        일 간호대학생의 식이행동과 자존감과의 관계

        Purpose: To investigate the relationship between eating behavior and self-esteem of College Nursing Students. Method: Data were collected from self-administered questionnaires completed by 323 college nursing students in D city from October 6-15, 2008. Descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA and Pearson"s Correlation Coefficients with the SPSS program were used to analyze the data. Results: The mean scores of EDI-2 and self-esteem scale were 47.56 (14.83) and 30.82 (3.86). Self-esteem was differentiated by age, grade, schoolwork satisfaction and self-perceived health status. A significant negative correlation between eating behavior and self-esteem was evident (r=-.121, p=.030). Conclusion: Subjects who had higher self-esteem tend to exhibit eating behaviors. There is a need to develop interventions to prevent eating disorder and promote positive self-esteem for nursing students.

        정신간호사의 비판적 사고성향과 자아존중감

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the critical thinking disposition and self-esteem of psychiatric nurses and to identify factors that influence critical thinking disposition. Methods: A cross-sectional study design was used in this study. The participants for this study were 158 psychiatric nurses from D city & C province. The instruments were the California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CCTDI) and Self-Esteem Scale (SES). The collected data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson`s correlation coefficients and multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 11.5program. Results: The mean scores for critical thinking disposition and self-esteem were 186.4±13.96 and 30.5±3.95 respectively. A significant positive correlation between critical thinking disposition and self-esteem explained 57% of the variance in critical thinking disposition for these nurses. Conclusion: Participants who had higher levels of critical thinking disposition tend to exhibit a positive self-concept. It is necessary to provide interventions program to improve the critical thinking disposition and self-concept of psychiatric nurses.

        성구매 수강명령 대상자들의 정신건강, 가족기능 및 성매매 태도

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the correlation with mental health, family functioning and prostitution attitude of offenders enrolled in the John School Diversion Program. Methods: A survey was conducted in 120 men who were enrolled in the John School Diversion Program. Data were collected from January, 2010 to April, 2010 and analyzed using descriptive, correlation statistical method. Results: Subjects were mostly composed married, middle aged, high educated men. There were significantly different prostitution attitude according to age and marital status. There were negative correlation with mental health, prostitution attitude and family functioning. Conclusions: From these results, it can be concluded that preventive education on prostitution is necessary for middle aged men than adolescent.

        플립러닝을 기반으로 한 간호과정 교육이 간호대학생의 자기주도적 학습능력 및 학업성취도에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 플립러닝을 기반으로 비판적사고와 간호과정 교과목 내에서 간호과정 교육에 플립러닝을 적용하여 간호대학생의 자기주도적 학습능력과 학업성취도에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위해 비동등성 대조군 사전, 사후 실험설계를 이용하였다. 연구대상자는 실험군으로 C 간호대학 2학년에 재학 중인 대학생 135명과 대조군으로 D 대학교 간호학과 2학년에 재학 중인 대학생 103명을 대상으로 하였다. 실험군은 1주 1회, 5주간 5회기의 간호과정 5단계를 주제로 한 플립러닝에 참여하였고, 대조군은 간호과정을 주제로 한 전통적 강의식 교육법을 적용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 플립러닝에 참여한 실험군은 대조군보다 교육 후 자기주도적 학습능력(t=-4.71, p<.001)과 학업성취도(t=-4.93, p<.001)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 따라서 플립러닝을 기반으로 비판적사고와 간호과정 교과목 내에서 간호과정 교육에 플립러닝의 적용은 간호대학생의 자기주도적 학습능력과 학업성취도에 긍정적인 효과가 있음이 입증되었다. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of nursing process education based on flipped learning on self-directed learning ability and academic achievement of nursing students. A quasi-experimental study employing a nonequivalent control group and pre-post design was conducted. The study group was composed of 135 college students enrolled in the 2nd grade of C nursing college as an experimental group and 103 college students enrolled in the 2nd grade of the D university nursing department as a control group. The experimental group participated in flipped learning with the theme of nursing process once a week for 5 weeks, and the control group applied the traditional teaching method. Data were analyzed using χ²-test and Independent t-test with SPSS 26.0 program. There were significant differences in self-directed learning ability(t=-4.71, p<.001) and academic achievement(t=-4.93, p<.001) of participants between experimental group and control group after completion of 5 sessions flipped learning. The results indicate that flipped learning can be used to improve self-directed learning ability and academic achievement of nursing students. As a result of this study, the basis for using flipped learning will be prepared, and furthermore, it will have a positive effect on the clinical practice and problem solving ability of nursing students.

        상담이론과 실제 교과목에서 사례기반 역할극을 활용한 교육이 간호대학생의 공감 및 의사소통 능력에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 간호대학생들에게 상담이론과 실제 교과목을 전통적인 방법의 강의식 교육과 사례기반 역할극 교육을 적용하여 공감 능력과 의사소통 능력에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위해 단일그룹 사전-사후 실험설계를 이용하였다. 연구대상자는 G 지역의 C 간호대학에 재학 중인 2학년 전체 학생 중 상담이론과 실제 교과목을 수강하고 연구의 목적을 이해하며 연구 참여에 자발적으로 동의한 학생 66명을 대상으로 하였다. 교육과정은 총 15주의 수업에서 첫 오리엔테이션, 중간고사 및 기말고사 주를 제외하고 6주간 강의식 교육, 이후 6주간 사례기반의 역할극 교육을 하였고, 교육 전, 강의식 교육이 끝난 후, 사례기반의 역할극 교육이 끝난 후 3차례 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 반복측정 분산분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 간호대학생 20-29세로 선정하여 성별과 시점에 따라 프로그램의 효과를 비교해 보았을 때 대상자의 공감 능력은 그룹 또는 시점에 따라 유의한 차이가 없었다. 의사소통 능력은 그룹에 따라 유의한 차이가 없었으나 시점에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(F=4.20, p=.017). 따라서 상담이론과 실제 교과목에 사례기반 역할극을 활용한 교육의 적용은 강의식 교육보다 간호대학생의 의사소통 능력에 긍정적인 효과가 있음이 입증되었다. This study used a single group pre and post-experimental design for nursing students to understand the effects of counseling theory and actual subjects on empathy and communication ability by applying traditional lecture-style education and case-based role-playing education. The subjects of this study were 66 students who took counseling theory and actual courses, understood the purpose of the study, and voluntarily agreed to participate in the study among all 2nd grade students enrolled in C nursing college in G area. The curriculum consisted of six weeks of lecture-style education, followed by case-based role-play education for six weeks. Three surveys were conducted before training, after lecture-style training, and after case-based role-play training. The collected data were analyzed using the repeated measurement variance analysis using the SPSS 26.0 program. As a result of this study, when nursing students were selected as 20-29 years old and compared the effectiveness of the program according to gender and time point, there was no significant difference in the empathy ability of the subjects by group or time point. There was no significant difference in communication ability according to the group, but there was a significant difference according to the time point (F=4.20, p=.017). Therefore, it was proved that the application of education using case-based role play to counseling theory and actual subjects has a positive effect on communication ability of nursing students rather than lecture-style education.

        원예요법프로그램이 여성 암생존자의 상태불안과 피로 및 삶의 질에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study was designed to examine the effects of horticultural therapy program on state-anxiety, fatigue and quality of life (QoL) of among women cancer survivors. Methods: Quasi-experimental study was used with a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Data were collected from February to June, 2009. Participants consisted of 40 women cancer survivors in community. The experimental group participated in horticultural therapy program once a week for 18 weeks. Data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 18.0 program using χ²-test and t-test. Results: There were significant differences between the two groups in state-anxiety and QoL. Conclusion: The results of this study support that horticultural therapy program was effective in decreasing state-anxiety and improving QoL among women cancer survivors.

        간호학과 학생의 신체변형장애에 관한 연구

        Objectives:The purposes of this study were to examine prevalence, characteristics and comorbidity of BDD in Korean nurse college students. Methods:Korean versions of BDDE-SR, MOCI, BDI, SES, LSAS were applied to 607 Korean nurse college students. Results:1) Five factors were extracted in BDDE-SR by factor analysis with the Varimax rotation. They were‘preoccupation, distress, embarrassment factor’,‘avoidance factor’,‘checking, comparing, camouflaging factor’,‘dissatisfaction factor’,‘importance factor’. 2) Sex differences in dissatisfied body parts on whole body, head hair, whole face, genitals, breasts were significant by chi-square test. 3) Eighteen participants(2.97%) were satisfied with DSM-IV criteria A and B of body dysmorphic disorder(BDD group). 4) The most dissatisfied body part was entire leg, eye, nose, waist-abdomen, calves in BDD group. 5) Differences between BDD group and non-BDD group on age and weight were significant by Mann-Whitney U-tests. 6) Differences between BDD group and non-BDD group on BDI, MOCI, LSAS-anxiety scale, LSAS-avoidance scale, SES were significant by Mann- Whitney U-tests. 7) Differences between men and female on BDDE-SR factor 1, BDDE-SR factor 2, BDDE-SR factor 3, BDDE-SR total factors, LSAS-avoidance scale were significant by Mann-Whitney U-tests. 8) Using multiple regression analysis the most contributing variance toward the total factor score of BDDE-SR of participants was BDI, and others were BMI, LSAS-anxiety scale, age, MOCI, SES in order of contribution. Conclusion:Our results indicate that BDD is a common disorder and is highly associated with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder symptoms, poor self-esteem. The authors suggest that future researches should be directed to obtaining clinical data of the patients with BDD. 목적 : 저자들은 대전지역 간호학과 학생을 대상으로 신체 변형장애의 임상 특성과 관련 심리적 변인을 알아보기 위해 연구하였다. 방법 : 한국판 신체변형장애 척도, 한국판 Maudsley 강박행동 질문지, 한국판 Beck 우울증 척도, 한국판 자아존중감 척도, 한국판 Liebowitz 사회 불안 척도를 607명의 간호학과 학생에게 시행하였다. 결과 : BDD군은 18명(2.97%)이었으며 가장 마음에 들지 않는 신체 부위로 다리 전체, 눈, 코, 허리-배, 종아리 순을 보고하였다. non-BDD군보다 BDD군에서 우울감, 강박증, 자존심 저하, 사회 불안-회피 성향이 유의미하게 높았다. 간호학과 학생 전체를 대상으로 신체 변형장애 성향에 가장 영향을 주는 변인은 우울감이었으며 BMI, 사회 불안 성향, 연령, 강박증, 자존감 순이었다. 여학생의 경우 신체변형장애 성향에 영향을 주는 변인은 우울감, BMI, 사회 불안 성향, 연령, 강박증, 자존감 순이었다. 남학생의 경우 신체변형장애 성향에 영향을 주는 변인은 우울감, 강박증 순이었다. 결론 : 본 연구는 향후 신체변형장애 연구에 유용한 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 많지 않은 표본수를 감안할 때 우리의 연구를 실증하기 위해 보다 많은 표본을 대상으로 연구가 시행되어야 할 것이며 신체변형장애 환자들에 대한 임상 특성에 대한 연구가 필요할 것이다.

        신체변형장애를 보이는 간호학과 학생의 성격특성

        Objectives : It has been reported that patients with body dysmorphic disorder(BDD) have some specific personality characteristics. The purpose of this study was to examine the personality characteristics, depression, and hopelessness in a Korean nursing college student sample with BDD. Methods: Seven hundred and seventy-six Korean nursing college students completed self-report questionnaires assessing BDD, personality characteristics, depression and hopelessness. They were divided into the BDD group and the non-BDD group by diagnostic guidelines of the BODE-SR. The BDD group was compared to the non-BOD group using the Mann-Whitney U-test. Results : Twenty three(2.96%) of the 776 subjects met the criteria of BDD. In the BDD group, the score of extraversion scale was significantly lower, and the score of neuroticism, addiction, and criminality scales were significantly higher than in the non-BDD group. However, there were no significant differences in psychoticism, lie, impulsiveness, venturesomeness, and empathy scales between the BDD group and the non-BDD group. In the BDD group, the score of BDI and BHS were significantly higher than that of the non-BDD group. Conclusion : These results suggest that the personality characteristics associated with BDOD are introversion, neuroticism, addiction, and criminality. Moreover, BDD is highly associated with depression and hopelessness.
