Recently, there has been a lot of research on utilizing Language Models, and Large Language Models have achieved innovative results in various tasks. However, the practical application faces limitations due to the constrained resources and costs required to utilize Large Language Models. Consequently, there has been recent attention towards methods to effectively utilize models within given resources. Curriculum Learning, a methodology that categorizes training data according to difficulty and learns sequentially, has been attracting attention, but it has the limitation that the method of measuring difficulty is complex or not universal. Therefore, in this study, we propose a methodology based on data heterogeneity-based Curriculum Learning that measures the difficulty of data using reliable prior information and facilitates easy utilization across various tasks. To evaluate the performance of the proposed methodology, experiments were conducted using 5,000 specialized documents in the field of information communication technology and 4,917 documents in the field of healthcare. The results confirm that the proposed methodology outperforms traditional fine-tuning in terms of classification accuracy in both LoRA fine-tuning and full fine-tuning.

휴먼서비스 분야에서 자원봉사 활동성과 시민참여 의식 관계 분석

본 연구의 목적은 휴먼서비스 분야의 자원봉사 활동성이 시민참여 의식에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이들 관계에서 사회적 자본의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 휴먼서비스 분야에서 자원봉사 활동성, 사회적 자본 및 시민참여 의식 요인들 간의 인과관계와 사회적 자본의 매개효과를 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과 각 요인 간의 유의한 인과관계가 존재하였으며, 사회적 자본의 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 노인, 아동, 여성 등 저출산ㆍ고령화 시대에서 사회적 배려가 필요한 휴먼서비스 분야의 사회적 자본의 형성 중요성과 지역사회 발전에 미치는 영향에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to analysis the influence of volunteer activity on citizen participation in human services, and then mediator effect of social capital between the two variables. For these, this study analyzed not only the causal relationship of volunteer activity, social capital, and citizen participation in human services, but also the mediator effect of social capital. The results showed the full mediation effect of social capital. Based on the results, this study presented some implications of the importance and the necessity of social capital in the field of human services with social consideration in the era of aging and low birth.

미래지향적 지상군 소부대 무인항공기(UAV)에 대한 영상처리기술 기반의 요구기능 제안 및 운용개념 검증

최근 전장에서 다양한 목적으로 전략 및 전술 UAV가 광범위하게 운용되고 있다. 대한민국 지상군 또한 전략 UAV 도입을 진행 중에 있으며, 군단급에서만 활용되고 있는 전술 UAV를 사단, 연대 및 대대급까지 확대하여 전력화를 추진 중이다. 그러나 대대급에 도입 예정인 UAV의 시스템 및 기능을 토대로 그 운용개념을 예상해 보면 현재 군단급 UAV의 운용과 크게 다르지 않을 것으로 보이며, 이는 지상군 소부대의 특성 및 미래 전장환경에 적합하지 않을 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 미래지향적인 소부대 UAV의 운용개념 및 영상처리기술 기반의 요구기능에 대해 제안하고, 그 효과를 검증하기 위하여 지상무기효과분석보델(AWAM)을 활용한 시뮬레이션 결과를 제시한다. UAVs are widely used for variety purposes in current battlefields strategically as well as tactically. Republic of Korea Army that aims to extend the usage of UAVs used in tactical units also intends to equip strategic units with UAVs However, the functionalities and supposed employment concept of newly introduced UAVs for battalions will not that be suitable for characteristics of the troops and future battle environment. In this paper, we propose future-oriented video processing based functionalities for small size unit UAV and employment concepts of it. Also, we show the simulation results simulated by Army Weapon effectiveness Analysis Model(AWAM) to see the effectiveness of the employment concepts.

활동적 고령화가 주관적 안녕에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 활동적 고령화가 주관적 안녕에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 활동적 고령화와 주관적 안녕에 대한 이론적 검토를 통하여 활동적 고령화 변수와 주관적 안녕 변수를 도출하고, 활동적 고령화가 주관적 안녕에 미치는 영향에 대해 「고령화연구패널조사(KLoSA)」 데이터를 활용하여 실증 분석하였다. 활동적 고령화 변수는 참여, 건강, 안전이며, 주관적 안녕 변수는 앞으로의 근로활동, 앞으로의 생활수준, 전반적인 삶의 질 만족도이다. 분석 결과 참여, 안전, 건강은 앞으로의 근로활동에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 참여, 안전은 앞으로의 생활수준(부정적)에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 건강, 안전은 전반적인 삶의 질 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 분석 결과를 기초로 고령화가 빠르게 진행되고 있는 현 상황에서 새로운 담론으로서 활동적 고령화가 지니는 의미를 살펴보고, 활동적 고령화가 주관적 안녕에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 고령자의 주관적 안녕 향상을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the affects of active aging on subjective wellbeing. For this, active aging variables and subjective wellbeing were deduced through theoretic reviews on active aging and subjective wellbeing, and empirical analysis was conducted using the "Korean National Longitudinal Study on Aging (KLoSA) for the effects of active aging on subjective wellbeing. Participation, health and safety factors were applied as active aging variables, and labor activities, future living standards, and satisfaction of overall quality of life were utilized as subjective wellbeing variables. Results of analysis showed that for the subjective wellbeing from active aging, participation, safety and health factors had significant impact on labor activities, and only participation and safety factors had significant impact on future living standards (negative). For satisfaction on overall quality of life, it was analyzed that only health and safety factors had significant impact. Accordingly, in the current situation where aging is progressing very quickly, the meaning of active aging as a new discourse was examined, and policy implications for improving the subjective wellbeing of senior citizens were presented through analysis on the impact of active aging on subjective wellbeing.

시민참여와 사회적 자본의 관계에서 공동체 의식의 매개효과에 관한 연구 : 춘천시 주민자치회 전환 지역을 중심으로

본 연구의 핵심적 목적은 시민참여가 사회적 자본에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이들 인과관계에서 공동체 의식의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 시민참여, 공동체 의식, 사회적 자본 등의 주요 요인에 대한 이론적 논의를 통해 연구모형과 가설을 도출하였으며, 2019년에 주민자치회로 전환한 춘천시 8개 지역(읍과 동)의 주민 800명을 대상으로 실시된 설문조사 데이터를 통해 요인 간 인과관계와 공동체 의식의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 이러한 실증분석을 통해 다양한 사회 환경 변화 속에서 지속적으로 중요성이 높아지고 있는 시민참여와 공동체 의식이 갖는 시사점을 논의하였다. 시사점으로는 첫째, 시민참여와 우리 주변에서 발견할 수 있는 일상적 공동체 활동과 공동체 문제 관심 및 공유 등을 통해 지역공동체의 구성원 간의 신뢰, 강한 유대관계 또는 네트워크 등과 같은 사회적 자본을 형성할 필요가 있다는 것, 둘째, 공동체 의식은 시민참여와 사회적 자본의 관계를 매개하므로, 공동체 의식을 공동체의 협력적 문제해결의 주요한 요인으로 간주하여야 한다는 것, 셋째, 시민참여와 사회적 자본 간의 매개역할을 하는 공동체 의식을 함양할 수 있는 민주시민교육의 필요성과 민주시민교육의 장인 풀뿌리 민주주의의 기초가 되는 시민참여와 공동체 의식을 더욱 높일 수 있는 논의로 확대하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 제안하였다. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of civic participation on social capital, and to analyze the mediating effects of community consciousness in this relationship. To this end, research models and hypotheses were derived through theoretical reviews of related factors such as civic participation, community awareness, and social capital, and survey data of 800 residents in 8 basic administrative areas converted into the residents autonomy council of Chuncheon-Si in 2019 analyzed causality and the mediating effects of community consciousness. Through this empirical analysis, we discussed implications of civic participation and community consciousness, which are continuously increasing in importance amid various changes in the social environment. The implications are as follows: First, it is necessary to form social capital such as trust, strong ties, or networks among members of the local community through civic participation and daily community activities and community issues that can be found around us. Second, community consciousness mediates the relationship between civic participation and social capital, so community consciousness should be regarded as a major factor in community collaborative problem solving. Third, it is necessary to expand the need for democratic civic education to foster a community consciousness that serves as a medium between civic participation and social capital, and to further enhance civic participation and community consciousness, which are the basis of grassroots democracy.
