There are emerging issues to update the educational environment for schools in terms of information and communication technology in order to provide customized programs to students as well as all participants relating to learning and teaching. The past year has been turbulent as the education facilities has changed and new procurement processes such as BTL have emerged. In this study, the feasibility analysis of ICT for the public educational environment is to analyse the current primary schools by means of collecting parent's opinion. In the web-site questionnaires, it was designed with 70 items such as teaching method, class organization, aptitude drill and educational community. As results, the statistical analysis is to propose the list of priority and orientation covering social agenda in the issue of ICT for education, the benefits schools can achieve by smart environment is to have the advanced learning services and solutions that represents parental engagement with identical local aims of interactive interface between their students and qualified teachers at a school. Both the national curriculum as well as the after-school program initiatives from the ministry of education, science and technology may reduce negative effects of private education so that the program has to be carefully developed for balanced education society revitalizing mutual communication within regional learning participants such as students, teachers and educational experts.

The opinion on merits and defects caused the unified-closed of a school facilities have collected by a people and government since the unified-closed system was enforced. There is a problem that the data occurring in the middle of the unified-closed is not analized. Therefore, in this study the target is elementary schools in kyung-gi province which did the unified-closed. First, this study is for analysing which condition influenced to make them. Second, it is for understanding the problems occurred in the process of the unified-closed and presenting the direction of improvement. Third, it is for setting up the planned guide by classification of school facility for the unified-closed which considers the previous problems sufficiently. The range of the study treats of general trend and analysis about the unified-closed of elementary school. The core subject is to analyse the standard and classification of the unified-closed of the object school by the policy of the unified-closed and to compare the carried process of the case school.

The purpose of this study is to give the detailed evaluation index which is considered by reconstruction and repair for the school facilities on the ground of the efficiency evaluation result in each plan through analyzing the school facilities to every case classified into the evaluation index such as the school site plan, the site plan, the floor plan. On this study through the detailed evaluation index each case to the school facilities is to get the result of the efficiency evaluation. Through analysing the result, to make an alternative plan of the school facilities which are fit in both the new educational process and the educational state is to give it as a guide.

A study about buddhist temple landscape construction in Baekje Sabi Period is very few to find. Because, we can find a little information in Samkuk-saki and Samkuk-yusa about buddhist temple Baekje Sabi Period. Therefore, we cannot help depending on the archaeological excavation in Korea. But, very fortunately, according to Japan ancient historial records(like Nihon-seaki etc.), we can find many abundant informations about buddhist temple for Baekje Sabi Period. So, a present writer can built up a hypothesis that buddhist temple landscape construction in Baekje Sabi Period can recompose according to understand Japan`s early records about buddhist temple landscape construction. A aim of this study is to reproduce about buddhist temple landscape construction in Baekje Sabi Period. For a goal of this study, we can find a same systematic quality between Beakje Kunsuri-temple and Japan Asuka-temple.
