        대학교육서비스 경쟁력 평가모형

        This paper attempts to evaluate the competitiveness of university education service. We developed dynamic simulation types model using Power-SIM tool. This paper introduce five factors which determine the competitiveness of university education service. The five factors are education factor, welfare factor, brand image of university, satisfaction of student and employment rate. Most of research use the one-way cause and effect relationship model. But we introduce the dynamic simulation type model and this model also introduce both directional analysis and cause and effect relationships. Of all universities this survey is implemented on 14 universities sample during from 2007 to 2009. The major results of the study are the following:Using Power-SIM tool, simulation results reveals that this model can estimate the competitiveness of university education service well. The average error of estimates are 2.643 and the maximum error of estimate are within 7. The research is planning to expand the number of universities and more variables to improve the estimation power later.

      • 영어 발음교육의 문제점과 해결책

        The purpose of this paper is to slove problems with English pronunciation education and to correct the misbelief that misbelief that English pronunciation can be thught effectiverly by native speakers or good speakers. Best sellers have many mistakes even in the description of sounds and most English education departments in national universities teach English phonetics theoretically only for 1 semester, More than 10 years' investigation into native speakers' and good speakers' teaching methods in various ways confirmed that they couldn't know English phonetics teachers should have a theoretical and practical knowledge of phonetics of English and students' dialects and the abilities to find the same or similar English sounds their students can make in normal or abnormal situations, to make both correct sounds and incorrect ones their students can make and to make them perceive the differences by using various ways.

        한국 제조기업의 해외 합작투자 소유지분 결정요인에 대한 실증분석

        This study analyzed determinants of ownership level in korean manufacturing firms' Joint Ventures based on the theoretical background of the transaction cost economics, the bargaining power, and the behavioral approach. The contributions and findings of this study are as follows : First, many previous research of equity ownership focused on the viewpoint of transaction cost economics. But this is not enough to explain the determinants equity ownership, therefore, it is added the bargaining power and the behavioral approach.Second, in the case of Korean firms invested in foreign countries, market-specific advantage, internal and external uncertainty should be considered, most of all, more heavily emphasized for investments in developing countries than in advanced countries.But This study has limitations of relatively small sample size and static analysis. Also, Comparative cross national study will be needed. 국내외적 환경변화로 한국기업의 국제화는 급속히 이루어지고 있는데 이에 따른 문제점 중의 하나가 해외진출 한국기업이 합작비율을 과연 어떻게 할 것인가 하는 점이다. 합작비율의 결정은 곧 현지투자기업의 경영권 확보와 맥을 같이 하므로 매우 중요한 것이며 협상 당사자간 협상 교섭력뿐만 아니라 투자국 정부와의 관계 등 여러 요인을 결정해야하는 어려운 문제이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 해외합작투자를 설명하는 주요이론인 거래비용관점, 협상력관점, 행동주의 관점의 세 가지 이론을 접목하여 최근 급증하고 있는 한국기업 국제합작투자의 소유지분 결정요인을 실증적으로 분석하고 그에 따른 함의를 논의해 보고자 한다.

        전치사 복제에 관한 연구

        There are three kinds of antecedents from which the prepositions denoted by them are copied : prefixes attached to verbs, adjectives and nouns, prepositions expressing the same case expressed by the preposition following them, and the antecedents hidden in the subjects, verbs or adverbs. But even if these antecedents do appear in the previous position, the propositions denoted by them do not necessarily follow them. The prepositions denoted by the antecedents are copied in the following three cases : 1.When the case expressed by the antecedent appears in an unnatural position it is copied in a natural position. 2.In order to get rid of ambiguity the preposition denoted by the antecedent is copied. 3. When the case expressed by the antecedent is vague or general, the preposition denoted by the antecedent is copied for further specifiction of the case. Especially I put stress on the prefixed verbs in this paper. In order to know whether the case expressed by the prefix will be copied or not, we should consider whether the verb is transitive or intransitive, whether the verb is denominal or not, where the underlying objects of the prefix and the verb without the prefix are, and the restriction on prefixed verbs. In the position where the preposition denoted by the prefix should appear, sometimes a different preposition appears. It is the case that the preposition denoted by the prefix and the different preposition can't be combined into a preposition. But semantically the latter contains the former which is deleted in the surface. In this case the deleted preposition is general and the surface preposition is specific in expressing the case.

        기업의 사회적 책임활동이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 —반기업정서를 중심으로—

        기업의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 현재까지 진행된 연구결과들은 연구자별로 다른 결과들을 제시하고 있다. 이는 변인들 간의 관계에 따른 조절변수의 영향력이라 판단된다. 본 연구는 사회적 책임활동과 결과변수간의 관계를 조절하는 변수로 반기업 정서를 제안하고 그 영향력을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과와 시사점은 다음과 같다. 윤리적 책임활동과 자선적 책임활동은 기업태도 그리고 기업태도는 소비자의 구매의도에 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다. 이는 많은 선행연구와 일치하는 결과로 소비자의 행동을 유발하기 위해서는 기업이나 제품에 대해 긍정적인 심리를 형성하는 것이 필요함을 의미한다. 또한 반기업 정서가 높은 집단에서는 기업이 자선적 활동을 많이 하더라도 그 효과가 유의하지 않지만 윤리적 책임을 다한 경우에는 반기업 정서가높더라도 기업에 대한 부정적인 태도가 완화될 수 있음을 의미한다. 이는 현재 많은 기업들이 기업의 위기시 이를 감소시킬 수 있는 대안으로 하는 사회적 공헌활동을 하지만 그 효과가 미비한 이유를 설명해준다. 따라서 사회적 책임활동을 수행하고자 하는 기업들은 그 이전에 기업의 윤리적 경영 또는 윤리적 책임활동에 먼저 관심을 가져야 될 것이다. The results of the present study on corporate social responsibility activities have different results for each researcher. This is considered to be the influence of the moderated variables depending on the relations among the variables. The purpose of this study is to propose anti-corporate emotion as a variable to moderate the relationship between social responsibility activities and outcome variables and to investigate its influence. The results and implications are as follows. Ethical responsibility activities and discretionary responsibility activities had effects on corporate attitude and corporate attitude affects consumers’ purchase intention. This is consistent with many previous studies, which means that it is necessary to create a positive psychology for a firm or product in order to induce consumer behavior. In addition, in the group with high anti-corporate emotions, the effect is not significant even if the company has a lot of discretionary activities, but if the ethical responsibility is done, the negative attitude toward the company can be alleviated even if the anti- corporate emotion is high. This explains why many companies now have social contribution activities as an alternative to reduce the corporate crisis, but the effect is insufficient. Therefore, companies that want to carry out social responsibility activities should be interested first in the ethical management or ethical responsibility activities of companies.
