닭 膵島細胞의 微細構造 , 특히 顆粒形成과 粉筆樣式에 관한 形態學的 硏究
白泳基 전북대학교 농업과학기술연구소 1975 農大論文集 Vol.6 No.-
Electron microscopic observations were made on the A-, B- and D-cells of the pancreatic islets of the domestic fowl and the morphological evidence of the secretion in these cells were elucidated. The A·cells are oval or pylamidal in shape, and characterized by the presence of dense spherical granules (diameter 300"600 mμ) . The granules are very dense spherical in form, but in high magni-fication they appear irregular or serrated edges. The granules are enclosed in a limited membrane that is separated from the granules by a halo (narrow clear zone) .The B-cells are oval or columnar in shape, and characterized by the presence of Peculiar types of granule (diameter 350"950 mμ) which is extremly variable in size, shape and density. Most granules appear as ring shaped, bar or needle-shaped crystalloids; these are enclosed in a limited membrane. The D-cells are polygonal in shape and characterized by the presence of less electron dense spherical granules (diameter. 300~700 mμ). Morphological findings indicate that the A-, B- and D-granules are produced in the Golgi apparatus and these granules may be changed from small, dense, spherical form to characterized A-, B- and D-granules respectively. A few of secretory A-, B- and D-granules occur on the cell membrane with indications of release by emiocytosis.
