협력적 사회과 수업실습 프로그램의 개발과 적용을 위한 실행 연구: 교생의 반성적 수업실천을 사례로

The purpose of this study is to develop collaborative practicum programme in social studies inservice education and to applicate in elementary preservice teacher development. This programme focus on student teachers' reflective thinking in their educational practice. We can identify contents of reflective thinking in the process of solution of teaching dilemma which presents the lack of peer interaction in social studies instruction. In the participation of this programme, student teachers, collaborative teacher and college supervisor show reflective thinking processes which are to emphasize in today's teacher education. One implication of this study is that it is necessary to applicate the collaborative practicum programme for student teachers' professional growth as a reflective practitioner in social studies teacher education. 이 연구는 협력적 사회과 수업실습 프로그램을 개발하고 교육대학교 수업실습에 적용하여 그 의미를 논의하였다. 교생이 교육실습 동안에 반성적인 사회과 수업실천이 가능하도록 교육대학교와 학교현장 간의 협력 체제를 구축하였다. 반성의 구체적인 내용은 교생이 직면한 수업딜레마의 해소에 초점이 있었고, 학습자간의 상호작용 부족 문제를 딜레마로 규정하였다. 협력적 수업실습 프로그램의 적용을 통해 수업딜레마가 완전하게 해결되지는 못했지만, 해결의 과정 속에서 교생의 반성적 사고가 가능했다. 연구에 참여한 구성원들은 교육대학교 수업실습에서 교생들이 성찰적 경험을 할 수 있도록 프로그램을 구조화하는 것이 필요하다고 보았다. 교생들이 협력적 사회과 수업실습 프로그램을 통하여 획득한 실천적 지혜는 오늘날 사회과 교사에게 요구되는 전문성의 실체임을 확인하였다.
