While the medical profession has conquered most of the human diseases, a lot of people seem to be suffered from gray hair, as much as ever, with whatever it is that prevents them from looking attractive.<BR> There are several reasons which are associated with the gray hair and there are no absolutely correct answers no problems.<BR> Aging would be the most fundamental factor which brings about the gray hair.<BR> I could say that stress, heredity, disorder of body can explain the reason of genesis of the gray hair.<BR> Gray hair from the result of aging and heredity have not been found the solution. That"s why tinting of gray hair could be emphasized on this matter.<BR> Stress can be the another important factor of gray hair.<BR> Therefore sufficient sleep, regular exercise, meditation and leisure would be required.<BR> Gray hair as a result of disorder of the body should have the treatment or seek the medical advice.<BR> As such many who experience gray hair feel that they could solve or correct the problem with folk remedy, but it is quite ambiguous to inspect the effect of the folk remedy.<BR> If there is one thing that I could suggest the solution for gray hair is the tint and proper diet and improvement of life style.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a solution to the employment-related stress of Junior College students after examining the employment-related stress intensity of Junior College students with stress factors to be occurred around Junior College students.<BR> In consideration of the results of this study and preceding studies, Junior College students have recognized sellective basis of their job as a means of displaying their ability. Also, they recognized special technique and ability to be important for the condition and method of employment, or promotion, so it was considered for a desirable view of profession to have been formed.<BR> However, it was poor to get<BR> After all, their stress appeared to build up due to discord to expectation of parents abont them, school facilities, and job after graduation by the above-mentioned factors.<BR> Especially, we should think much of which their discord of job after graduation becomes a factor of stress, though the rate of employment of Junior College students has been far higher than 4-year university students.<BR> To overcome these problems, it is important to rationally restore relation and communication between students and professors which have become factor of stress.<BR> Namely, students who feel not to be sufficiently prepared for their ability necessary for employment will have to continuously try to get license of qualification by improving skill for the short 2-year educational period, but it is necessary for school to continuously offer employment-related materials, and to satisfactorily secure and expand facilities and machines necessary for a major for rapid change of the present times.<BR> Especially, if professors approach to problems of students through positive communication with students for effective guide of job, they can free their mind from anxiety related to employment.

This Study was conducted to provide new area of nail art for expression unique and mold of nail art of principal of design and a nature material. The result of this study were as follows: 1) The nail art expressed through applicative expression technique of design basis on point, line, plane. 2) The infinity creation of nail art affirmed unbinding a form of a new material in ** and technique. 3) Search for mold factor of beauty and living power like flower, bird, fish of itself, this is applicable to nail art impressed new mystery beautiful mystery and living. 4) Mold art approached various technique and method of get out of existing uniform nail art. This study look into new sight of nail art apply principal of design and a nature material to new expression material and technique. Constantly study a form unbinding method of unique hoped to acknowledged nail art a field of mold art. Based on the study results, are hoped to development of nail art.
