Multi-directional approach of perfectly matched layers

One of the popular non-re ection boundary methods is perfectly matched layers (PML), in which the damping is introduced depending on only a single variable. There is no eective absorption for the waves with low-grazing incidence angles (high incidence angles) to the interface, which is one of the limitations of the classical PML method. In this paper, we introduce additional damping terms, which are positive functions of multi-variables and show the eectiveness of the absorption for the incident wave in the parallel to the interface when the wave propagates in a PML.

의사소통유형에 따른 재활운동서비스 만족의 자기 및 상대 효과

본 연구는 재활운동프로그램에 참여는 재활치료사와 고객의 관계에서 의사소통유형이 서비스 만족도 관계에서 APIM 모형이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 조사를 통해 수집된 자료는 문항분석과 상관분석, 그리고 설문 지의 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증을 거친 후, APIM모형을 적용하여 재활치료사와 고객의 의사소통유형에 따른 재활서비스 만족의 자기 및 상대효과를 검증하였다. 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재활치료사와 고객의 관계에서 의사소통유형 과 재활프로그램 서비스만족 간 상관분석 결과 정적인 관계를 나타내었으며, 상호 간 교차 상관계수 또한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 정보제공적 의사소통과 재활프로그램 서비스만족의 자기 및 상대효과에서 재활치료사의 정보제공적 의사 소통이 고객의 정보제공적 의사소통보다 상대적으로 높은 수준의 정적 영향 관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 재활치료사의 친화적 의사소통이 고객의 친화적 의사소통보다 상대적으로 높은 수준의 정적 영향을 나타냈다. 넷째, 재활치료사의 권위적 의사 소통이 고객의 권위적 의사소통보다 상대적으로 높은 수준의 정적 영향 관계가 나타났다. This study applied the APIM model to verify the actor-partner relative effects of the communication type on service satisfaction in the relationship between a rehabilitation therapist and a customer participating in a rehabilitation exercise program. After the data collected through the survey were analyzed for questionnaire, correlation analysis, and validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the APIM model was applied to verify the actor-partner effects of satisfaction with rehabilitation services according to the types of communication between the rehabilitation therapist and the customer . The analysis results are as follows. First, in the relationship between the rehabilitation therapist and the customer, the correlation analysis between the communication type and the service satisfaction of the rehabilitation program showed a positive relationship, and the cross-correlation coefficient was also positively correlated. Second, in the actor-partner relative effects of information-provided communication and rehabilitation program service satisfaction, information-provided communication of rehabilitation therapists showed a relatively higher level of positive influence than information-provided communication of customers. Third, the rehabilitation therapist's friendly communication had a relatively higher level of positive influence than the customer's friendly communication. Fourth, the rehabilitation therapist's authoritative communication had a relatively higher level of positive influence than the client's authoritative communication.

재활운동트레이너의 자기효능감, 자아탄력성, 심리적소진의 관계

본 연구는 재활운동트레이너의 자기효능감, 자아탄력성, 심리적소진의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 재 활운동프로그램을 운영하는 병원 및 트레이닝 센터를 직접 방문하였다. 연구의 목적을 설명하고 재활 담당자들에게 설문 을 받았다. 수집된 자료는 대상자 특성 파악을 위해 빈도분석을 실시하였으며, 잠재변인간 관계 파악을 위해 기술통계, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다변량 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 절차를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫 째, 자기효능감, 자아탄력성, 심리적소진의 하위 요인간 상관분석결과 자기효능감과 자아탄력성의 하위 요인간 모든 상관 계수는 유의미한 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 자기효능감과 자아탄력성의 관계를 검증하기 위해 다변량 회귀분석을 실시한 결 과, 자기평가, 목표설정, 직업정보, 문제해결, 미래계획에서 유의한 영향력을 나타냈다. 셋째, 자아탄력성과 심리적소진의 관계에서 낙관적 태도, 감정통제, 자신감요인에서 심리적소진을 유의한 영향력을 나타냈다. 넷째, 자기효능감과 심리적 소진의 관계에서 미래계획, 목표설정, 직업정보, 문제해결에서 심리적 소진에 유의한 영향력을 나타냈다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between self-efficacy, eog-resilience and psychological burnout of rehabilitation exercise trainer. To do this, they visited hospitals and training centers that run rehabilitation programs. The purpose of the study was explained and questioned by rehabilitation staff. For the collected data, frequency analysis was conducted to identify the characteristics of the subjects, and descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multivariate regression analysis were conducted to identify the relationship among potential variables. Through this procedure, the following conclusions were made. First, as a result of correlation analysis between the subfactors of self-efficacy, eog-resilience, and psychological burnout, all correlation coefficients were significantly correlated between the subfactors of self-efficacy and eog-resilience. Second, multivariate regression analysis was conducted to verify the relationship between self-efficacy and eog-resilience. The results showed significant influence in self-evaluation, goal setting, job information, problem solving, and future planning. Third, psychological burnout had a significant influence on optimistic attitude, emotional control, and confidence factors in the relationship between self-resilience and psychological burnout. Fourth, the relationship between self-efficacy and psychological burnout showed significant influence on psychological burnout in future planning, goal setting, job information, and problem solving.
