        공공기관에서 BSC 관점의 내부경영평가제도와 성과

        In the public institutions, an internal management assessment system is operated for the responsibility management of the organization and the measurement of the business performance. The Korea Workers' Compensation & Welfare Service is the center of this study. It analyzed if the BSC's internal management evaluation system affects job loyalty, service improvement, and customer satisfaction. And how it affects and whether there are significant impacts among them. The analysis shows that the business support perspective has a significant positive impact on job loyalty and service improvement. But the business performance perspective has a significant negative impact on job loyalty and service lift. Finally, job loyalty has a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction. In this study, it is meaningful to investigate the relationship between the evaluation system and job loyalty, service improvement, and customer satisfaction for the internal management evaluation system. In the future, the results of the significant negative impact of the relationship between business performance and job loyalty and the relationship between business performance and service improvement need further research. 공공기관에서는 기관의 책임경영과 경영에 대한 성과를 측정하기 위해 내부경영평가제도를 운영하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공공기관에서 BSC를 활용한 내부경영평가제도가 직무충실도와 서비스 향상도 그리고 고객 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대해 분석하였다. 분석결과 사업지원 관점은 직무충실도와 서비스 향상도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 하지만 사업성과 관점은 직무충실도와 서비스 향상도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 직무충실도는 고객 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구에서는 공공기관 종사자들의 내부경영평가제도에 대해 고찰하고, 이 평가제도와 직무충실, 서비스 향상 그리고 고객만족간의 관계에 대해 분석하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 본 연구에서 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 사업성과와 직무충실의 관계 그리고 사업성과와 서비스향상도의 관계에 대해 좀 더 깊은 연구가 필요할 것이다.

      • 여대생의 점포선택에 관한 연구 : focused on chungju city 청주지역을 중심으로

        The purpose of the study was to investigate the differences of store selection factors and preferred store types according to their demographic background and their life styles. The data were collected from 400 female college students in Chungju city through self-administered/questionnaires, and were analyzed by frequencies, crobach's α, t-test, factor analysis, cluster analysis, one way anova. The results of the study were as follows: 1.There were significant differences between preferred store types and their demographic background such as their father's occupation, father's monthly income, education levels, their major, student's monthly expenditure on clothing. 2.Preferred store types were significant different according to store selection factors such as clothing price, it's name value, after service and comfort to try-on ect. 3.There were significant differences between store selection factors such as clothing price, it's name value, it's location, parking convenience, comfort to try-on ect. and their life styles.

      • 중국 조선족의 한복착용에 관한 연구

        This study is to investigate and analyze the actual wearing status and wearing attitude on the Korean traditional costume worn by the Korean(Chosun-chok) who moved to Yanbian, China in the 19th century. In order to accomplish the purpose, the survey using questionnaire was conducted. Data were collected form 401 women living in Yanbian by the face-to face interview. Frequencies, percentiles, mean, oneway ANOVA, X²-test and Scheffe-test for analyses were used. The major findings are: (1)Posession rate of costumes; coat(Durmaki) 2%, socks(Bosun) 15%, skirt(Chima) & upper wear(Chogori) 71%. The Posession rate of married women was greater than that of unmarried women, over 95%. (2)Wearing rate for Occasion: 87% at New Year's Day & Thanks giving day(Chusok). 73% at party, picnic 69%, housewear 0.8%, office wear 4.3%, visiting friends 7%, Differences among the age groups were significant. Wearing rate increased with age. (3)Attitude on the fact that bride, baby on first year's birthday party, hostess on 60th year's birthday party should wear traditional costume; the positive response rates on the attitude were 86%, 92%, 97%, respectively. (4)Wearing rate by Season; 58% in spring & autumn, summer 74%, winter 4% (5) Color preference; Upper Wear(Chogori)-yellow 33%, pink 25%, white 11%, blue 11%, green 11% Skirt(Chima)-pink 33%, blue 20%, red 18%, green 15%, white 7.5%, yellow 7.5% Differences among the age groups were significant. As age increases, blue and green color increased with both skirt and upper wear. (6)Attitude on traditional costume: Overall attitude was very positive. Positive attitude was increased with age significantly. Image on traditional costume was feminine, beautiful, sumptuous, refined, fashionable, and dignified. They took pride in wearing traditional costume and felt they should hand over this wearing habit to their descendants. It seems that the reasons for high posession rate and high wearing rate is the pride on Korean costume of them.

      • A Study on the Costume of Korean Ethnic Group in Yanbian, China : from the 19th century to 1940 19c 말부터 1940년대까지를 중심으로

        This research was to describe the changes of costume of Korean ethnic group in Yanbian China from the 19th century to 1940. Intensive field work was conducted from December 1992 to January 1993. In-Depth interviews, participant observation and museum observation were used to obtain information. Woman wore jugori, dansokgot, danghae, chima, baeza, traditional Korean hair style. Man wore jugori, joki, bachy, durumagy, macsin, nambawey. Children wore saekdong jugori, poongcha bachy, vest, bokgun, goolrae, jangsuty. Because of economic factor such as lack of fabric and dyes, they wore natural color clothing, coarse tosre, dutjugori, hotchima, hotjoki during this period. In summary, from the end of 19th century to 1940's period, Korean-Chinese wore traditional Korean costume including outerwear, underwear, shoes and hair style.

      • 119구조·구급대원의 직업만족도에 관한 연구 : 전국을 대상으로

        The purpose of this study was to find out the 119 rescue and first aid's satisfaction level for their occupations, understand the influential factors of the satisfaction level and also analyze the level of each working districts. Therefore to provide basic information of policy decisions to increase the satisfaction level. Data were collected form 400 national the 119 rescue and first aids by questionnaire and using the tools, which has developed by Slavitt, from August 2 to September 30. 2002. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, t-test and ANOVA, Divided 39 items into 7 provinces to find out the satisfaction level of each province, follow as the influential factors of the satisfaction level. 1. The most of the 119 rescue and first aids were satisfying about their occupations as they got 3.02 marks out of 5, which is the full mark. 2. As the results after analyzed the relation ship between the satisfaction level and the general characteristics of the 119 rescue and first aids, there were not statistically significant differences of sex distinction, age, scholarship, not married and has or have married, grade and qualification. There were statistically significant differences follow as working period, applying motive, moving, seeking a job, working place and adviser, work overtime and compensation follow as work overtime. 3. It appeared that all the 119 rescue first aids were satisfying enough about duty itself but were dissatisfying about working condition. As the results: job itself got 4.00, reciprocal action got 3.74, business demand got 3.28, autonomy got 3.06, organization demand got 2.96, pay got 2.43 and working condition got 1.72, each out of 5 full marks. As you see the results, most of the 119 rescue and first aids are satisfying about a job itself but they are dissatisfying about their working condition, Therefore we should formulate a plan that can increase the satisfaction level by improving duty system for 24 hours through filling the staff and pay them for their overtime work and adjustment the working hours per week.

      • 理念이 服飾에 미친 영향 : Focusing on the Chinese Communism Society Prior to the Openness 開放化 以前의 中國 共産主義 社會를 中心으로

        This study investigated the effect of ideology of classless, which is the basic thoughts of the Chinese communism, on clothing and fashion cycle, using theory of fashion by Simmel. According to the theory of fashion by Simmel, fashion is formed by need of conformity through immitation and need of distinction through expression of individuality. The lower class wants to immitate the upper class and the upper class wants to be distinguished from the lower class. This suggests that fashion is the output of class distinction. Inminbok, a costume in Chinese communism society, does not show the distinction of sex or class. If reflects on an abolition of distinction by sex or class in the Chinese society. By wearing this unified costume, distinction among people does not be allowed and only the conformity exists. Therefore, fashion cycle proposed by Simmel has been stopped and fashion could not be formed any longer in the Chinese society. Consequently, the ideology of classless affects clothing in the way that people wear the unvarying and unified costume regardless of sex or class, and fashion cycle in the way that there is little change in fashion.
