The thermal properies of the pure linen fabrics available in the market and linen blended woven fabrics were measured at the moisture content of 0%, 20%, 40% and 60% using KES-F7 system(Thermo labo II type). The experimental properties were statistically analyzed by the rate of water absorbent. The main results were as follows; There is a positive correlation between the thermal insulation value(TIV) and thickness of pure linen fabrics and linen blended woven fabrics by water absorption. Whereas an negative correlation exists between the TIV and cover factor. There is a high positive correlation among the thermal conductivity(k), thickness and weight of pure linen fabrics and linen blended woven fabrics by water absorption. Wherase a high negative correlation exist between the k and air permeability(Ap). There is a high positive correlation between the feeling of warmth/coldness and bulk density of pure linen and linen blended woven fabrics by water absorption. Wherase a high negative correlation exists between the feeling of warmth/coldness and porosity. There is a negative correlation between TIV and q_max of pure linen fabrics and ilnen blended woven fabrics. The higher the rate of water absorbent, the lower the TIV. This means that TIV decreases by water absorption. As for the thermal property by rate of water absorbent q_max and k increase by water absorption and reach max-value at 60% rate of water absorbent. The TIV decreases by water absorption and has +value at 0% rate of water absorbent, whereas it has -value with a feeling of coldness at 20%, 40%, and 60% rate of water absorbent
디지털 헬스케어를 위한 비침습적 암 조기 진단 기술의 개발과 전망

치료 중심에서 예방 및 예후관리로 헬스케어 서비스가 변화하면서 디지털 헬스케어 기술이 지속적으로 발전하고 있다. 최근에는 코로나19 팬데믹 상황에서 의료체계에 부담이 가중되면서 재택 치료자에 대한 원격진료가 급속히 확산됨에 따라 비대면 진단 기술에 대한 관심이 더욱 높아지고 있다. 본고에서는 디지털 헬스케어 서비스를 위한 비침습 진단 기술에 대하여 알아보고, 향후 발전 가능성이 높은 비침습적으로 암을 조기에 진단하는 기술의 개발 동향과 전망을 알아본다.

On the whole the various medium colors were developed by repeat dyeing with different colorants after dyeing with one colorant in case of natural dyeing. In this study, however in order to obtain various colors on silk fabrics with natural dyes, pre-mordanting and combination dyeing were carried out. Metal compounds containing alum, copper and iron were used for pre-mordants. Gardenia and Sappan wood were used as colorants for combination dyeing. In combination dyeing of Gardenia and Sappan wood, these two natural colorants showed good miscibility in dye bath. The various colors were obtained according to various metal compounds for pre-mordants and various mixing portion of Gardenia and Sappan wood.

This study was carried out to investigate combination dyeing of the cationized cotton with natural colorants extracted from Gardenia and Sappan wood extract using methanol. To improve dyeing properties of cotton with natural dye, cotton fabric was pretreated with cationizing agent containing chlorohydrine group in aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide. On the whole the various medium colors were developed by repeat dyeing with different colorants after dyeing with one colorant in case of natural dyeing. In this study, however in order to obtain various colors on cationized cotton fabrics with natural dyes, pre-mordanting and combination dyeing were carried out. The various colors were obtained according to various metal compounds for pre-mordants and various mixing portion of Gardenia and Sappan wood. Metal compounds containing alum, copper and iron were used for pre-mordants.

Gardenia and Sappan wood used as natural colorants for combination dyeing showed good miscibility in dye bath. Metal compounds containing alum, cop-per and iron were used for pre-mordants. The various medium colors such as yellow-red were obtained according to various metal compounds for pre-mordants and various mixing portion of these natural colorants. The surface reflactance spectra and color characteristics of wool fabrics by mordanting and combination dyeing were investigated.
코로나19 바이러스와 같은 감염병 검사를 위한 바이오 진단 기술의 연구동향

최근 전 세계가 코로나19 팬데믹을 겪으면서 감염병 진단키트는 필수적으로 매우 많은 나라에서 사용되게 되었다. 특히 우리나라가 이 진단키트를 신속하게 개발하여 사용하고 여러나라에 수출하면서 국내의 바이오 진단 기술이 많은 관심을 갖게 되었다. 본고에서는 지난 10여년간의 국내 바이오 진단 개발 사례를 중심으로 이번 코로나19 진단의 성공을 이끈 연구동향에 대해 살펴본다.

In the present work, dyeing properties of the diethylaminoethylated cotton(DEAE- cotton), quaternarization of DEAE-cotton(QAE-cotton) were studied with the aim of improving dyeability to direct dyestuffs by aminization of cotton fabric. DEAE-cotton was prepared by reacting the cotton with 2-diethylaminoethylchlolide hydro chloride (DEAEC)in presence of an aldali. QAE-cotton was perpared by reacting DEAE-cotton with methliodide/ethanol(10v/v%) at boiling temperature under reflux condition. Dyeing of untreated, allkali treated and aminated cottons were performed according to the convential exhaustion or thermofixation method. Dyeing properties were discussed by the value of color strength(K/S) and CIELAB system.
