        野菜類의 成分에 關한 硏究 - 2. A. altissima葉의 free amino acid 및 organic acid含量

        A. altissima 葉의 free amino acid 및 free organic acid의 含量을 측정한 결과는 다음과 같다.<br/> 1. free amino acid는 lysine, histidine, arginine, tryptophan, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, threonine, isoleucine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine 등 17種이 定量되었으며 이들 중 glutamic acid가 가장 많아 全아미노산량의 48.3%를 차지하였다.<br/> 2. free organic acid는 formic acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, maleic acid, succinic acid, fumaric acid, citric acid, tartaric acid 등 8種이 정량되었고 sorbic는 微量이었으며, 이들 중 fumaric acid가 가장 많았다. Contents of free amino acids and organic acids in the leaves of Ailanthus altissima were surveyed through the course of this study. The results were as follows;<br/> 1. Lysine, histidine, arginine, tryptophan, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, threonine, serine, proline, glycine, alanine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, methionine, tyrosine and phenylalanine were presented in the leaves of A. altissima, and glutamic acid showed the highest amount and was more than about 48% of total free amino acids.<br/> 2. Fumaric acid was the major organic acid in the leaves of A. altissima, and also formic acid, acetic acid, maleic acid, succinic acid, oxalic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid and sorbic acid were determined, and two unknown were found.

        野菜類의 成分에 關한 硏究 - Ⅰ. 竹筍의 Free Amino Acid 및 Organic Acid 含量

        P. edulis荀의 free amino acid 및 organic acid의 種類와 含量을 測定한 結果는 다음과 같다.<br/> ① Free amino acid는 18種이 檢出되었는데, lysineㆍhistidineㆍarginineㆍtryptophanㆍaspartic acidㆍglutamic acidㆍthreonineㆍserineㆍprolineㆍglycineㆍalanineㆍvalineㆍmethionineㆍisoleucineㆍleucineㆍtyrosineㆍphenylalanine 등 17種이 定量되었으며 이들 중 serine이 가장 많았고, 1種은 未確認되었다.<br/> ② Organic acid는 11種이 檢出되었으며 이들 중 formic acidㆍacetic acidㆍoxalic acidㆍmaleic acidㆍsuccinic acidㆍfumaric acidㆍcitric acidㆍtartaric acidㆍsorbic acid 등 9種이 確認되었고, 이들 중 oxalic acid가 가장 많아 291.14㎎%이었으며, 2種은 未確認되었다. A survey of the free amino acids and organic acids in the shoot of Phyllostachys edulis was made by means of amino acid autoanalyzer and gas chromatograph. The results of the survey are summerized as follows.<br/> 1. Eighteen amino acids found in bamboo shoot were lysine, histidine, arginine, tryptophan, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, threonine, serine, proline, glycine, alanine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, methionine, tyrosine and phenylalanine, and an unknown was found. Serine showed the highest amount and more than about 44% of total free amino acids.<br/> 2. Oxalic acid was the major organic acid, and formic acid, acetic acid, maleic acid, succinic acid, fumaric acid, citric acid, tartaric acid and sorbic acid were determined, and two unknown were found.

        엘리트 남자 테니스 선수들의 양손 백핸드 스트로크 동작에 대한 운동학적 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 엘리트 남자 테니스 선수들의 백핸드 스트로크 동작에서 나타나는 운동학적 변인들을 정량적으로 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 K대학교 엘리트 남자 테니스 선수 7명을 대상으로 적외선 카메라 12대를 사용하여 3차원 동작분석을 실시하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 구간 별 소요시간은 P2구간이 가장 빠른 시간 내에 수행 한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 라켓의 이동범위는 좌우 방향, 수직 방행에 비해 전후 방향으로 가장 큰 이동범위(ROM)를 보였다. 셋째, 라켓의 최대 선속도는 전후 속도가 가장 빠르게 나타났고, 다음으로 좌우 속도, 수직 속도 순으로 나타났으며 합성속도는 21.48±1.36 m/sec 로 나타났다. 넷째, 각 분절(골반, 몸통, 상완, 라켓)의 최대각속도는 라켓을 중심으로 원위 분절인 골반이 가장 느린 각속도를 보였으며 몸통, 상완, 라켓의 순으로 나타났고, 각 분절의 최대 각속도 발현 시점은 골반, 몸통, 상완, 라켓 순서를 보였는데 이는 근위 분절로부터 원위 분절까지 운동량이 연속적으로 전이되는 채찍 모형 패턴(Whip-like pattern)으로 백핸드 스토로크 동작에 있어 효과적인 동작을 수행한 것으로 판단된다. The aim of this study was to analysis quantitatively kinetic variables on two-handed backhand stroke of elite male tennis players. Seven tennis players who belong to K university were participated, and 3-dimensional motion analysis of their backhand stroke was conducted by using 12 infrared cameras. The results were as follows. First, the time required by sections indicated duration of P2 section was the shortest. Second, range of motion (ROM) of racket indicated anteroposterior motion was the largest, followed by side to side and vertical direction. Third, maximal linear velocity showed anteroposterior velocity was the fastest, followed by side to side and vertical velocity, and resultant velocity was 21.48±1.36 m/sec. Fourth, maximal angular velocity of pelvis, trunk, upper arm and racket showed velocity of pelvis which was most distal from racket was the slowest, followed by trunk, upper arm, and racket. And the timing of maximal angular velocity of pelvis was the fastest, followed by trunk, upper arm and racket. It concluded that this Whip-like pattern which meant momentum moved from distal to proximal part was effective on backhand stroke of tennis.

        테니스 선수의 키네시오테이핑 적용이 팔꿈치 관절의 기능과 테니스 수행능력에 미치는 효과

        본 연구에서는 외측 팔꿈치관절 건병증 소견이 없는 11명의 엘리트 테니스 선수들을 대상으로 두 가지의 키네시오테이핑 방법을 각각 적용하고 두 가지의 방법을 동시에 적용한 후, 키네시오테이핑 적용 전과 후의 팔꿈치 기능과 테니스 수행능력에 대한 변화를 15점의 GROC 척도를 사용하여 확인하였다. 그 결과, 첫 번째 키네시오테이핑 방법의 경우, 남성과 여성 테니스선수의 GROC는 각각 2.29±1.496과 2.50±2.380으로 팔꿈치 기능과 테니스 수행능력에 긍정적인 영향을 주었으나, 두 번째 키네시오테이핑 방법의 경우 남성 테니스 선수의 GROC는 2.29±1.704로 팔꿈치 기능과 테니스 수행능력에 긍정적인 영향을 주었고, 여성 테니스 선수의 GROC는 -2.25±3.403으로 부정적인 영향을 주었다. 두 가지의 키네시오테이핑을 동시에 적용했을 때는 남녀 테니스선수의 GROC가 각각 4.43±0.976과 3.50±2.646으로, 팔꿈치 기능과 테니스 수행능력에 긍정적인 영향을 주었으며, 각각의 키네시오테이핑 방법을 적용하는 것보다 두 가지의 방법을 동시에 적용하는 것이 더 많은 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 따라서 두 가지의 키네시오테이핑 동시에 적용하는 것이 외측팔꿈치 건병증을 예방하거나 치료하는 데에 효과적인 방법이 될 수 있을 것이라 생각된다. It is not tennis players but general population who suffer from Lateral elbow tendinosis(LET). Kinesiotaping(KT) is one of intervention methods for LET, but effect of KT is lack of scientific evidence. After 11 elite tennis player(male=7) without LET were applied by two different ways of KT, respectively and together, rate of change on elbow function and tennis performance was identified by 15-point global rating of change (GROC) scale. After applying 1st KT, GROC of male was 2.29±1.496, and that of female was 2.50±2.380, but for 2nd KT GROC of male was 2.29±1.704, that of female was -2.25±3.403. It means 1st KT has a positive effect on elbow function and tennis performance of male and female, but 2nd KT was a positive method for male and negative for female. After applying both KT methods, GROC of male and female was 4.43±0.976 and 3.50±2.646, respectively, and it was higher than each KT method. Therefore applying both KT methods is effective method for preventing or treating for LET.

      • 주니어 테니스선수의 경기수준과 심리적 기술의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to prove the psychological skills in terms of sex and the level of performance of junior tennis players. To accomplish this purpose, this research used 153 high and middle school tennis players (male 70, female 83). The data from the study were analyzed using the 2-way ANOVA program to prove psychological skills that are the power of coping with adversity, concentration, the effort of self-development, challenging intention and confidence on sex and the level of performance. The results of this study : First, the results of concentration score was the highest and challenging intention score was the lowest within psychological skills. Second, men's confidence score was higher than women's confidence score, but psychological skills on sex are mostly a same level. Third, high performance level player are higher challenging and the power of coping with adversity factor than middle performance level player.

      • 남자 우수 테니스 선수의 형태학적 비율

        The purpose of this is to analyze the different of levels of sporting ability and to find out the morphological characteristics of male tennis players and to evaluate the possibility of employing anthropometric variables as estimates of training effects and indicators of morphological perrequisisites in male Tennis Players. In order to attain its object, height, weight, skinfold thickness, girth, % muscle mass, % bone mass, and % fat, of 30 male tennis players were measured and estimated. The One-way ANOVA was used for examining the mean values of variables on the test and the difference between groups. The result is as follows: The first, the variables such as height, skinfold thickness and width except body weight shows no meaningful statistical difference (p<.05) among the three different levels of groups. But male tennis players appeared to be taller and heavier than other groups and the humerus and femur was wider. the second, the variable of girths shows no meaningful significant difference (p<.05) among tennis players. But breadth, hip, ankle, thigh(l㎝) of tennis players appeared to be bigger than others. and the better tennis players were elite players, the more mesomorphy was appeared in elite tennis players. The third, the tennis players have the lowest % of body fat in the three different levels of groups.

        An investigation of the points earned by various strokes in various domestic tennis competitions, as previously suggested in the methodology section, the following conclusions were made: 1. For the male university athletes, various strokes' contribution to the points earned is high in the order of smashing, drop shot, ground smashing, passing shot, forehand volley, backhand volley, lob, half volley, forehand stroke, backhand stroke, and serve return. In general, the points earned were much higher than the points lost. 2. For the female university athletes, various strokes' contribution to the points earned is high in the order of ground smashing, passing shot, drop shot, lob, backhand volley, forehand volley, smashing, half volley, forehand stroke, backhand stroke, and serve return. In general, the points earned were much higher than the points lost. Considering the above conclusions, playing near the net is safer, and playing near the baseline is less safe. Therefore, coaches must help their athletes reinforce such attack skills as volley, smashing and more, while introducing and developing scientific and systematic training methods to help their athletes' ground stroke and lob become safer and stronger.
