A clinical study of selected patients with cyst which were managed in the Department of oral and maxillofacial sugery from March 1994 to February 1998 was done. An following results were obtained 1. Male were involved more than females by cyst in a ratio of 1.95:1 and most of the cases occurred in the secondary decades 2. The primary site of radicular cysts were the anterior incisor area, dentigerous cysts were anterior incisor area and canine area, incisive canal cysts were maxillary anterior area, odontogenic keratocyst were the mandibular ramus area. 3. The common symptoms were swelling(65 cases), pain(12 cases) and the mean duration of syptomatic period was 10 days. 4. The rates of histopathologic classification were radicular cyst(58%), dentigerous cyst(22%), incisive canal cyst(9%), odontogenic keratocyst(11%). 5. Average of Alk. phosphatase was 235(IU/L) at pre-twenty age and 102(IU/L) at post-twenty age. 6. In treatment modalities, enucleation was most common, odontogenic keratocyst was treated by enucleation and curettage for prevention of recurrence.

집단분쟁해결을 위한 새로운 민사소송제도의 도입에 관한 소고

Incidents involving mass production, investment, and consumption victims are growing more frequent modern social structure. As a result of such phenomena, the number of similar types of damage inflict by a corporate or a specific person are rapidly increasing. However, the cost of monetary and human resources and time is too high for an individual to take legal measures against these types of damages; hence many nations are looking for new ways to efficiently resolve disputes in addition to traditional litigation procedures. The most notable examples of legislation are Class Action of U.S. and Verbandsklage of Germany. Similar move has been found in South Korea; Securities-Related Class Action based on Securities-Related Class Action Act on the stock market with regards to class action has been in place since 2005; Consumer Association Lawsuit was introduced as part of Framework Act on Consumers with regards to Verbandsklage and Personal Information Association Lawsuit based on Personal Information Protection Act were introduced in 2008 and 2011 respectively. Demand for collective dispute resolution such as the aforementioned has triggered Germany to look beyond Verbandsklage and to consider adopting Class Action from U.S. The legislation of KapMug in 2005 maintained the principle of individualism of Germany’s Civil Procedure while providing an independent resolution method different from collective dispute resolution of other nations. Similar to this procedure, U.S has adopted Multidistrict Litigation to prevent discovery overlap and contradiction during pretrial proceedings when multiple litigations that share common questions of fact. This study will briefly explore Securities-Related Class Action, Consumer Association Lawsuit, and Personal Information Association Lawsuit, which are recognized in South Korea, then will investigate Germany’s Musterverfahren and U.S.’ Multidistrict Litigation in depth in order to study new collective dispute resolution to resolve multiple litigations with common questions of fact in prompt and economical manner without contradiction. Nevertheless, this study did not include discussion on U.S’ Class Action and Germany’s Verbandsklage as there has been sufficient study and discussion on them.

Ice-Templated Conducting Polymers: The Role of Crystallinity of Ice Surface

Conducting polymers have widely studied over the past decades owing to their high electrical conductivity and low-cost synthesis. Ice-templated approach was recently established as a facile method to prepare high-conductivity two-dimensional polymers, but the role of crystallinity of ice surface on the physicochemical properties of ice-templated conducting polymers remain elusive. In this study, we investigate the effects of ice crystallinity on the crystallinity and conductivity of ice-templated conducting polymers. For this, PEG-based oncotic agents were employed to control the crystallinity of ice systematically. Interestingly, the crystallinity of ice-templated conducting polymers bears a close resemblance to that of ice. This indicates molecular packing of conducting polymer chains is affected by the crystallinity of the underlying ice substrate. It was further revealed that highly localized polarons of conducting polymers decreased when synthesized on low-crystalline ice surface.

Dentin Matrix Block의 치조골 복원 능력에 관한 임상적 연구

In the oral and maxillofacial area, bone defects are created by various reasons and demand for bone grafts, while dental implant implantation has been increased consistently. To solve these problems, there has been development of autogenous tooth-bone graft material (AutoBT$^{(R)}$, Korea Tooth Bank Co., Korea), and we have collected ground reasons to substitute free autobone graft with this material in clinical use. This autogenous tooth-bone graft material is produced in powder type and block type. Block type is useful in esthetic reconstruction of the defect site and vertical and horizontal augmentation of alveolar bone because this type has high strength value, well maintained shape and is less absorbed. Therefore, the author of this study gained favorable result by grafting the block type autogenous tooth-bone graft material after dental implant implantation on the bone defects of the mandibular molar extraction site. Moreover, the author represents this case with literature review after confirming bone remodeling on the computed tomography image and by histological analysis.

<의형제>의 환상, <경계도시 2>의 실재, 어느 쪽이 우리를 즐겁게 하는가?

박찬욱의 <공동경비구역 JSA>와 장훈의 <의형제>는 남한사람과 북한사람의 우 정을 소재로 해서 모두 흥행에 성공했다. 그런데 2000년 영화 <공동경비구역 JSA> 는 금지된 우정의 결과 주인공들이 모두 비극적인 최후를 맞이했지만, 2010년 영 화 <의형제>는 해피엔딩으로 끝난다. <JSA>의 남한병사 이수혁과 북한군인 오경필 이 끝내 다시 만날 수 없었던 것은 그것의 현실적인 실현 가능성에 따른 무의식 차원에서 작동하는 레드 콤플렉스 때문이 아니었을까? 국민의 정부 시대였던 2000 년은 그 어느 때보다 남북한의 화해무드가 급물살을 탔던 시기였다. 따라서 이수혁 과 오경필이 여기서는 어렵다 해도 제3국에서 다시 만나 의형제가 되는 게 그렇게 불가능한 현실은 아니었다. 그렇다면 <의형제>의 마지막 장면에서, 남한의 전직 국 정원 요원 이한규와 북한의 전직 간첩 송지원이 의형제가 되어 행복한 가족여행을 떠난다는 판타지는 역설적으로 현실에서의 완전 불가능성을 말하고 있는 것이 아 닐까? 다시 말해서 그로부터 10년 후, 이명박 정권 시대의 최악의 남북 관계에서, 이한규와 송지원의 의형제 관계는 불가능한 현실이다. <의형제>는 환상을 통해 그 불가능성을 역설적으로 드러낸다. 가능한 것이 불가능으로 금지될 때 잠복해있던 레드 콤플렉스가 가시화되었다면, 불가능한 것이 가능성으로 전시될 때 명백한 레 드 콤플렉스는 마치 없는 것처럼 감춰지면서 현실을 기만한다. <의형제>보다 한 달 정도 늦게 개봉(2010년 3월 18일) 한 홍형숙의 <경계도시 2>는 송두율의 귀국에서 출국까지의 수난 과정을 기록한 다큐멘터리이다. <의형 제>에서 환상을 통해 지우려했던 실재가 실존 인물을 다룬 영화를 통해 적나라하 게 드러나 있다. 37년 만에 귀국한 송두율 교수는 ‘북한의 권력서열 23위, 노동당 정치국 후보위원 김철수’이자 ‘해방 이후의 최대 간첩’이라는 혐의로 국정원의 조사 를 받고 구속되어 재판을 받은 다음 결국 독일로 떠나갔다. 이 과정에서 송두율에 게 가해진 마녀사냥식의 ‘집단적 가학성’은 르네 지라르의 ‘집단적 선동의 박해’의 전형이었다. 결국 송두율은 ‘균형감 있는 경계인으로 살기위해 노동당에서 탈당하 고, 대한민국 헌법을 준수하고, 독일 국적을 포기하겠다’고 선언하기에 이르렀다. 엄존하는 분단의 역사 앞에서, 강고한 국가보안법 체제 앞에서, 양자택일을 강요하 133 는 좌우의 이데올로기 앞에서, 보수와 진보의 권력 앞에서, 기득권에 종속된 언론 의 광기 앞에서, 집단이 개인에 우선하는 운동의 논리 앞에서, 송두율은 무릎을 꿇 었다. 이 모든 것을 관통하는 막강한 레드 콤플렉스 앞에서 경계인으로 살고자했던 한 학자는 처참하게 무너져 내렸다. 그럼에도 <의형제>에는 국가보안법의 흔적조 차 찾아볼 수 없다. 국가보안법의 존재를 필사적으로 지우기 위한 환상극장은 필연 적으로 무리한 해피엔딩에 도달할 수밖에 없었던 것은 아닐까? 영화의 환상 속에 서 모든 것은 남의 일이며 우리는 안전한 것만 같다. 심지어 그들을 비행기에 태워 서(봉인해) 보내버렸기 때문에 더욱 안심이 된다. 그럼에도 그 결말이 무언가 지나 치게 과잉으로 넘쳐흐른다고 의심을 할 때, 완벽한 해피엔딩의 이미지에서 무언가 얼룩을 발견해낼 때, ‘이 세상에 희생물이 들끓고 있다’는 르네 지라르의 주장이 2010년, 한국사회의 우리들에게로 귀환해온다. The Fantasy in The Secret Reunion Or the Real in The Border City 2, Which One Gives Us the Pleasure? Kim, Kyoung-wook Part-time Lecturer, Korean National University of Arts Park Chan-Wook's J.S.A.:Joint Security Area(2000) and Jang Hun's The Secret Reunion(2010) deal with friendship between South Korean and North Korean. Both of two films had box office success. But JSA results of a forbidden friendship that all tragic heroes can't meet last, but The Secret Reunion ends with a happy ending. The tragedy of JSA displays unconscious level of the Red Complex. Otherwise the happy ending of The Secret Reunion covers up the distinct Red Complex. The Secret Reunion's last scene is that the South Korean National Intelligence Service of the former agent and the former North Korean spy meet with their family in the plane and go to fantasy trip. I think that the ending paradoxically talk about it's complete impossibility in 2010. In other words, 10 years later from 2000, under Lee Myung-Bak government, North and South Korea relations are getting worse. So the ending is an impossible reality. About a month later(March 18, 2010) than the opening The Secret Reunion, Hong Hyung-Sook's documentary film The Border City 2 was released. The film deals with Song Du-Yul, a philosophy professor in Germany. In 2003, Song Du-Yul decides to go back to his homeland after spending thirty-seven years in Germany. Within a week after crossing the border, his reputation falls from a respected global political figure to an infamous communist spy. During a long 135 trial, he was arrested and held in custody. Through it all live on the mighty Red Complex and the National Security Law on the junction in front of a scholar who fell apart with extreme pain. This throws Korean society into turmoil and brings a big conflict between the Conservative and the Progressive parties. In the process, the film reveals ‘the real’. Nevertheless The Secret Reunion presents a fantasy screen with a happy ending. If the image of ending is too perfect to believe, or if there is a some stains that you find out, then René Girard's claim that the world filled with sacrifices, returns Korean society in 2010.
