과초산 전처리 목질 바이오매스의 화학 조성에 따른 효소 당화 특성

In this study, the lignocellulosic fibers from Quercus mongolica and Larix kaempferi wood chips pretreated with peracetic acid were enzymatically hydrolyzed by CTec2 and HTec2, and the characteristics of enzymatic saccharification were compared and analyzed with the difference of chemical composition of biomass. The pretreated wood fibers of two species could be hydrolyzed only with CTec2. The optimum CTec2 dosage for wood fibers was different depending on the species of the biomass (Quercus mongolica : ~19 FPU/g biomass, Larix kaempferi : ~21 FPU/g biomass), however, it could be economized by using together with endoxylanase, HTec2. The synergy effect of hydrolysis reaction was showed in the saccharification by using both of enzymes, and the most effective mixing condition of enzymes was dependent on biomass (CTec2:HTec2; 7:3 in Quercus mongolica , 9:1 in Larix kaempferi ). The hydrolysis of xylan has been activated by endoxylanase, therefore, it could saved the CTec2 dosage and economized enzymatic saccharification of wood fibers, especially in the case of Quercus mongolica.

본 논문은 스마트 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) 박스에 920 ㎒ UHF(Ultra High Frequency) 대역과 13.56 ㎒ HF(High Frequency) 대역의 NFC(Near Field Communication)가 사용 가능한 태그를 박스 자체에 임베디드시켜서 설계하였다. 이중대역 태그에서 HF 대역은 NFC를 사용하여 일반인이 스마트 폰으로 인식과 검수를 가능하게하고, UHF RFID 대역은 상자 속에 물건 내용과 물류 이동을 파악하기 위함이다. 박스의 유전율을 측정하여 simulation에 반영하였으며, HF 대역은 NFC가 가능한 NXP사의 Ntag213칩을 사용하여 Loop형 안테나로 설계하였다. UHF 태그는 Alien사의 Higgs-3칩을 사용하였고, HF 태그의 주변 가장자리에 위치하도록 설계하여 HF 태그와 상호 작용이 최소가 되도록 설계 하였으며, 본 태그는 두 대역에서 사용이 가능하므로 내용물의 검수와 물류 정보를 효과적으로 파악이 가능하다. This paper introduces the development of HF(NFC) and UHF band(13.56 ㎒, 920 ㎒) tag antennas, imbedded in a box. In dual band antennas, the HF band tag can be used to inspect the box using NFC, and the UHF band tag can be used for logistics. The dielectric constant of the box material is measured and used for simulation. The Ntag213 chip manufactured by NXP is used in HF loop antennas, since NFC is possible with Ntag213. For the UHF band, the Higgs-3 chip manufactured by Alien is used. The HF tag antenna is located at the center of the UHF tag antenna, and the location of the HF tag antenna is calculated while considering coupling effects. The designed tag can be used by both the bands for the purposes of logistics and authentication.
목타르와 목타르/크라프트 리그닌의 용융방사 탄소섬유의 제조 및 물리적 특성

The chemical and mechanical properties of the wood tar (WT) preheated at 80°C for a period time were investigated as a suitable precursor of melt-spun carbon fibers using gel permeation chromatography (GPC), elemental analyzer, hydroxyl content analysis and thermogravimetric analyses (TGA). As the results, the WT24 (heat-treated at 80°C for 24 h) was selected as a precursor for making carbon fiber. The micro-size spun fibers were prepared from the WT24 and WT24/kraft lignin (KL) blends (95/5-70/30, w/w) using melt-spinning. The carbon fibers were then prepared by stabilizing melt-spun fibers in the temperature range of 50-250°C and followed by carbonizing thermal-stabilized fibers at 1,200°C without holding time under N2 gas flow. The diameters of carbon fibers produced from both WT24 and WT24/KL averaged 129.5±16.6 μm, and their surfaces were smooth. However, it was seen that the holes in carbon fiber cross sections were often observed as the KL content increased, confirmed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis. The tensile strength of WT24 carbon fiber was measured as 129.9±32.6 MPa, while tensile strength of carbon fibers produced from WT24/KL blends decreased from 117.8±41.0 to 24.7±9.5 MPa as the KL content increased.
