BIM(Builidng Information Modeling)이란 자재 정보, 시공 정보 등 시설물의 생애주기에 걸쳐 발생하는 모든 정보가 통합되어 작성되어진 3D 모델을 의미한다. VR(Virtural Reality) 보급이 확산됨에 따라 3차원 건축 모델을 VR 모델로 변환시켜 시공 전 미리 검토하는 방법이 고안되고 있다. 이와 같은 배경에서 정보가 통합되어진 BIM 모델을 VR로 전환할 때 고려해야 할 점들과 특징을 분석하고, BIM 정보의 VR 활용에 대하여 논의하고자 한다. BIM(Building Information Modeling) refers to a 3D model created by integrating all information that occurs throughout the life cycle of a facility, such as material information and construction information. As VR(Virtual Reality) spreads, a method of converting a 3D architectural model into a VR model and reviewing it before construction is being devised. Against this background, the purpose of this study is to analyze the points and characteristics to be considered when converting the BIM model to VR, and to discuss its use of BIM information.

Recently, research on materials capable of converting visible light transmittance (VLT) and solar heat gain coefficient (g-value) is active. There are prior studies trying to realize sustainable architecture by reducing energy consumption by applying these materials to architecture. In this study, the summer cooling load savings were analyzed when these materials applied with kinetic louvers. Data from electrochromic with the widest VLT and g-value variable range were used. Simulation using Energyplus engine was used as the analysis method, and target space was limited to office.

The double-skin is used to reduce the cooling and heating load of the building. However, in some weather conditions, the hollow layer may overheat, resulting in poor performance or very little effect. In such a situation, a double-skin was devised that can quickly ventilate the hollow layer and control the lighting effect of the room. Electrochromic is applied, and a double-skin that can be rotated like a louver is designed. In this study, the daylight performance analysis was performed for the angle and Visible Light Transmittance (VLT) of the double-skin.

May-Hegglin anomaly(MHA) is a rare autosomal dominant disorder. π1Is is the most common type of hereditaη or inherited giant platelet disorders(lGPDs). It is characterized by the presence of giant platelets, thrombocytopenia, abnormal bluish inclusions in the granulocytes, and mild bleeding symptoms. The mechanism of the hemostatic defect is not entirely clear, but bleeding is proportional to the degree of thrombocytopenia. We experienced the mother and neonate affected WIth May-Hegglin anomaly. In the peripheral blood smear, giant platelets and light blue basophilic inclusion bodies in the granulocytes are observed.
도서관과 학생수련시설에 대한 교육시설 안전인증 요소의 확대적용 방안 연구

In order to create a safe and comfortable educational environment and improve the quality of education, the 'Act on the Safety and Maintenance of Educational Facilities' was enacted in 2021. Accordingly, 'Educational Facility Safety Certification Operation Regulations' was established. Safety certification targets are classified into 'kindergarten', 'elementary/middle/high school and special schools', and 'university and other educational facilities'. Other educational facilities include libraries and student training facilities. However, student training facilities and libraries are different from schools as facilities for special activities such as training and reading. Therefore, the unique characteristics of the facility must be reflected in the 'Educational Facility Safety Certification Operation Regulations'. This study analyzed how the 'Educational Facility Safety Certification Operation Regulation' reflects the special characteristics of student training facilities and libraries that are 'other educational facilities'. The previous certification system and guidelines were compared and analyzed, and the on-site survey method was used. Finally, it was confirmed that each of the library and the student training facility needed 9 detailed criteria reviews.
