Chrome-Molybden綱에 析出된 第二相 粒子의 成長機構에 관한 硏究

This study has been carried out to determine the structural characteristics and growth kinetics of complex carbides precipitated in the ferrite matrix containing Cr and Mounder a given condition. The results obatined from the experiment are summerized as follow; (1) The carbides precipitated from martensitic structure at three different temperatures 600。, 650。, and 700℃ have been found to be of fine M₃C type and to mostly from along ferrite grain boundaries. (2) The kinetic analysis has shown that during spheroidization the growth rate of complex carbides containing Cr and Mo is much slower compared to that of iron carbide precipitates, and that the growth of these complex carbides occurs by diffusion controlled mechanism. (3) The values of acitivation energy obatined by particle number measurement and hardness determination an analyses have been calculated to be 51.8Kcal/mole and 53.1Kcal/mole respectively, and found to be higher than for iron-carbide precipitates. (4) Hardness measurements have revealed that hardness during the spheroidization of Cr-Mo steel varies as the Hall-petch type equation, i.e.Hv=-6.6x ?? +313. (5) The structural analysis has presented that changes in ferrite grain size shows different patterns on shperoidizing tomperature and generally occur in a behaviour corresponding to G= ?? .
