        확률신경망을 이용한 방파제 피복재 설계

        A Probabilistic neural network (PNN) technique for predicting the stability number for the armor blocks of breakwaters is presented. A PNN is prepared using the experimental data of van der Meer and is then compared with the empirical formula and previous artificial neural network (ANN) model. This comparison shows that a PNN can effectively predict the stability numbers in spite of data complexity, incompleteness, and incoherence, and can be an effective tool for the designers of rubble mound breakwaters to support their decision process and to improve design efficiency.

        Acute myocarditis can be caused by viral, bacterial, or protozoal infection, or drug toxicity. Fulminant myocarditis progresses rapidly and frequently leads to cardiogenic shock, so patients should be supported by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), an intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), mechanical ventilation, or a temporary pacemaker to maintain hemodynamic status. Most patients recover with supportive therapy. However, a few patients have persistent atrioventricular (AV) block. We report the case of a 34-year-old male with persistent complete atrioventricular block after the regression of acute myocarditis. Ultimately, a permanent pacemaker was implanted.         외식산업 인터넷 마케팅 활용에 관한 연구

        Because Internet marketing is presently at its infancy, it does not gain so much advertising effect as expected. But, considering that the future leading consuming generation is the one familiar with computer, Internet marketing has the more potential market than any other advertising medium of the eating-out industry. Therefore, it is judged that continuous marketing activity on the web site is necessary at a level of the public relations strategy. For this purpose, this study was intended to investigate the case of users' using the Internet home page of the eating-out brand. As a result, The following conclusion could be drawn: First, most users opined that internet information related to eating-out business including the home page of eating-out brands is not enough. In light of the characteristic of users wanting new information on eating-out brands, it is thought that it is necessary to construct the customer-centered home page about which customers can feel fresh and curious and to have efficient operation-minded changes. Second, considering the demographic background that the users using the web site are composed of salaried people in their 20s and 30s, the family restaurant, fast-food restaurant and the like adopting them as the primary customers are thought to have the greater Internet marketing effect by continuing to provide them with services based on customer satisfaction. Third, seeing that users have the web sites to retrieve a different taste, and space, eating-out organizations will have to construct the home page taking on advantage and individuality of their business place, including the detailed explanation of menu and price, discount coupon, etc. and make active use of them for business. Fourth, it is necessary to afford facility for with the detailed sketch map so that users may easily visit eating-out brands through the home page and want the eating-out restaurants to be earnestly introduced rather than excessive advertisements to attract customers unconditionally. Fifth, the eating-out organization is required to provide additional services along with the publicity of eating-out brands and have the scientific and systematic Internet marketing for setting a continuous tie-up with customers.

        한국 정책결정체제의 변화가 의회와 정부관료제의 관계에 미치는 영향 : 국회 국정감사 및 조사를 중심으로

        본 연구는 한국 정책결정체제의 유형이 행정부의 우위에서 행정부와 입법부의 경쟁(executive-legislative competition)으로 변화하는 과정에서 의회와 정부관료제의 관계가 어떻게 전개되어 왔는지를 이해하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국정감사 및 조사 활동의 정책영역별 분포를 장기간에 걸쳐 분석함으로써 정부관료제에 대한 의회의 개입 양태 및 변화를 판별하였다. 분석의 결과는 한국 국회의 정부관료제에 대한 통제의 양태 변화를 두 측면에서 설명한다. 첫째, 제도적 경쟁(institutional rivalry)의 관점에서 볼 때, 국회의 정책형성 역할이 증대되면서 과거 오랜 기간 배타적으로 권한을 행사하던 대통령 중심의 행정부에 대응하여 의회가 정부관료제에 대한 통제를 급격하게 강화하는 경향을 확인하였다. 둘째, 한국 국회의 정부관료제에 대한 개입이 증가하면서 의회의 분권적이고 조율되지 않은 감시(uncoordinated oversight) 체제의 영향으로 인해 정부관료제에 대한 정치적 통제가 더욱 분산적이고 부분적으로 이루어진다는 것을 확인하였다. This study strives to advance our understanding of how the transformation of the Korean policymaking system from executive dominance to executive-legislative rivalry has reshaped interactions between the National Assembly and government bureaucracy. Empirically the study focuses on the longitudinal changes in the distribution of National Assembly audit and inspection activities across policy domains to identify patterns of legislative controls over government bureaucracy. The results are twofold. First, the institutional rivalry perspective explains why the National Assembly has drastically strengthened its control over bureaucracy to compete with the executive power. Second, political controls over government bureaucracy have recently become decentralized and uncoordinated, reflecting the internal organization of legislative oversights.

        국내 노인윤리에 대한 통합적 문헌고찰

        본 연구는 노인윤리와 관련된 문헌들을 검색하고, 현재까지 진행된 노인윤리 연구의 철학적 기초, 윤리원칙, 간호윤리를 분석하여, 추후 노인윤리와 관련된 논문의 방향을 제시하기 위한 목적을 가지고 있다. 연구방법은 Whittemore(2005)가 제시한 통합적 문헌고찰의 5단계(문제규정, 문헌검색, 문헌평가, 문헌분석, 문헌제시)를 실시하였다. 연구결과 노인윤리와 관련된 논문 최종 17편을 분석한 결과 연구유형은 경험적 연구 13편, 이론적 연구 4편으로 나타났으며, 연구방법은 인터뷰 4편, 설문조사 8편, 문헌고찰 4편, 이차 자료 분석 1편으로 나타났다. 철학적 기초는 대부분이 돌봄윤리, 윤리원칙으로는 자율성의 원칙, 간호윤리로는 도덕적 규범으로의 돌봄이 주를 이루었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 추후 노인 부양에 있어 점차 역할이 증가하는 간호사들은 윤리교육을 통해 노인의 자율성에 대한 인식을 키우고, 그들의 자율성을 존중해야 한다. The purpose of this study is to analyse the philosophical foundation, ethical principles and nursing ethic of the geriatric ethic. An integrative review concept analysis method was used. Relevant reports were identified by a computer-assisted search using the keyword integration in RISS4U, KISS. In total, 17 geriatric ethic articles publish between 2000 and 2013 were retrieved from the journals studied. Data were extracted from primary sources on the definition of integration, aspects of the process, antecedents, consequences, and facilitators. Over this period, the analyse result of these 17 articles were descriptive studies. Method of study were 4 interviews, 8 surveys, 4 literature review and secondary analysis 1. Most of the philosophical foundation was caring ethic, ethical principles were the principle of autonomy, nursing ethic was caring of moral standard. The result of study expect that various quantitative researches in relation to geriatric ethic and intervention studies are needed.

        외식사업 경영자의 경영마인드 분석 : 외식사업 경영관리를 중심으로

        This study was intended to analyze the career consciousness and business management of foodservice business managers. As a result, the following findings were obtained: As for the method of opening the foodservice store as the part of career consciousness, most of the respondents showed that they themselves planned and established the business item. Seeing that the proportion of satisfaction for and worry about the present situation of business based on sales was almost similar, the phenomenon of polarization was continuing. As for career, 83.8% of the respondents were satisfied and had the bright vision of the prospect for business in expectation that they would run the expanded store in the future than they did at present. The respondents with the longer period of service took greater pride on their foodservice business and wanted to hand it over to their children as the family occupation. They cited the attractive advantage of foodservice business that can be run on the manager's will. As for the prospect for foodservice business, many respondents thought that the law of survival of the fittest would prevail and only the competitive store would survive as competition become more intense. They thought that the highest priority should be given to differentiated marketing to survive the competitive environment. As for business management, they thought of taste and service as the most important factors in restaurant management and employee management (manpower shortage) as the most difficult factor in the process of business management.. As for the recipe for the successful restaurant, taste and service were regarded as the important and essential factors because they scored the first. It was found that the greatest investment made in the process of business operation was in facility and interior decoration rather than employee education and product R &D. This directly indicates the form of management that foodservice managers attached importance to external appearance. Management information was the method most used in benchmarking, and the internal education of the store was most used as employee education. It was found that foodservice business reinforced employee welfare and mostly introduced economic guarantee for employees as the scheme to prevent their turnover and promote their long service. As shown above, it was found that foodservice business managers took pride on their career and much expected their business to be successful. They were conscious that the manager s own efforts along with a shift in social thinking was an important factor for the successful business. And they thought it important to be most faithful to the basic part of foodservice business such as taste and service. It was found that they were making efforts to introduce effective business management techniques through human, material and information resource planning and its implementation.

        일개 도시 복지관 이용 노인의 삼킴곤란 관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향요인

        Purpose: According to a survey of older people in 2014, 54.6% of survey participants reported feeling ncomfortable in their daily life because of swallowing disorders. The purpose of this study was to identify factors that influence swallowing quality of life in community dwelling elders. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted with a sample of 150 community dwelling older people. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires consisting of the MMSE-K(Mini-Mental State Examination-Korean), GDSSF-K (Geriatric Depression Scale Short Form Korea Version), Life Stress, and SWAL-QOL (Swallowing-Quality of Life). For data analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression were performed using SPSS/WIN 21.0 for Windows. Results: There was a significant correlation between swallowing quality of life and mental state (r=.27, p=.001), depression (r=-.47, p<.001) and life stress (r=-.60, p<.001). The factors influencing swallowing quality of life were having experienced aspiration (β=.29, p<.001), and life stress (β=-.38, p<.001). These variables explained 43.0% of swallowing quality of life. Conclusion: The findings indicate that the experiencing aspiration and life stress are variables that influence swallowing quality of life. Based on these results, nurses should educate older people about chronic disease management and eating habits to prevent aspiration.

        노인의 웰다잉 교육 요구도에 관한 예비조사연구

        본 연구는 65세 이상 노인을 대상으로 가족의 죽음 경험 유무에 따라 원하는 웰다잉 교육요구도를 알아보기 위한 예비조사, 서술연구이다. 본 연구 결과 가족의 죽음 경험 유무와 상관없이 모두 웰다잉 교육이 필요하다고 응답하였으며, 웰다잉 교육경험에 대해서는 가족의 죽음 경험이 있는 그룹이 71.8%, 없는 그룹이 40.0%로 나타났다. 또한 웰다잉 교육내용에 있어서 두 그룹 모두 ‘죽음의 의미와 삶의 가치’가 필요하다고 응답하였다. 이 외에 가족 죽음의 경험이 있는 그룹은 ‘가족 및 친구의 죽음 시 슬픔을 극복하는 방법’, ‘장기 혹은 시신 기증 절차에 관한 정보’ 가 교육내용에 포함되었으면 좋겠다는 의견이 있었으나, 가족 죽음 경험이 없는 그룹에서는 이와 관련된 교육내용에 대한 요구도는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 웰다잉 교육기간 또한 두 그룹 모두 1주일이 적절하다고 응답하였으며, 웰다잉 교육 방법에 있어서는 두 그룹 모두 강의 및 토의가 가장 높았다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 추후, 웰다잉 교육을 진행시에는 일회성이 아닌 지속가능한 교육이 필요하며, 노인 뿐 아니라 가족이 함께 참여할 수 있는 교육이 필요할 것이다. This study is a preliminary survey to determine the desired demanding well-dying education requirements for subjects aged 65 years or older according to their family"s death experience. The results of this study report that all subjects needed well-dying education regardless of their family"s death experience. In addition, 71.8% of those who had experienced family deaths said they needed education. On the other hand, 40% of those with no family deaths said that education was needed. Both groups responded as needing well-dying education based on the meaning of death and value of life. Groups with family death experiences hoped to include "how to overcome sadness related to the death of family and friends" and "information about organ or body donation procedures". Both groups responded that 1 week was appropriate for the duration of well-dying education, and that the lectures and discussions were appropriate for the education method. In the future, well-dying education will require sustainable education, not one-offs, and education for the family as well as the elderly.
