볼로지는 2차원 바코드 심볼로지인 Data Matrix를 사용하고, 데이터 스키마는 국제적 범용성 추구를 위하여 UCC/EAN-128 기반으로 설계하였다. 제안된 기술들이 실제 환경에 적용되는지를 보이기 위한 어플리케이션을 개발하고, 이에 대한 실험 및 평가를 다음의 방법으로 수행하였다. 생물자원이 실제 보존되는 영하 $196^{\circ}C$, 영하 $75^{\circ}C$의 초저온 보존환경에서 바코드 인식실험을 한 결과 1.6초 내외의 평균 인식시간을 보이며, 데이터 스키마는 생물자원 활용 분야의 요구사항을 만족하는 것으로 평가되었다. 따라서 제안한 방법으로 생물자원의 정보처리 과정에서 정확성과 데이터 입력의 신속성이 제공될 수 있다. As rapid development of computing environment, field of automatic identification research which interoperates with various physical objects and digital information is making active progress. Although the automatic identification system is widely used in various industries, application of automatic identification system in the field of medical health doesn't reach other industry. Therefore research in medical health supplies such as medical equipment, blood, human tissues and etc is on progress. This paper suggests the application of automatic identification technology for biological resources which is core research material in human genome research. First of all, user environment requirements for the introduction of automatic identification technology are defined and through the experiments and research, barcode is selected as a suitable tag interface. Data Matrix which is 2D barcode symbology is chosen and data schema is designed based on UCC/EAN-128 for international defecto standard. To showapplicability of proposed method when applied to actual environment, we developed, tested and evaluated application as following methods. Experiments of barcode read time at 196 and 75 below zero which is actual temperature where biological resources are preserved resulted read speed of average of 1.6 second and the data schema satisfies requirements for the biological resources application. Therefore suggested method can provide data reliability as well as rapid input of data in biological resources information processing.
