제안된 Fabry-Perot Interferometer (FPI) 어레이 기반 IR스펙트로미터는 상층부에 FPI 어레이와 하단에 V₂O? 볼로미터 IR 적외선 센서 어레이로 크게 두 부분으로 구성된다. 이 구조에서 다양한 FPI 공진 캐비티의 두께에 의해 특정 공진 파장이 선택되어 진다. 그리고 각각의 볼로미터 IR 디텍터는 IR 파장에 상응하는 투과도를 감지해낸다. 다양한 박막 필터 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 제작된 FPI 어레이 기반 IR 스펙트로미터는 3~5 ㎛의 적외선 파장대역에서 흡수 스펙트럼을 가지는 CH₄, CO₂, N₂O, CO 가스 검출을 위해 다층 박막 FPI 층의 다층 박막 FPI 층의 투과율을 높였다.

The purpose of this study is to find out effective ways to improve the operation of EEG Laboratory room. In order to attain this purpose the present status of the rooms`` organization, staff, facilities and performance was surveyed with structured checklist. And also the staff`` s opinion on the problems and improving strategies of EEG Laboratory room was surveyed with structured questionaire. The survey was conducted in 140 general hospitals with EEG room of which 73 hospitals`` data were collected successfully. The data were analyzed by frequencies percentages and x 2 test with SPSS computer program. The major findings of this study were as follows. 1. The average number of EEG rooms are 1.21 of tatal 1.19 of university hospitals and 1.33 of general hospitals. And the average area of EEG rooms is 3.75 pyong(3.3 pyong makes 1m2 ) of total, 3.96 pyong of university hospitals and 3.61 pyong of general hospitals. 2. The average number of EEG lab cases are 1,240 of total 1,659 of university hospitals and 1,111 of general hospitals, while average number of lab items are 4.33 of total, 5.22 of university hospital and 4.06 of general hospitals. 3. The staff of EEG laboratorv rooms are relatively satisfied with .iob itself such as interesting in, achivement of the job. 4. The problems to be solved in priority are inadeguacy of facilities which 22% of respondents suggested and scale of manpower which 11% of respondents suggested, while only 7% of the respondents suggested quality of lab is regquired to be improved. On the basic of these results, this study suggests that hospital administrations would improve the manpower and physical resources of EEG rooms rather than quality level of lab. Taking the importance of EEG lab for patient care into consideration, more investment is required to improve the operation of EEG Laboratoy Room in general hospitals.

기존의 초소형 렌즈모듈들은 초점 거리 가변을 위한 구동 장치가 필요하여 소형화 한계, 큰 전력소모, 부품의 기계적 결함 등 해결해야 할 부가적인 문제점들이 존재하였다. 액체렌즈는 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 유력한 기술로 주목받고 있으며, 특히 부가적인 구동 장치가 필요없고 비교적 간단한 원리로 렌즈 곡률을 조절할 수 있는 일렉트로웨팅 기반의 액체렌즈는 초점 거리 조절 및 줌 조절이 필요한 휴대폰, 캡슐 내시경 등에 적용이 가능하다. 그러나 기존의 일렉트로웨팅 기반의 액체렌즈는 렌즈 캐비티의 크기에서 큰 단점이 있으며, 렌즈모듈구성 시에도 소형화하는데 한계가 존재하였다. 본 연구에서는 렌즈 캐비티를 MEMS 기술을 이용하여 실리콘 기판 상에 제작함으로써 구동회로의 집적이 가능한 액체렌즈를 제작하였다.
