수리시설물의 실시간 정보관리를 위한 RFID 및 QR 코드 기반의 모바일 기술 운용성 평가

This study aims to assess the mobile information technology as an alternative means for managing information of irrigation facilities. Traditional irrigation facility management which is operated manually has faced to critical limitations, such as delayed and loss in data handling and facilities misidentification. Real time download, collection, and update the information about the irrigation structure conditions in terms of operation and maintenance can provide a better support of the management efforts. Thus this study suggested mobile information technology using RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) and QR (Quick Response) code for real time information management of irrigation facilities. This paper describes the applications and implementation results of real-time mobile technology for the field information communication of the irrigation facilities. The system was tested in I-dong irrigation districts in Gyounggi-province, Korea and the assessment of operability demonstrated beneficial usability for inspection of agricultural irrigation facilities in the irrigation district. The tests showed that RFID was preferred method expected to improve operability although these had some limitation. The mobile technologies are expected to increase efficiency and effectiveness of irrigation facilities management.
연결성과 소통구조 모듈을 통한 차세대 범용 농업시스템 시뮬레이터 (GASS2)의 개발

The purpose of this study is to improve the Generic Agricultural Systems Simulator (GASS) which can simulate various rural systems based on object-oriented model. GASS provides the configuration platform of various system components to simplify integrated agricultural system models such as irrigation systems for rice farming. The new connection and communication modules of GASS improve applicability for modelling diverse systems. The geometric connection of GASS replaces topological connection, and communication protocols expand to analyze not only homogeneous system but also heterogeneous system. In this paper, we applied GASS2 to simulate the water heights of linked tanks and the simulation outputs were verified through comparing with analytical solutions of differential equations. The two new modules make it possible to analyze the 4-tank problem which includes topological and heterogenous issues with GASS2.

미국은 세계 최대의 사료곡물 생산국인 동시에 최대소비국이기도 하다. 풍부한 곡물생산국으로서의 우위성을 살려서 축산물 생산량도 세계 최대를 기록하고 있다. 옥수수는 미국이 세계생산의 41.6%, 수출의 68.29%를 차지할 정도로 미국에 집중되어 있다. 이러한 결과로 미국에서 기상이변 등에 의한 생산변동이 세계가격에 직접적으로 미치는 영향력이 매우 높아지는 특징이 있다. 미국의 대표적 사료곡물인 옥수수를 중심으로 생산주기와 수급추이, 유통경로, 사료용 이용현황 등에 대하여 최근 상황을 정리한다.

The purpose of this study is to improve ability of GASS using diverse communication layers of material and information. GASS is a dynamic system simulator developed for analyzing complex agricultural system. However, it had two difficulties which are inefficient modeling of information transmission and complicated implementation of material transmission. This paper proposes dual communication layers which consist of material and information to overcome the hardship and applies intake tower component which controls amount of irrigation using water requirement in paddy to an irrigation system model. The application focused on available information communication and correctable material communication.
