본 연구는 연구자가 초보수퍼바이저로서 경험한 불안에 대한 자기성찰적 탐구이다. 연구는 연구자 자신을 연구대상으로 한 자문화기술지 연구방법으로 진행되었으며 지도교수와의 인터뷰자료, 초기기억 자료, 부모에 관한 기억자료 등이 수집되었다. 수집된 자료들은 수퍼바이저가 되기 시작한 시점부터 경험한 불안 정서에 초점을 두는 감정코딩으로 분석되었다. 자료 수집 및 분석 과정은 삼각검증법을 통해 신뢰도와 타당도를 확보하였다. 연구 결과, 주요범주는 ‘통증(몸의신호)’, ‘어울리지 않는 옷(초보 수퍼바이저)’, ‘불안이 가리키다’, ‘초기 기억’, ‘기억의 그림자’, ‘욕망이 금지된 엄마와 기대를 갖지 못한 딸’, 그리고 ‘불안과 함께’로 도출 되었다. 이와 같이 초보수퍼바이저가 경험한 불안, 그리고 그 기저에 내재된 수치심에 대한 이해와 극복경험은 수치심으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 내담자에 대한 심층적 이해에 기여하였다. 즉, 초보수퍼바이저의 개인적 자아는 전문적 자아와 분리되지 않으며 전문적 영역에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 초보수퍼바이저의 전문성 내재화를 위해 자기성찰 능력 함양에 초점을 둔교육과 훈련이 마련될 필요가 있다. 또한 자문화기술지 연구방법은 초보수퍼바이저의 개인 내적 경험을 다양한 개인 외적 맥락과 연결시킴으로써 자기성찰을 심화 및 확장시킬 수 있는 매개가 된다. This study is an self-reflective inquiry into the anxiety experienced by the researcher as a novice supervisor. The study was conducted, using the autoethnography research method, having the researcher as the study subject, and interview data with the advisor, initial memory data, and memory data about parents were collected. The collected data were analyzed by emotion coding, focusing on the anxiety experienced from the time of becoming a supervisor. With the data collection and analysis process, reliability and validity were secured via triangulation. The main categories defined as the results of the study were ‘pain(body signal)’, ‘mismatched clothes(novice supervisor)’, ‘anxiety pointing to’, ‘initial memory’, ‘shadow of memory’, a mother with forbidden desires and a daughter with no expectation. As such, the understanding and overcoming experiences of anxiety experienced by novice supervisors and the underlying shame contributed to having an in-depth understanding of clients suffering from shame. This means the personal ego of the novice supervisor is not separated from the professional ego and affects the professional aspects

본 연구는 국내 상담학 분야에서 자문화기술지 연구방법으로 수행된 총 107편의 학위논문(44편) 및 학술지 논문(63편)을 대상으로 분석하였다. 분석대상은 연구참여자, 연구주제, 연구유형, 글쓰기 유형, 자료수집 방법, 자료 분석방법, 연구 타당도, 연구 윤리에 초점을 두고 분석하였다. 2015년부터 2021년 9월까지의 자문화기술지 연구동향을 분석한 결과, 상담학 분야에서 자문화기술지 연구 대상은 연구자의 개인적 경험이 주로 다루어졌으며, 연구의 주요 주제는 연구자의 회복과 성장 경험으로 확인되었다. 연구의 방법적 엄밀성과 연구 윤리 실천이 다소 미흡한 것으로 확인되었으나 연구의 타당도 확보를 위한 다양한 전략이 활용된 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구에서는 국내 상담학 분야의 자문화기술지 연구동향의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 향후 상담학 분야 자문화기술지 연구의 발전을 위한 시사점을 제언하였다. In this study, an analysis on a total of 107 thesis (44 degree thesis and 63 academic journal thesis) were conducted in the field of domestic counseling, using the autoethnography research method. The main target of the analysis included participants, research topic, research type, writing type, data collection method, data analysis methods, research validity, and research ethics. The results of the analysis on the research trends of autoethnography from 2015 to September 2021 showed that the research has been conducted mostly on the researcher’s personal(private experience) area, and the main topic of the study was the researcher’s recovery and growth experience. It was confirmed that there was room for improvement in methodological thoroughness and research ethics while various strategies were used to secure the validity of the study.
