        요추 추간판 탈출증 환자에 대한 보존적 치료의 행정기준과 임상기준에 관한 비교 연구

        The purpose of this study is comparative with administrative and clinical standard of conservative treatment on herniated intervertebral lumbar disc patients. The persons who diagnosed to herniated intervertebral lumbar disc were attended in this study. The number of cases were 120 cases. We evaluated their chart, X-ray and MRI. The result of the group 1 study(60 cases) were as follows; 1. The patients who treated for 41days were improved 100%, which was 3cases(5%). 2. The patients who treated for 45days were improved 90%, which was 13cases(22%). 3. The patients who treated for 43days were improved 80%, which was 28cases(47%). 4. The patients who treated for 39days were improved 70%, which was 6cases(10%). 5. The patients who treated for 28days were improved 60%, which was 5cases(28%). 6. The patients who treated for 22days were improved 50%, which was 4cases(7%). 7. The patient who treated for 28days were improved 40%, which was 1case(2%). The result of the group 2 study(60 cases) were as follows; 1. The patients who treated by administrative standard were improved 40%, which was 8cases(13%). 2. The patients who treated by administrative standard wereimproved 30%, which was 32cases(53%). 3. The patients who treated by administrative standard wereimproved 20%, which was 7cases(12%). 4. The patients who treated by administrative standard were improved 10%, which was 9cases(15%). 5. The patients who treated by administrative standard wereimproved 0%, which was 4cases(7%). Conclusion ; In herniated intervertebral lumbar disc patients who had conservative treatment. The highest improve patients were 28 cases(47%), who treated for 43 days in group 1. The lowest improve patient were 4 case(7%), who treated by administrative standard in group 2. The Effective duration of conservative treatment was more than 43 days in group 1. Group 1 which applied to clincal standard was much batter than group 2 which applied to administrative standard.

        초음파 투과성 매질들의 여러 특성에 관한 연구

        Ultrasound has been found useful as a therapeutic modality for the reduction of muscular and tendinous spasm. It has also been utilized for pain and other pathologic conditions through the ability of soundwaves to introduce molecules of chemical substances through the skin by a process. Choice of the transmission medium is very important for effective ultrasound treatment in clinical field. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of various ultrasound conduction media in regard to ultrasound conductivity and degree of absorption, evaporation and of skin irritation. The media used in this study were Antiphlamine, Sacch lotion, Stereogel, Trastgel, Antiphlamine S lotion, and Mentholatum lotion that have been used in clinical medicine. The study revealed that Antiphlamine was not compatible with a good ultrasound transmitter. Other media excluding Antiphlamine were compatible with a good ultrasound conductor, but they had some drawback with their nature of higher absorption, evaporation and skin irritation. The medium that was prepared by mixing of Antiphlamine with Gel in 1 to 10 ratio was a good ultrasound transmitter and extents of absorption and evaporation and of skin irritation of it were less than the other media.

        요추 추간판탈출증 환자에 대한 보존적 치료의 효과적인 기간에 관한 연구

        Low back pain is one of the most frequent problems treated in clinical feild. Eight out of ten people will experience significant low back pain sometime during their life. Most cases low back pain are not serious and respond to conservative treatment. It's pain is severe and not responding to conservative treatment or if it has significant leg pain. In these cases are may recommend surgery. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effective duration of treatment and degree of variable pain approached conservative treatment. The persons who diagnosed to herniated intervertebral lumbar disc were attended in this study. number of cases were 60cases. We evaluated their chart, X-ray and MRI. The result of the study were as follows; 1. The patients who treated for 33days were improved 100%, which was 3cases(5%). 2. The patients who treated for 45days were improved 90%, which was 13cases(22%). 3. The patients who treated for 43days were improved 80%, which was 28cases(47%). 4. The patients who treated for 39days were improved 70%, which was 6cases(10%). 5. The patients who treated for 28days were improved 60%, which was 5cases(28%). 6. The patients who treated for 22days were improved 50%, which was 4cases(7%). Conclusion ; In herniated intervertebral lumbar disc patients who had conservative treatment. The highest improve patients were 28 cases(47%), who treated for 43 days. The lowest improve patient was 1case(2%), who treated for 28 day. The Effective duration of conservative treatment was more than 43days. If they wants to be improving their symptoms, they should be treat for more than 43days.

        대뇌 기저핵의 기능과 파킨슨 질환

        Parkinson's disease(PD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects the functioning of the basal ganglia, a brain area that contributes to the control of movement. The disease is caused by the death of nerve cells in the brain that produce dopamine, a chemical messenger. The cells affected usually produce a neurotransmitter(a chemical that transmits nerver impulses) called dopamine, which acts with acetylcholine, another neurotransmitter, to fine-tune muscle control. In Parkinson's disease, the level of dopamine relative to acetylcholine is reduced, adversely affecting muscle control. When the supply of dopamine is depleted, the function of the basal ganglia is disrupted and its ability to control movement-deteriorates. The result is that PD patients experience moderate rigidity, difficulty in initiating movements and slowness in executing them, and a rhythmical tremor at rest. Although the cause of Parkinson's disease is not known, genetic factors may be involved. About 3 in 10 people with the disorder have an affected family member. About 1 in 100 people over the age of 60 in the US have Parkinson's disease. And Parkinson's disease is slightly more common in men. The course of the disease is variable, but drags may be the best effective in treating the symptoms and improving quality of life. But, The doctor may arrange physical therapy to help with physical mobility problems. It is important to continue to exercise and take care of your general health. Try to take a walk each day. Stretching exercises can help you maintain your strength and mobility. So, This papers will serve about the information of PD for clinical physical therapist. Finally, The aim of review is increasing approach method and technique for PD patients by the view of physical therapy.

        온몸의 연속절단면영상 만들기

        온몸의 연속절단면영상이 있으면 온몸을 3차원영상으로 재구성할 수 있고, 각 해부구조의 구역화영상이 있으면 각 해 부구조를 3차원영상으로 재구성할 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 해부영상에서 보이는 피부, 뼈, 간, 허파, 콩팥, 방광, 심장, 뇌의 테두리를 구역화하기로 하였고, 소화관, 호흡관, 동맥 내강의 테두리를 구역화하기로 하였다. Adobe Photoshop에서 자석올가미도구를 써서 해부구조의 테두리를 따라서 선택을 반자동으로 그리고 고친 다음에 올가미도구를 쓰거나 작업패스를 거쳐서 선택을 수동으로 고쳤다. 선택 속에 빛깔을 채워서 구역화영상을 만들었다. 모든 구역화영상의 행과 열을 쌓아서 관상구역화영상과 시상구역화영상을 만든 다음에 관상구역화영상과, 시상구역화영상을 살펴서 틀린 구역화영상을 찾았고, 틀린 구역화영상을 고쳤다. 이 연구에서 마련한 구역화영상 8,507개는 간격이 0.2mm였고, 해상도가 3,040×2,008였고, 화소크기가 0.2mm였고, 빛깔이 8 bits color였다. 따라서 구역화영상 1개의 파일크기가 5.8 Mbytes였고, 8,507개의 파일크기가 48.3 Gbytes였다. 이 구역화영상을 바탕으로 해부구조의 3차원영상, 가상해부 소프트웨어, 가상내시경 소프트웨어를 만들면 해부학과 내시경을 익히는 데 도움이 될 것이다. While three dimensional (3D) images of the whole body can be reconstructed by using the serially sectioned images, 3D image of each anatomical structure can be reconstructed by using the segmented images. In this research, outlines of skin, bones, liver, lungs, kidneys, urinary bladder, heart, and brain in the anatomical images were decided to segment, and luminal outlines of digestive tract, respiratory tract, and arteries were decided to segment too. On the Adobe Photoshop, selections were semiautomatically drawn along outlines of the anatomical structures and semiautomatically corrected using magnetic lasso tool. Successively, selections were manually corrected either using lasso tool or through work path. The selections were filled with colors to make segmented images. By stacking rows and columns of the segmented images, coronal and sagittal segmented images were made. The coronal and sagittal segmented images were observed to find incorrect segmented images, which were revised. 8,507 segmented images with 0.2 mm intervals, 3,040×2,008 resolution, 0.2 mm pixel size, and 8 bits color depth were achieved, so that file size of 1 segmented image and 8,507 segmented images was 5.8 Mbytes and 48.3 Gbytes, respectively. These segmented images will be the basis for the development of 3D images of the anatomical structures and software of virtual dissection and virtual endoscopy, which are helpful in studying anatomy and endoscopy.
