본 연구는 중소벤처기업의 조직구성원들이 인식하고 있는 조직 내 다양한 혁신활동 유형이 핵심성과에 대한 영향요인을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 관계모형을 통해 이들 간의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구목적을 위해 설정된 연구가설을 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 혁신활동 유형인 기술혁신에 대한 핵심성과는 경로 계수(β)=0.461, p<0.001 수준에서 유의 하므로 기술혁신은 핵심성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 혁신활동 유형인 제품혁신에 대한 핵심성과는 경로계수(β)=0.279, p<0.001 수준에서 유의 하므로 제품혁신은 핵심성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 혁신활동 유형인 프로세스 혁신에 대한 핵심성과는 경로계수(β)=0.441, p<0.001 수준에서 유의 하므로 프로세스 혁신은 핵심성과에 통게적으로 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 혁신활동 유형인 핵심역량에 대한 핵심성과는 경로계수(β)=0.233, p 값은 0.002 수준에서 유의 하므로 핵심역량은 핵심성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중소벤처기업이 지속가능경영 체계를 더욱 더 고도화를 위해서는 체계적이며 전략적인 혁신활동을 구현과 실행의 지속성이 요구되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between various types of innovation activities recognized by the members of small and medium venture firms through relationship model in order to effectively manage the factors that influence the core performance. The results of verifying the research hypotheses established for this study are as follows. First, since the core performance for technological innovation, a type of innovation activity, is significant at the level of path coefficient (β) = 0.461, p <0.001, technological innovation has a positive effect on core performance. Second, since the core performance of product innovation, a type of innovation activity, was significant at the level of path coefficient (β) = 0.279, p <0.001, product innovation had a positive effect on core performance. Third, the core performance for process innovation, a type of innovation activity, is significant at the level of path coefficient (β) = 0.441 and p <0.001. Therefore, process innovation has a positive effect on core performance. Fourth, since the core coefficient for core competency, a type of innovation activity, was significant at the path coefficient (β) = 0.223 and p value was 0.002, the core competency had a positive effect on core performance. Therefore, in order for SMEs to further upgrade their sustainability management system, continuous implementation and implementation of systematic and strategic innovation activities were required.

주택공급모형과의 연계활용을 위한 주택공간정보 구축방안 연구

경제적, 사회적, 환경적, 도시공간구조적 측면이 복합적으로 결합된 주택공급문제를 해결하기 위해서는 분석모형에 기반을 둔 주택공급분석이 필요하다. 본 연구는 주택공급모형을 위한 주택공간정보 구축 및 활용방안 도출을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해서 선행연구 및 관련 시스템 현황을 분석하여 주택공간정보를 구축하고 주요 활용방안을 도출하였다. 연구결과 주택공간정보 구축 측면에서는 공간단위별 구축과 연계정보의 표준화가 도출되었다. 주택공간정보 활용 측면에서는 건물 및 필지정보의 활용이 필수적인 것으로 나타났다. 향후에는 주거 질적 측면의 주택공급정보 구축 및 활용 방안 마련이 필요할 것이다. To solve the housing supply problems which are combined with economic, social, environmental and urban spatial structural aspects, it is needed to analyze housing supply based on the analysis model. This study aims to draw the construction of the housing geospatial information for housing supply model. For these purposes, we construct the housing geospatial information and draw case studies on information utilization based on the precedent studies and relevant systems about housing geospatial information. From the result, we construct the geospatial information according to spatial unit and draw standardization of connected information between housing supply information and housing geospatial information. Also we found that it is essential to use a building and parcel level housing geospatial information for housing supply. In the future, it will be needed to construct the housing supply information from qualitative aspect for dwelling and to establish a utilization strategy.

ICT 분야에 대한 일회성 도는 전시성 지우너을 통한 창업·벤처기업의 수의 증가가 아닌 글로벌 기업으로 지속가능할 수 있도록 유망기업에 대한 선택과 집중에 의한 맞춤형 정책수립과 지원이 필요하다. ICT 분야의 창업·벤처기업이 혁신성장과 지속성장이 가능할 수 있도록 친화적 생태계 여건 조성은 새로운 일자리 창출에 기여할 수 있다. 창업·벤처기업이 재도약할 수 있도록 단계별 자금지원과 글로벌 시장 개척지원을 위한 체계적인 프로그램 제공은 곧 ICT 분야의 창업·벤처기업에 대한 경쟁력 향상이며, 이는 곧 국가경쟁력의 원천으로 작용할 수 있다. The arrival of the 4th Industrial Revolution based on ICT is transforming all digital resources into innovative global environments from national and social systems by integrating intelligent technologies through cooperative networks. It is necessary to establish and support customized policies by selecting and concentrating promising companies so that they can be sustained as global companies, rather than increasing the number of start-up venture companies through the one-time or exhibition exhibitors. Creating a friendly ecosystem can contribute to the creation of new jobs so that ICT startups can achieve innovative and sustainable growth. Step-by-step funding and a systematic program to support the global market development for start-up venture firms will lead to improved competitiveness for start-up venture firms in the ICT field, which can serve as a source of national competitiveness.
