The authors report A Case of Gilles de la Tourette's Syndrome seen in 20 years old man. The manifesting syndromes were controlled with Neuroleptics(Perphenazine, Chlorpromazine), Meprobamate and regular psychiatric interview on the basis of hospitalized. The several literiture are reviewed and clinical aspects of this syndrome are discussed.

The following conclusions were drawn from the studies: 1) The total average Complain Index was 25. 35: Infantry men’s was 23.69 and WAC’s 27.36. 2) As to the educational level: Infantry man’s Complain Index was 24.92 and WAC’s Complain Index was 26. 26. The A-L and M-R values were both increased in all categories of dropout case of man, but little defference was evident in the values in woman category. 3) As to the age: No significant result was drawn from the in fan try man group, but the Complain index of the 21 years age group of women was 31.08 which is a relatively high value that implies some connection to their somatic and psychic states in that age developmental period. 4) As to the rank: compl ain Index was relatively high among lower ranks of man and wo men, when their adaptability to army life was well established. 5) As to the term of service: In the case of women psychiccomplaints were much more evident than somatic complaints during their early period of adaptation to army life and in A-L and M-R values both sexes registered higher values in their early army life. It was interesting to note that A-L and M-R values were temporarily higher in the group of man with 32 to 40 monthes of remaining service period compared to those being discharged. However, no change was evident in A-L and M-R valus in women category.
