        도행지(陶行知)의 학교 설립 및 운영을 통해 본 학교교육관 탐색

        본 연구는 도행지의 대표적인 교육실천인 학교 설립 및 운영 과정에 대한 분석을 통하여 도행지의 학교교육관에 대해 살펴보았다. 도행지는 교육기회의 확대를 위하여 다양한 형식의 학교를 설립하고 운영하였다. 이 학교들은 교육대상의 보편화를 위한 도행지의 교육실천으로 전인교육을 위한 교육목표 하에 생활교육론에 입각한 교육내용으로 교사와 학생의 역할분담을 최소화한 "교학주합일"의 교수학습방식을 취하고 있다. 또한 학교 운영에서 학칙과 각종 제도를 통한 제도화 관리와 학생 자치를 통한 민주화 관리를 실시하였다. 이러한 도행지의 교육실천은 학교교육의 교육대상, 교육목표, 교육내용, 교육방법 및 학교 운영의 본질적인 변혁을 일으켰으며 현대 학교교육의 발전에도 중요한 시사점을 제공하고 있다. This study aimed to extract Tao Xingzhi's (陶行知, 1891-1946) ideas about formal education by investigating his school establishment and management practices. Tao Xingzhi established and operated various schools to provide educational opportunities. The objective of his school establishment was to expand the range of subjects. Tao provided whole-person education at his schools, and the subject matter was based on his life education theory. Tao combined teaching, learning, and activity to reform the pedagogical process, and his school operations were institutionalized and democratically managed. These aspects were comprised of Tao's ideas about formal education. Tao's ideas might offer valuable implications for the development of formal education.

        虛位時間對決策情境的虛位誘導效應影響硏究

        隨着國內饥饿營銷、團購、秒殺等一系列虛位營銷方式的興起,通過控制虛位産品的不可得信號呈現的時間來情境性地影響消費者對相關産品的偏好和態度的營銷策略應用更加廣泛。基于産品不可得信號轉換方式界定了虛位時間槪念的兩種表現形式。已有虛位時間的相關硏究主要從企業和産品的視角探討産品從不可得到可得信號轉換的新産品預發布時間,忽略了消費者決策情境視角對産品從可得到不可得信號轉換的虛位時間感知下消費者決策行爲的硏究。基于雙屬性空間虛位誘導效應啓動策略模型,依据心理學時間壓力及認知閉合需要的相關理論,運用著名E-Prime心理學實驗軟件設計虛位時間在決策過程中的6個層次下的消費者決策實驗。實證結果表明:虛位時間同時對虛位誘導效應及其加工流暢性産生影響,而且加工流暢性在虛位誘導效應引發的消費者偏好反轉過程中具有顯著的中介作用,結論不僅彌補和豊富了消費者決策行爲中的虛位誘導效應的理論框架,幷進一步提高虛位營銷策略的效率和效益。 With the rising of phantom marketing in Chinese market, such as hunger marketing, group purchase, sec-killing and so on, marketing strategies that can influence consumers’ preference and attitude about related products by controlling the time of presenting an phantom product become more widely. On account of conversion mode of unavailable signal of products, it defines two types of phantom time. It has been mostly concerned about preannouncements time of new products from unavailable to available signal in light of enterprises and products, but has not explored consumer decision-making study on phantom time of products from available to unavailable signal. Based on Chinese consumer decision-making context cue using the famous psychology experiment software named as E-prime based on priming model of phantom decoy effects in double attribute space and according to relevance psychological theory of time pressure and need for cognitive closure, this paper designs six phantom time experiments of consumer decision-making. The results show: phantom time both exert positive influence on phantom decoy effects and processing fluency, and more importantly, processing fluency plays a significant medium role in the course of consumer preference reversal caused by phantom decoy effects. Its conclusions not only make up and enrich the theory framework of phantom decoy effects on consumer decision-making behavior, but also improve phantom marketing efficiency and profits.

        주제별 논단 : 中國破産管理人制度的思考

        Bankruptcy administrator system is the most mature system of western developed countries, and its generation and development is closely related to market economy. Establishment of bankruptcy administrator is inevitable requirement, and bankruptcy administrator plays an important role in the whole bankruptcy procedure. With the acceleration of economic reform and the increase of bankrupt companies, it is increasingly urgent that China perfects the bankruptcy legislation and the necessity and urgency of establishing the system of bankruptcy administrator are considered by the law theoreticians an issue to be earnestly considered. As for developing China, how to build and perfect bankruptcy administrator system is a meaningful subject on theory and practice. This thesis is a study on the concept, rights and obligations, authority, status, function, supervision and other relevant problems of the bankruptcy administrator. Finally, aiming at these problems, this thesis puts forward relevant improvement suggestions. For example, clearly confirming bankruptcy administrator`s independent legal status, carrying out ``bipartite system`` for the appointment of bankruptcy administrator, establishing bankruptcy administrator`s property guarantee system, perfecting bankruptcy administrator`s legal liability system, etc.

        BLLD 부호의 Mutual Information

        이 논문은 maximum a posteriori (MAP) 비트 검출(bit detection)의 비트 오류 확률 (bit error probability:BEP)과 비트 최소 평균 제곱 오류(bit minimum mean square error: bit MMSE)사이의 관계를 유도한다. BEP는 bit MMSE의 1/4 보다 크고 1/2보다 작음을 유도한다. 이 결론을 이용하면 bit-linear linear-dispersion (BLLD) 부호를 적용한 다중 입출력 (multiple-input multiple-output: MIMO) 통신 시스템에서 가우시안 채널의 mutual information의 미분 값의 하한과 상한을 BEP로부터 얻을 수 있고 나아가서 mutual information의 하한과 상한을 구할 수 있다. In this paper, we derive the relationship between the bit error probability (BEP) of maximum a posteriori (MAP) bit detection and the bit minimum mean square error (MMSE), that is, the BEP is greater than a quarter of the bit MMSE and less than a half of the bit MMSE. By using this result, the lower and upper bounds of the derivative of the mutual information are derived from the BEP and the lower and upper bounds are easily obtained in the multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communication systems with the bit-linear linear-dispersion (BLLD) codes in the Gaussian channel.

        韓國醫療旅游競爭力因素對實際消費行爲和顧客忠誠度的影響

        本硏究首先考察了醫療旅游的競爭因素,然后分析了醫療旅游競爭力因素對實際購買行爲的影響,以及實際購買行爲對顧客忠誠的影響. 與此同時, 檢測了滿意度是否在醫療旅游的競爭因素影響實際購買行爲這個過程中存在調節效應,驗證了實際購買行爲在醫療旅游競爭因素與顧客忠誠之間的中介作用. 在這項硏究中,選定的醫療旅游競爭力因素爲醫療技術,价格和地理因素。本硏究的調査對象僅限于在韓國有醫療旅游經驗的中國人. 本硏究共發放230分問卷,剔除其中无效問卷22分后,最終有208個有效問卷數据用于分析. 數据分析得到四個結論,首先當不考慮滿意度的影響時醫療旅游競爭力因素中只有地理因素對實際消費行爲有積極(+)影響. 其次醫療旅游者的實際消費行爲對顧客忠誠度也有積極(+)影響. 然后滿意度的調節影響只在醫療技術水平與實際購買行爲之間存在,幷且滿意度越高調節作用越大,最后實際消費行爲在地理因素和顧客忠誠度之間發揮了中介效應. This study first examines the competitive factors of medical tourism, analyzes the influence of medical tourism competitiveness factors on actual purchasing behavior, and analyzes the effect of actual purchasing behavior on customer loyalty. In addition, we investigate whether there is a mediating effect between competitive factors and actual purchasing behavior according to medical tourism type and satisfaction, and mediating effects between medical tourism competitive factors and customer loyalty. In this study, medical tourism competitiveness factors were selected as medical technology, price, and geographical factors. The subjects of this study were limited to Chinese who had medical tourism experience in Korea. A total of 230 questionnaires were collected and 208 questions were used for the analysis except for the unreliable response data. Only the geographical factors among the factors of medical tourism competitiveness presented in this study have a positive effect on actual consumption behavior. And the actual consumption behaviors of medical tourists have a positive effect on customer loyalty. The higher the satisfaction of medical tourists, the more positive the medical technology level has on the actual consumption behavior. Actual consumption behavior has played a mediating role between geographical factors and customer loyalty.

      • 한국 거주 조선족 노인이주자의 문화적응 스트레스와 건강증진 행위 관계

        Purpose: This study examined the relationship between acculturation stress and health promotion behaviors in the Korean Chinese elderly immigrants living in Korea, focusing on the buffering effects of social support. Methods: We included 132 completed questionnaires in the analysis. The buffering effect was examined using a hierarchical regression analysis by adding interaction terms. Results: Health promotion scores were significantly higher in the group with a higher education level, lower depressive symptom scores, and higher levels of social support. However, no statistically significant differences were found in the health promotion behaviors by gender, age, spouse, job, financial stability, subjective health status, chronic disease, regular health checkups, or acculturation stress. The hierarchical regression analysis demonstrated that social support had a buffering effect on the relationship between acculturation stress and health promotion behaviors in the Korean Chinese elderly immigrants. Specifically, the relationship between the acculturation stress stemming from the difficulties in the workplace and health promotion behaviors was attenuated by social support. Conclusion: These findings indicate that social support significantly moderates the relationship between acculturation stress and health promotion behaviors in the Korean Chinese elderly immigrants living in Korea. A variety of strategies to enhance social support should be incorporated in the health promotion programs to decrease the negative effects of acculturation stress in the Korean Chinese elderly living in Korea.
