2021년 개정 군사법원법에서는, 항소심인 고등군사법원을 폐지하고 이를 대신하여 서울고등법원으로 항소심을 이관하고, 군내 성범죄·사망사건 원인범죄·입대 전 범죄에 대한 재판권을 민간으로 이양하도록 하고 있다. 이번 군사법원법 개정은 역대 정부에서 추진되었던 것과 비교한다면 사실상 평시 군사법원의 폐지의 전단계로 라고 평가할 수 있을 정도이다. 그러나 개정 군사법원법 추진과정, 그리고 개정된 내용이 과연 기존 군사법원법에 비해 군사법원의 존립 목적에 더 부합하는 것인지에 대해서 면밀한 검토가 필요하다. 군사법원은 군사법 정의의 실현뿐만 아니라 군기강 확립을 위해서 군지휘관 아래에 설치되었다는 것은 부정할 수 없다. 이번 개정내용은 법이 부여한 특별법원으로서 군사법원의 기능을 대폭 약화하는 결과를 초래할 것으로 보이며, 향후 이를 보완할 수 있는 연구와 개선이 필요하다. The revision of the Military Court Act, which was promoted by the current government, was promoted as a pledge of the president. It will be said that the military court was revised in 2021 and the president's promise was finally fulfilled. In the Military Court Act amended in 2021, the High Military Court (military appellate court) is abolished and the appeal is transferred to the civilian appellate court (Seoul High Court) instead, and the jurisdiction over sexual crimes, crimes that cause death in the military, and crimes before enlistment are transferred to the civilian courts. This Amendment of the Military Court Act might be evaluated as a preliminary step to the abolition of the peacetime military court compared to the previous governments. However, it is necessary to carefully review the process of implementing the Amendment whether or not it is more in line with the purpose of existence of the Military Court than the existing legislation. It cannot be denied that the military court was established under the military commander for judicial justice and military discipline as well. This Amendment might infringe the function of the military court as a special court granted by the Constitution significantly, and in the future, it needs to be researched and improved to reform that.

The molding characteristics of large-sized orthogonal stiffened plastic plates were investigated in the present study. Models with the geometry of 1800×600×12mm and 1200×600×12㎜ were designed for injection molding(IM) and injection-compression molding(ICM), respectively. To determine a mold system and reduce the warpage of the presented model after molding process, IM and ICM analyses using MOLDFLOW™ were performed. Also, the experiments were performed to verify the suggested mold system. It was shown that the change of molding method could significant effect on the warpage of designed model.
