소아의 치과 치료시 영상매체를 이용한 행동조절에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of video-system upon behavior management of children during dental treatment. The subjects for this study were 80 preschool childrens aged from 3 years 3 months to 7 years 8 months requiring extensive restorative treatment. The subjects was devided into two groups, the first group descried by dxperimental group and the second group was control group,and each group was subdevided into 4 groups according to Frankl behavior rate. Pulse rate, body movement rate,facial expression rate,eye attention rate were checked during each 4 dental treatment stages. The following results were obtained: 1.In generally,body movement rate was decreased in experimental group than in control group, and no expression tate was more increased than crying or anger in facial expression rate and eye fixation was also increased than eye movement or eye shout down. 2.In child behavior management with video-system,there effects in definitive negative group,negative group than in definitive positive and positive group according to Frankl behavior rate. 3.In dental treatment stage,local inject atage was more effective than other stages due to decreased body movement rate and increased eye attintion rate. 4.In edntal visit times,3rd dental visits was more effective than 2nd. and 1st. dental visit. The more visiting,the more effects in child behavior management. 5.Pulse rate was a little decreased in experimental group than in control group and local inject stage showed more contribution than in other stages. 6.The examination and analysis of questionaire to behavior management with video-system during dental treatment showed that this mathod was effective. Behavior management of child showed favorable response to be required in children dental treatment.

The pulpectomy or root canal treatment on primary teeth is to be done when there is evidence of chronic inflammation or necrosis in the radicular pulp. Due to the tortous and ribbon-shaped anatomy of the primary teeth, the instrumentation of endodontic hand files and barbed broaches is not an easy procedure. Recently, Ni-Ti rotary instruments have been developed and has made endodontic treatment easier and faster. This report describes two cases of root canal treatment on primary molars uasing Ni-Ti rotary files. The cevical constricture was eliminated by the crown-down method. as smaller file proceeded unhindered into the apical third of the canal. In addition, the crown-down thenique enhanced the efficacy of the endodontic irrigant. the use of rotary instrumentation for primary teeth seemed to be more effective way to debride the uneven walls of primary teeth.
유전치의 polyethylene fiber-post를 이용한 심미수복에 관한 증례 보고

In clinical practice, restoration of primary incisors severely affected by caries continues to be a challenge. Not only are these teeth difficult to restore. but the behavior of the patient can affect treatment negatively. An acceptable restoration for maxillary anterior incisors should have matching material color, durability, adhesive cementation that is biocompatible with the pulp, easily and rapidly placed. This Paper describes two cases showing an alternative technique for the construction of completely destroyed upper incisors with polyethylene ribbons for retention and stability for the resin crowns.
