과전압 분석 결과와 고장특성을 고려한 기설 송전선로의 절연보강 방법에 관한 연구

본 논문은 이미 표준 절연설계 값으로 건설되어 운전중인 송전선로의 절연거리를 과전압분석결과, 뇌사고 및 오손 고장 확률과 특성을 고려하여 재설계하고 소요 애자수량을 결정하기 위하여 수행된 연구결과이다. 송전선로의 절연성능을 훼손하지 않으면서 적절한 절연거리를 확보하기 위하여 EMTP 모델을 이용하여 선로에서 발생 가능한 최대 과전압을 계산하고, 뇌 고장실적 및 뇌사고율 예측계산결과와 오손 고장 확률을 조사 분석하였다. 분석결과로부터 고장 특성을 고려한 소요 애자수량의 결정방법을 제시한다. This paper describes a study that is to redesign insulation of transmission lines and determine required the numbers of insulators in order to enhance the insulation performance of existing transmission lines which were constructed with standard insulation design, considering overvoltage analysis results, probabilities and characteristics of faults. To ensure proper insulation distance without deteriorating the required performance, EMTP model is established to calculate maximum overvoltage in the line. The fault records and predicted outage rates due to lightning and contamination in the line were investigated and analyzed respectively. It presents a method to determine the numbers of insulators considering the probability and the characteristic of fault.

The temperature of power transformers is very important factor for power system operation in substation because load capacity and limited lifetime of power transformers are determined by winding temperature. Also, The temperature of power transformers varies with the structure, capacity, operation condition and manufacturers. Thus, it is necessary for temperature distribution to be exactly investigated because of efficient load management and prediction of limited lifetime. Nevertheless, there was no case of analysis as well as measurement of the temperature of power transformers. In this paper, we manufactured the 154kV standard power transformer for the test. And we measured the temperature by the heat run test and analyzed the temperature distribution of transformer.

최근 전력설비의 품질 향상과 시스템 운영기술의 발전으로 전력설비 자체의 고장은 낮은 수준으로 억제되고 있어, 상대적으로 바람이나 낙뢰와 같은 자연재해에 의한 고장이 차지하는 비중이 증가하는 추세이다. 특히, 낙뢰에 의한 고장을 억제하기 위해서는 효과적인 절연설계가 필요하며, 이를 위해서는 여러 가지 과전압해석이 필수적이다. 낙뢰에 의한 과전압해석을 위해서는 낙뢰특성에 대한 기본데이터와 이의 분석된 결과가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 체계적인 낙뢰대책 수립을 위해 도입된 한국전력공사의 낙뢰관측시스템인 KLDNet(Kepco Lightning Detection Network)의 낙뢰관측 정보를 이용하여 낙뢰발생분포, 낙뢰의 다중도, 연간낙뢰일수, 대지낙뢰밀도, 낙뢰전류의 크기 등 절연설계에 필요한 기본 자료에 대해서 통계 처리하여 분석하였다. Recently, the failures of electrical equipment have been reduced due to the improvement of its quality and the advance of operation techniques but the failure rates caused by natural disasters such as wind and lightning have been increased. To reduce the failures due to lightning, it is necessary for insulation design of transmission lines to be done, effectively. Also the analysis on the lightning characteristics is essential to the effective insulation design. In this paper, we describe lightning distribution, multiplicity, IKL(Iso-Keraunic Level) and amplitude distribution of lightning current base on the lightning data by KLDNet.
EMTP 선로모델이 과전압 해석결과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

There are several overvoltages by abnormal conditions in power system. We need to calculate these ovevoltages for the insulation design and the fault analysis. For these calculations, we used EMTP(Electro-magnetic Transients Program). During EMTP calculations, the accurate modelling of the equipments is very important for analysis results. In this paper, we considered the effects of the modelling condition's changes for transmission line within EMTP modelling cases of overvoltage analysis. Specially, we considered CB closing cases of 765[㎸] system. So, we had changed the calculation frequencies of Line Constants, which is used for CB closing cases. In addition, we compared the calculation result and the measured result.
