탁구 포핸드 스트로크 동작의 타이밍 제어 특성: 타우마진

본 연구는 기술수준과 공 속도에 따른 탁구 포핸드 스트로크 타이밍 제어 특성을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 실험에 참여한 연구대상자는 전국대회에서 상위 5위 이내에 입상한 경력이 있는 숙련자 5명, 대학 탁구 동아리에 가입하여 활동 중인 중간숙련자 5명, 그리고 탁구 수업경험이 있는 초보자 5명의 대학생을 선정하였다. 실험과제는 다양한 속도조건에서 투사되는 공을 빠르고 정확하게 반대편 코트의 목표지점으로 포핸드 스트로크를 하는 과제로 하였다. 탁구 포핸드 스트로크 동작 분석을 위해 2대의 카메라로 비디오 촬영을 실시하였고, KWON3D를 사용하여 백스윙 시점의 공과 눈까지의 3차원 좌표를 구하여 타우(tau: τ)값을 산출하였다. 산출된 타우값을 기술수준과 공 속도조건별로 이원변량분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 공 속도별 기술수준에 따른 타우값으로 본 백스윙 시점은 느린 속도조건에서는 기술수준이 높을수록 백스윙 시점이 늦었고, 중간 속도조건과 빠른 속도조건에서는 기술수준이 높을수록 백스윙 시점이 빠른 특성을 보였다. 둘째, 기술수준별 공 속도에 따른 타우값으로 본 백스윙 시점은, 초보자와 중간숙련자는 속도조건별로 공 접촉순간까지의 시간에 차이가 많았지만, 숙련자의 경우에는 모든 속도조건에서 접촉시간때까지의 시간에 유의한 차이가 없이 비교적 일정한 값으로 동작시작의 타이밍 제어가 이루어졌다. 이상의 결론을 종합해 보면, 기술 숙련성이 높을수록 공 속도에 관계 없이 일정한 접촉시간정보인 타우값에 의해서 동작 시작의 타이밍이 제어되는 반면, 초보자와 중간숙련자는 공의 속도에 따라서 백스윙 시점의 접촉시간정보를 잘 활용하지 못하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of visual control in three different skill levels and the ball speeds in performing table tennis forehand stroke. In the present study, three groups of different skilled subjects were examined in different speed conditions. The subject were 5 skilled college students who had won prizes within 5th place from national competitions in table tennis, 5 college students who are the members of college table tennis team, and 5 college students who have e xperience taking table tennis class from the college. The task was hitting the balls of 3m/sec, 6m/sec, 9m/sec speeds toward the target spot on the other side of the net with the forehand stroke. The performances were recorded by two cameras for the analysis of the movements and KWON3D was hired to get the tau(τ) from the results of the timing of the back-swing and the distance between the subjects eyes and the balls. Two-way ANOVA was used for the data analysis to see the relationship between the speed factor and the skill factor. The result of this study is following. First, within the groups of the three different skill levels, the moment of the initiation of the stroke from the tau in the low speed condition was delayed and earlier in the higher speed condition as the skill level gets higher. Second, between the groups of the three different skill levels, the moment of the initiation of the stroke from the tau showed relatively great numerical difference in the impact moment depends on the speed in the novice and intermediate group but the expert group showed stable tau in any speed.

이 연구는 최근 급격한 성장을 보이고 있는 가족 캠핑의 문화적 특징을 이해하고, 가족 캠핑의 의미를 탐색했다. 또한 `가족 캠핑`의 범주를 구분하고 교육적 관점에서 성찰했다. 이 과정을 통해 `가족 캠핑`의 교육적 지향점을 제시했다. 연구방법으로는 질적연구방법을 사용하였다. 연구참여자는 `가족 캠핑`의 경험이 풍부한 세 명의 참여자로 심층면담과 참여관찰 및 문헌을 통해서 문화적 특징과 의미를 분석했다. 자료의 진실성을 위해서는 구성원간의 검토, 동료 간 협의 및 삼각검증법을 시행했다. 연구결과는 `가족 교류의 문화`와 `나를 드러내는 장비와 식사문화`의 특징으로 범주화되었다. 특히 각 하위 범주는 대비적 문화의 특징도 나타났고, 가족 캠핑 문화에 대한 성찰의 의미도 반영되었다. 첫 번째 범주의 가족 캠핑 문화에서는 `적당한 불편함과 진정한 대화의 만남`, `이웃과 경계 짓기와 허물기의 넘나듦`, `IT강국의 진면목과 소비환경`이라는 특징의 영역으로 구분되었다. 두 번째 범주는 `과시와 최소화 사이의 캠핑 장비`, `고기잔치와 소박한 음식` 그리고 `가족 캠핑에서 빠진 안전의 고리`라는 제목으로 문화적 특징을 드러냈다. 이러한 의미들을 종합하여 교육적 지향성을 `에코 캠핑`이라는 총체적 주제를 정하고, 하위범주로 안전한 캠핑, 생태적 감수성, 에티켓이라는 시사점을 제시했다. This study analyzed `family camping`, which has been experiencing rapid growth recently, as a cultural feature. In addition, we distinguished `family camping` from general `camping` and examined it from the viewpoint of education. We analyzed and interpreted cultural characteristics and meanings of `family camping` through in-depth interviews and observations with four experienced participants in `family camping`. The results of the study were categorized as `culture of family exchange` and `equipment and meal culture that reveals me`. In particular, each subcategory showed characteristics of contrasting culture and reflected the meaning of introspection on family camping culture. In the first category, it was divided into areas with characteristics such as `the meeting of moderate inconvenience and true conversation`, `drawing boundaries and crossing borders with neighbors` and `the true self of IT powerhouses`. The second category appeard as a cultural feature of sharing equipment and food, entitled `camping equipment between showing off and minimization`, `meat feast and simple food` and `missing links in modern society`. Through aggregating these meanings, we suggested the educational orientation of family camping with ecological sensitivity, safety, etiquette, and local consumption. Finally, the educational orientation of family camping was revealed as an area under a collective theme called `eco-camping`.
