        후방카메라모듈의 system level 불량분석을 위한 ESD 예측해석기술에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 simulation 기술을 이용한 후방카메라모듈의 Electrostatic Discharge(ESD) 불량분석을 위한 예측기술에 관한 연구를 제안한다. 그리고 제안된 후방카메라모듈의 ESD 불량분석과 EC61000-4-2 테스트 조건을 만족하기 위해 적합한 카메라 정전기 방전(ESD) 시뮬레이션 방법이 개발되었다. ESD 인증시험에는 contact discharge와 air discharge가 있으며 본 논문에서는 contact discharge 조건에 기반 하여 비교 분석하였으며 시험조건은 ESD 국제표준규격인 IEC61000-4-2에 따라 시뮬레이션 모델링을 구현하였고 동일조건으로 결과를 비교 하였다. 본 연구에서는 제안된 ESD Simulation을 이용한 불량분석 기술을 적용하여 실측과 simulation결과를 비교하여 동일한 결과를 얻었다. In this paper we propose a study on prediction technology for Electrostatic Discharge(ESD) defect analysis of rear camera module using simulation technology. In addition, a suitable ESD simulation method was developed to satisfy the ESD defect analysis of the proposed rear camera module and the IEC61000-4-2 test condition. The ESD certification test includes contact discharge and air discharge. In this paper, comparative analysis was performed based on the contact discharge condition and simulation modeling was implemented according to the ESD international standard, IEC61000-4-2 and the results were compared under the same conditions. In this study, the same results were obtained by comparing the actual measurement and simulation results by applying the proposed defect analysis technique using ESD simulation.

        경찰의 무기사용에 관한 사례분석 연구

        In the 2000s, a series of gun robbery cases happen across the country of Korea including not only large cities like Seoul, Daegu and Daejeon but small-and middle-sized cities like Gyeongju, Seosan and Gunsan. Moreover, lots of international violence organizations with guns flow into Korea, where the culprits use their gun to commit crimes. So, it is unavoidable for the police to use guns in repressing robbery and other brutal crimes using guns. Excessive use of guns should be restrained, but permission must be given for police officers to use guns in such an urgent situation as to protect the life and property of the people and the officers themselves. In this regard, this research aims to give concrete directions to indistinct criteria of judicial precedents for police to use weapons and to compare domestic criteria with those of foreign countries, with a view to proposing systematic and detailed criteria. To do that, investigations have been made into the theoretical background of this research, concepts and laws for the Korean police to use weapons, and requisites for the police to use weapons. In order to analyze judicial precedents about the police’s use of weapons, legal use of weapons has been separated from illegal use. The analysis has contributed to understanding the criteria for police officers to use weapons. Furthermore, in order to analyze the content of the judicial precedents, the police’s use of weapons has been classified into legal use and illegal use of weapons. First, the characteristics of suspects are analyzed with a focus on ① their sex, ② number of them, ③ drinking or non-drinking, ④ casualties, ⑤ kind of their crime, ⑥ kind of weapons they possess, ⑦ aspects of possessing and using the weapons, ⑧ resistance to police officers, and ⑨ warning and changes after warning shots. Second, the characteristics of suspects are analyzed with a focus on ① their sex, ② number of them, ③ asking for support or not, ④ oral order, ⑤ warning shots, ⑥ ball firing, ⑦ distance of shots, and ⑧ aiming directions. Third, the characteristics of the scene are analyzed with a focus on ① timing, ② existence of a third party, ③ location of the scene of action, and ④ imminence of the harm. Lastly, the present author gives suggestions for the nation’s policies. First, legislation on the police’s use of weapons need be improved. So, it is necessary that the relevant laws should more clearly stipulate the conditions and limits for the police to use weapons. And some considerations should be taken into the preparation of a manual which proposes objective criteria for the scope of permission to use a gun police officers can follow on a criminal spot. Furthermore, regulations should be newly established to compensate for the damages caused by the police’s use of weapons, schemes prepared to resolve personal disadvantages, and ex post factor relief systems reformed. Second, systems for the police to use weapons need be improved. Current education and training on the use of weapons should be upgraded with more realistic programs like a simulation. Moreover, alternative weapons need be introduced and/or developed so that police officers may use other weapons than a gun to overpower criminals, with a view to minimizing the police’s damages. Third, justifications for the police’s use of weapons need be improved. To do that, citizens’ recognition of the police’s use of weapons should be enhanced. In addition, PR activities need be intensified to advertise the said justifications. Fourth, as a way to improve a system to treat the police after their use of weapons, consideration should be taken into new establishment of the provisions about compensation for damages and into schemes to get rid of personal disadvantages.         소아 암 환자에서 발생한 Bacillus cereus 균혈증의 분자역학 분석에 관한 연구

        목적: Bacillus cereus 는 암환자들에서 기회감염을 일으킬 수 있다. 2013년에서 2014년 기간 동안 삼 성서울병원 소아 암 병동에서 B. cereus 균혈증의 급격한 증가가 관찰되었다. 이에 증가된 B. cereus 균혈증에 대해 분자역학적 연구를 시행하였다. 방법: 2001년 1월부터 2014년 6월까지의 기간 동안 B. cereus 균혈증이 발생한 소아 암 환자들을 확 인하였다. 이번 연구에서 B. cereus 균혈증은, 오염여부와는 상관없이, 혈액배양검사에서 적어도 한 번 이상 B. cereus 가 확인된 경우로 정의하였다. 획득 가능한 균주들에 대해 multilocus sequence typing (MLST) 분석을 시행하였고, 후향적 챠트 리뷰를 실시하였다. 결과: 연구 기간 동안 총 19명의 B. cereus 균혈증 환자가 확인되었다. 그러나, 2013년도에는 B. cereus 균혈증 환자가 급격하게 증가하였다. 또한, 응급실 공사 중이던 2013년 7월의 1주, 2013년 10월의 한 주 동안 각각 3명의 환자가 발생하였다. 그러나 MLST 분석상 일정한 패턴이 없는, 다양한 sequence types (STs)들로 확인되었다. 2013년 이전의 5개의 균주들의 ST는 ST18, ST26, ST177, ST147-like type, ST219-like type이었고, 2013년도의 균주들의 ST는 ST18, ST73, ST90, ST427, ST784, ST34-like type, ST130-like type으로 확인되었다. 고찰: MLST 분석상 B. cereus 균주들의 다양한 ST 분포가 확인되었다. 이번 연구에서 단일 ST의 B. cereus 에 의한 균혈증 발생의 가능성은 낮아보인다. Purpose: Bacillus cereus has been reported as the cause of nosocomial infections in cancer patients. In our pediatric cancer ward, a sudden rise in the number of patients with B. cereus bacteremia was observed in 2013 to 2014. This study was performed to investigate the molecular epidemiology of increased B. cereus bacteremia cases in our center. Methods: Pediatric cancer patients who developed B. cereus bacteremia were identified from January 2001 to June 2014. The B. cereus bacteremia in this study was defined as a case in which at least one B. cereus identified in blood cultures, regardless of true bacteremia. Available isolates were further tested by multilocus sequence typing (MLST) analysis. A retrospective chart review was performed. Results: Nineteen patients developed B. cereus bacteremia during the study period. However, in 2013, a sudden increase in the number of patients with B. cereus bacteremia was observed. In addition, three patients developed B. cereus bacteremia within 1 week in July and the other three patients within 1 week in October, respectively, during emergency room renovation. However, MLST analysis revealed different sequence types without consistent patterns. Before 2013, five tested isolates were ST18, ST26, ST177, and ST147-like type, and ST219-like type. Isolates from 2013 were ST18, ST73, ST90, ST427, ST784, ST34-like type, and ST130-like type. Conclusions: MLST analyses showed variable ST distribution of B. cereus isolates. Based on this study, there was no significant evidence suggesting a true outbreak caused by a single ST among patients who developed B. cereus bacteremia.
