土地開發利益還收硏究에 못지 않게 중요한 것이 바로 土地開發補償에 關한 硏究 및 政策課題摸索이라 할 수 있다. 왜냐하면 土地開發利益을 還收하면서 反面에 土地開發損失을 補償하지 않는다면 衡平性에 어긋날 뿐만 아니라 不合理하며 나아가 不當하다는 論理가 성립되기 때문이다. 따라서 本論文은 土地開發損失補償에 關한 硏究 및 政策課題摸索의 重要性에 立脚하여 우선 土地開發損失補償에 關한 理論學說을 吟味檢討하고 아울러 그에 關한 本質 및 基本性格을 究明定立하며 또한 合理的이며 客觀的인 政策課題를 摸索함에 目的을 두고 있을 뿐만 아니라 本硏究結果가 이 分野의 硏究와 實務에 關與하고 있는 學者 및 政策立案者 그리고 實務者들에게 理論과 實際面에서 많이 寄與케 됨을 目的으로 하고 있다.
農業機械의 共同利用體制의 發展方案 : 農機械銀行制導入에 關한 方案硏究를 中心으로 With Special Refernce to Farm Machinery Ring in Korea

The purpose of this paper is attempt to find out the contents in implementing of farm machinery ring in Korea. The Study results are summarized as follows. Firstly, the determinental factor between normal operation districts of farm machinery and abnormal operation districts of that is almostly based on size of total scale of farmer household on utilization base. Secondly, the determinental factor between normal operation and abnormal operation is based on whole operation such as planting pest control, harvesting process or partial operation on utilization base. Thirdly, degree of utilization is higher in the large size of farmers than the small size of farmers. Fourth, degree of utilization by farm machinery ring is higher in women and older age group than young ar active age group. Fifth, degree of recognization for farm machinery ring is higher in status of normal operation districts than abnormal operation districts. Sixth, degree of participation is also higher in the normal operation districts than the abnormal operation districts. Seventh, degree of satisfaction is higher status in the normal operation disturcts than the abnormal operation districts. Lastly, farm machinery proference in farm machinery ring is based on the transplanting machine in first priority, the combine in second priority, and power tiller in third priority.

The purpose of this study is to review the development process and characteristics of ?? as a tenatn's permanent ownership right under land tenure system during the later period of Rhee Dynasty. Findings of the historicaly reviewed study are summarized as follows. First, ?? was resulted from rewards for tenant's labor input based on river and water bank construction and reclamation development projects. Second, ?? was characterized on permisson of sale or purchase, mortgaje and heritage without landlord's agreement. Third, ?? was developed under tenant's cultivation land as a sort under-level land ownership against landlord strongly. Fourth, ?? system was excluded and neglected under the capitalistic land ownership project during Japanese colonial rule.

Migration Policy related to Korean Tenant Farmers caried out under the following facts and purpose 1) Migration policy related to Korean tenant farmers carried out under compulsory migration pattern for the purpose of Settlement of Japanese landlords and farmers in Korea. 2) Korean tenant farmer's migration was performed by trying to promote the living standards of themselves. 3) Korean tenant farmer's migration was carried out under migration Korea into Japan, China as well as Russia countries. 4) Korean tenant farmer's migiration was performed by selecting rural migration in country or in foreign countries because of the extreme worse condition of rural economy under Japanese colonial Rule 5) Korean famers themselves were forced to be turned into mining labores and wage labores in migration city area as well as shash or burn farmers at migration areas.
