설치류 후각구의 혈역학적 반응을 이용한 머신러닝 기반 냄새 분류기의 설명 가능성에 대한 연구

Recently, brain-computer interface-based odor detection technologies have been introduced based on the fact that the hemodynamic responses of rodent olfactory bulbs appear differently depending on odorants. However, in order to use the technology for odor detection, it is necessary to confirm and verify the judgment basis of the machine learning algorithm. In this paper, it is intended to verify the feasibility of machine learning explanations using partial dependency analysis and Shapley values. For this purpose, six features of mean, variance, peak, kurtosis, skewness, and slope are extracted from the hemodynamic response signal recorded from the rodent olfactory bulb, and data analysis is performed by calculating the partial dependence analysis technique and Shapley value. As a result of the analysis, in the selected model, slope and peak appeared as important factors, and kurtosis and skewness had relatively low importance. 최근 냄새 물질에 따라 설치류 후각구의 혈역학적 반응이 다르게 나타나는 점에 착안한 뇌-컴퓨터 인터페이스 기반 냄새 탐지 기술이 선보인 바있다. 하지만, 해당 기술을 냄새 탐지에 활용하기 위해서는 머신러닝 알고리즘의 판단 근거를 확인하고 검증할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 부분 의존성 분석과 섀플리 값(Shapley value)을 이용하여 머신러닝 분류기의 설명 가능성을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 설치류 후각구에서 기록된 혈역학적 반응 신호로부터 평균, 분산, 피크, 첨도, 왜도, 기울기의 6가지 피처를 추출하고, 부분 의존성 분석 기법과 섀플리 값을 통해 분류기의 동작을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 선정된 모델은 기울기와 피크는 중요한 인자로 사용하며 첨도와 왜도는 상대적으로 낮은 중요도를 갖는 것을 확인하였다.

Due to the advancement of technology and various media, modern society is seeking a nomadic life that is free from constraints of the past settlement oriented life and not tied into fixed values. This means change of thinking and value. Based on this change, modern people demand a space where their lifestyle can be reflected and where said spaces are combined with various fields. Recently, buildings using containers have attracted attention in meeting those demands, and they are frequently used in residential, commercial, and cultural spaces. The container is originally a tool for cargo transportation, but it is often used in the construction field due to its economical advantages, ease of assembly and disassembly, and adaptability due to modularity. This creates a differentiated space from typical buildings. The purpose of this study is to review the background and characteristics of using containers in architecture as a way to understand the nomadic characteristics in container architectural space. Also, it wishes to conceptualize the specific characteristics of contemporary architectural space through Deleuze's nomadic view, which shows characteristics of modern society. This study analyzed the cases of domestic and international containers used in cultural and commercial space, focused on the keywords of fluid, temporal, and nonhierarchical spaces after analyzing the nomadic characteristics of contemporary architectural space. I searched for the possibility of container construction as a space for modern people with nodal sensibility. Currently, most studies on container architecture focus on the technical aspects. However, the advancement of container architecture is expected to satisfy public and distinguish it from typical architectural space through the fundamental analysis of space from the nomadic point of view representing modern society.
복합재료 이론에 의한 2차원 상판 구조물의 정확하고 간단한 해석

대부분의 건설기술자들은 강판형교나 콘크리트 교량을 단위 폭을 가진 보로 해석 하나 이러한 구조물은 엄연히 복합재료로 이루어진 판(plate) 구조이다. 이러한 구조물은 균등단면에 등분포하중을 받고 4변 단순 지지된 경우가 아니면 정확한 해석이 불가능하다. 복합 재료의 이론은 일반 기술자들이 이해하기 힘드나, 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 비교적 쉽게 정확히 해석하는 방법을 제시하고, 예로서 3경간 연속 판 교량과 포스트텐션된 강교의 해석을 보여준다.
林土의 有機物의 分解速度와 無機養料의 垂直分布에 關한 考察

Kim Choon Min, Chang Nam Kee and Chung Whan Ho: Decomposition rate of plant residue and the vertical distibution of mineral nutrients in the woodland soil. The relationship between decomposition rate of litter and the amount of mineral nutrients dispersed to the soil horizons were studied on the oak and pine forest stand. The results are as follows: 1. Decomposition rate of litter was highest in the F horizon of the oak stand, however in the pine stand it was highest in H horizon. 2. The correlation coefficients between decomposition rate and humus, organic carbon, moisture content, calcium, phosphorus, and nitrogen in the pine stand are; 0.90, 0.98, 0.76, 0.98, and 0.88, in oak stand; 0.97, 0.93, 0.92, 0.97, 0.74 and 0.73. 3. Factors which affect the decomposition rate of litter are humus, organic carbon, moisture content, calcium, phosphorus and nitrogen. 4. Among the variables, PH, moisture content and phosphorus under the oak and pine forest showed significant differences in each horizon. 5. C/N ratio of pine stands is higher than that of oak stands studied. 6. The vertical distribution of mineral nutrients is highly related with the amount of humus accumulated on top soil.
