This study investigated the effect of recycled coarse aggregate satisfied the MOCTs quality criterion on bonding stress in concrete. Main parameter considered included the substitution ratio of recycled aggregate, 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50%. The test results indicated that the bonding stress of specimens used recycled aggregate by maximum 50% higher than plain concrete. From the test, when the substitution ratio of recycled coarse aggregate decreased about 10% in concrete compressive strength and bonding-stress, but the predicted bonding-stress by design code as ACI, CEB-FIP was conservative.

본 연구에서는 주로 성토용, 도로용 사용되는 순환골재를 부가가치가 높은 콘크리트 제조용으로 활용하기 위하여 KS 품질기준을 만족하는 1종 재생굵은골재와 재생잔골재를 사용하여 콘크리트 보에 적용가능성 여부를 평가하기 위하여 잔골재와 굵은골재를 동시에 폐주물사와 순환골재로 치환하여 인장 철근비가 변수인 재생콘크리트 보를 제작하여 휨 거동을 파악하였다. 본 시험의 결과, 인장철근비가 클수록 최대내력은 높게 나타났지만 인장철근비가 0.50ρ<SUB>b</SUB>이하인 시험체의 경우, 항복이후 최대하중에 이르기까지 하중변화는 거의 없으나 변위가 증가하는 소성구간이 뚜렷이 보여주고 있다. Previous study on recycled aggregate(RA) has largely been limited to the manufacture of nonstructural-grade concrete due to undesirable physical properties of them such as, high water absorption leading to high water demand of concrete. The restriction seriously limits its market and consequently diminishes the use of RA as a construction material. This paper presents the flexural behavior of beam made of recycled concrete substituted by both waste foundry sand(WFS) and recycled coarse aggregate replaced with fine and coarse aggregate concurrently. From the test, specimens with high tension reinforcement ratio not less than 0.75 ρ<SUB>b</SUB> showed high ultimate strength decreasing linearly after peak point due to the compressive failure of concrete. In case of specimens with under 0.5 ρ<SUB>b</SUB> there was not strength decrement until the end of test by showing plastic elongation of tension reinforcement.

In this paper, long term deflection of RC beam with variable replacement ratio of recycled aggregate[RA] is investigated. 6 RC beam specimens are designed using concrete made of coarse aggregate[CA] of 25㎜ size, mix strength of 21㎫, slump of 120㎜ and air content of 5.0±1.5%. A few concrete blocks are made and used for long term loading. The loading and deflection instrumentation are conducted following the process codified in ACI 318-05 code. Test result shows that the deflection of specimens with RA replacement ratio 10%, 20% is low compared with normal specimen with natural CA but the specimen with RA replacement ratio 30%, 40%, 50% is higher than the normal specimen.
