        This is investigated dyeing affinity of thermodynamic, solubility parameter, inoganicity/organicity value, and added inorganic compound effect into dyebaths. The results are as follows ; 1.Dyeing expresses Gibbs free energy -G〉0 and dyeing affinity expresses chemical potential.If the dye forms ideal solution in both phases, the affinity reduces without serious errors. -Δμ˚ = RT In[D]f / [D]S 2.The expression on the solubility parameter of dyeing affinity is high confidence in both nonpolar matters but both polar matters is effected polar δ□. 3.Inorganicity/organicity value is possible to estimate of dyeing affinity. 4.Fiber-dyes affinity increased as added inorganic compound into dyebaths.

      • 한지의 염색성 1 (염색한지의 역사적 고찰)

        Age of Han Jee manufactory is very difficult to make its conclusion correctly but mostly since, it was imported from China where it was influenced to the period of the three kingdoms(Silla, Baek Je, Kokuryo) about 4-5th century. The paper of the China was invented by Chae Lyun in A.D 105. But some scholars suppose that the paper had been made in ancient times. they suspect that our country had had its own peculiar paper manufacturing before having been introduced from China, because materials seemed to have been lumped together the mulberry paper by water were discovered in the old tomb of Nang Rang 1,000 years previous to this. Raw materials of Han Jee combined with JEO. Abelmoschus Manihot, Medic and water, but the JEO which can grow well on the hill descends slowly in the southern parts. I am sure that our technique in making Han-Jee is superior to that of the other nations(China, Japan) and through the constant and active study of various formation techniques, we should rediscover the values of our Han Jee and maximize its usefulness as a paper, we can make the most of the superior traits and then we can extend the range of Han Jee in our life.

      • Poly(ethylene Terephthalate) 섬유의 알카리 감량 가공에 대한 이론적 고찰

        If PET fibers are treated in a solution of caustic soda, they dissolved successively from their outer surface. The result, the handle of PET fibers is improved by the loss of weight. In this study, the effects of alkali and accelerating agent on the weight loss of PET fiber were investigated. 1) The weight loss was increased as treating temperature, caustic soda concentration, treating time is increased. 2) The tensile strength of PET fiber treated with alkali solution decreased as the percentage of weight loss increased, density increased very little. 3) As the percentage of weight loss of PET fiber increased, the uptake of the dyes increased . 4) The effect of the addition of accelerating agents on the weight loss is remarkably increased. Accelerating agent of alkali hydrolysis was Cationic activity, Amines, Ethylene Glycol.

      • 천연염료의 염색특성 연구 Ⅰ-쪽물에 의한 면 및 견염색

        Traditionally dyeing fabric with dyestuff extracted from Indigo was a popular method of obtaining blue color in the world. Such a method existed throughout the world before the synthetic dyestuff was developed in the 1890's. In this study, optical behaviors and dyeing properties of cotton and silk fabric dyed from Indigo were discussed. In the dyeing of silk and cotton with Indigo, the dye uptake was influenced by the dyeing temperature, the number qdyeing times, and also the dyeing affinity of silk was higher than that of cotton.

        중년기 위기감(3) : 개방성향과 직업, 결혼, 자녀관계가 중년기 위기감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 중년기 위기 개념을 정서적 위기와 인지적 위기의 두 차원으로 구분하여, 성격의 한 요인인 개방성향과 일차적인 사회체계내에서의 관계인 직업, 결혼 및 자녀관계가 이 두 차원의 위기에 영향을 미치는 역동적인 경로를 확인하고자 했다. 그 결과, 정서적 위기에는 사회체계내에서의 관계가 직접 영향을 미치고 있었는데, 직업, 결혼 및 자녀관계에서의 불만족도가 높을수록 침체감, 무력감, 절망, 불행감, 인생의 지리함 등의 정서적 위기감을 많이 경험하고 있었다. 그리고 이러한 정서적 위기감이 인지적 위기감에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 그러나 인지적 위기는 개방성향에 의해 직접 영향을 받고 있었으며, 개방성향이 높을수록 삶에 대한 재조명이나 자기탐색, 내성, 자아인식 등을 통하여 삶의 구조를 새롭게 수정해 가려는 기미가 보였다. 이는 중년기 위기 진행이 '파괴→재평가→재통합'의 단계적인 순서로 진행되고 있음을 시사하고 있다. The major purpose of this study is the confirmation of the dynamic path, in which the openness and relations to spouses, children, or job settings affect on mid-life crisis, which was divided into two dimensions: emotional crisis and cognitive crisis. The results are as follows: The relationships in social systems effect directly to emotional crisis. In other words, the higher dissatisfaction in relations to spouses, children, or job settings they feel, the more unhappiness, tediousness, despair, and powerlessness they experience. In contrast, openness affects directly to cognitive crisis. The higher degree of openness they have, the more cognitive crisis they experience. Furthermore, the process of emotional crisis precedes that of cognitive crisis. This indicates that mid-life crisis progress in order of 'destructuring →reassessment →reintegration'.

      • Poly(ethylene Terephthalate) 纖維의 알카리處理에 의한 柔軟加工에 관한 硏究 : 減量促進劑 첨가에 의한 重量變化

        If Poly (ethylene Terephthalate) fibers are treated in a solution of sodium hydroxide, they dissolved successively from the their surface, so the handle of PET fibers is improved by the loss of weight. In this study, the effect of only sodium hydroxide treatment and pretreatment of accelerating agent on the hydrolysis of PET fibers were investigated. 1) According to the increase of treating sodium hydroxide concentration, time and temperature, weight loss is increased. 2) The PET fibers was pretreated with amines and organic solvents, the amines used in this experiment were 40% methyl amine, 70% ethyl amine and the organic solvents were 5% benzyl alcohol, 5% buthyl alcohol. The weight loss was remarkably increased in pretreatment of accelerating agent rather than in only sodium hydroxide. 3) The weight loss increased in the order, the PET fibers pretreated with 70% ethyl amine> 40% methyl amine > 5% benzyl alcohol > 5% buthyl alcohol > only sodium hydroxide. From this results, we can assume amorphous region is more selectively degraded than crystal region in PET fibers pretreated with amines and swellen structure of PET fibers formed during the pretreatment with organic solvent, so degradation reaction occurs in the surface as well as in the inferior region of PET fibers when it is treated with sodium hydroxide solution.

        황토를 이용한 한지의 염색성

        Historically, dyed textiles were symbols of status and, because of their expense, reserved only for people of wealth and specalist. Early dye sources probably included plant, animal and mineral extracts. As synthetic dyes have been developed, beginning with synthetic indigo in 1897, reliance on natural dye sources diminished. But renewed interest in natural dyes is fueled by a pro-environment consumer aware of the ecological liabilities of the dye industry. Han Jee was imported from China where it was influenced to period of the three kingdoms(Silla, Baekje, Kokuryo). After that, Han Jee was used for paper in old Korea for long time before paper was came with civilization. In this paper, dyeing of Han Jee with loess were investigated according to dyeing temperature, dyeing time, loess concentration, and effects of additives. As a results, λ_max of Han Jee dyed by loess was 710nm. ΔE values of Han Jee increased by loess concentration, dyeing time, dyeing temperature. Dyeing with additives treatment increaed dyeability. Especially, Han Jee treated with aluminium acetate shows the largest dyeability of the Han Jee. The Han Jee dyed loess had very good lightfastness.
