There are emerging issues to update the educational environment for schools in terms of information and communication technology in order to provide customized programs to students as well as all participants relating to learning and teaching. The past year has been turbulent as the education facilities has changed and new procurement processes such as BTL have emerged. In this study, the feasibility analysis of ICT for the public educational environment is to analyse the current primary schools by means of collecting parent's opinion. In the web-site questionnaires, it was designed with 70 items such as teaching method, class organization, aptitude drill and educational community. As results, the statistical analysis is to propose the list of priority and orientation covering social agenda in the issue of ICT for education, the benefits schools can achieve by smart environment is to have the advanced learning services and solutions that represents parental engagement with identical local aims of interactive interface between their students and qualified teachers at a school. Both the national curriculum as well as the after-school program initiatives from the ministry of education, science and technology may reduce negative effects of private education so that the program has to be carefully developed for balanced education society revitalizing mutual communication within regional learning participants such as students, teachers and educational experts.

The purpose of this study is to give the detailed evaluation index which is considered by reconstruction and repair for the school facilities on the ground of the efficiency evaluation result in each plan through analyzing the school facilities to every case classified into the evaluation index such as the school site plan, the site plan, the floor plan. On this study through the detailed evaluation index each case to the school facilities is to get the result of the efficiency evaluation. Through analysing the result, to make an alternative plan of the school facilities which are fit in both the new educational process and the educational state is to give it as a guide.

School Design in the future will be more important on exterior space plan. However, there is no specific definition or boundary regarding exterior space, and related regulations and guides define the essential factors only. The purpose of this study is to have a guideline for the concept of exterior space in elementary school buildings, and deducted strong and weak points by evaluating exterior space based on each business methods. A result of this study can be suggest what improvements should be made on exterior space design of elementary school buildings by comparative analysis of positive and weak points for each evaluation factors.

이치카와(시천(市川)) 시립 제 7 중학교 설립과정 분석을 통한 일본의 교육시설 민간투자 사업에 관한 연구

This research is intended to analyze the tendency and mixed-use of the PFI for the middle schools in Chiba Province, Japan. The Ichikawa 7th middle school has included food supply system, nursery school, auditorium, day service center and care house. It consists of 2 PFIs. The one is middle school, food supply system, nursery school and Auditorium. The other is Day Service Center and Care House for elderly. This is the first mixed-use school by PFI in Japan. The PFI is a very nice tool for the future of our educational environment. But it has weak points, too. This paper analyze the case of Japanese PFI for the better results of Korean BTL systems.

This study, as one of the specific suggestions to satisfy the social needs of life long education and to overcome the limitations of the supply of regional facilities, presents plans for the possibility of the mixed-use of educational facilities and regional facilities as the ultimate objective. By focusing on the space composition of the mixed-use facility to execute the roles of the educational establishment actively and efficiently, the purpose is to present the mixed-use methodology in architectural plan on which functions to combine and by how much, when the mixed-use plan of educational facilities. The investigation objects was the 27 elementary schools in Seoul which have undergone mixed-use of educational facilities work as at August, 2007. And each educational facility was classified mixed-use functions and analyzed for the composition form of functions and the characteristics by functions. And for mixed-use facility, form types were derived from the relationship with the school buildings through the analysis on characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of each types were presented by factor-by-factor plan directions of mixed-use facility.

A main contents of this is to abtain the result of investigation and analysis of facilities & using space of Variation Type's middle school in Japan. we choose the sample of Japan Middle school managing variation type. Because the Japan's exiting educational system is very similar with Korea's existing educational system. We have planning about investigation and analysis of facilitie's present condition & using space of middle school in Japan. And we have also planning to have a hearing and interview investigation to teachers and students. A aim of this study is to abtain a guide of variation type space-planning in Middle school. For the aim, it is necessary to understand Japan's Middle school facilities condition and compare with Korea and Japan. A main content of study is as follow. o A collection of data and thesis of Japan's variation type middle school. o A check of curriculum of Japan's middle school. o A current of Japan's variation type middle mchool. history of construction circumstances, using situation of variation type, merit and demerit.

The purpose of this study is to have a guideline for mixed-use between school buildings and the community facilities as one of the suggestions to satisfy the needs of the society and to overcome the limitations of the supply of regional facilities. Main contents of this study are as a follow : 1) Arrangement of concept for mixed-use facilities, 2) Classification of community facilities for school buildings. 3) Distribution of school buildings in Nowon-Gu 4) Distribution of community facilities in Nowon-Gu 5) A proposal of mixed-use guide line between school buildings and public office.
