In this paper, the accuracy of work-pieces of machine tool has been described about. The factors affecting the accuracy of work-pieces are as follows; accuracy of machine tool itself, shape of work-pieces and cutting edge, materials and size of work-pieces, property and quantity of cutting fluids, operation method and skill of workman, and workmanship, etc. There are other factors to be censidered especially such as toll wearing and roughness of cutting edge.

It is the phenomenon that the whole automatic plane grinding plate has been demanded of suher minute degree of manufacturing rather than that of past. Once the grinding cycle has been started, the whole automatic system plane grinding plate which can not be interuened by any workes has been demanded of consideration more than ever for both the machine and the specialist working on. with paying much attention to this tendency the proflems on super minute grinding based on the automatic plane grinding plate for general use have been mentioned.

There were many studies the optimalization of machining operation condition, these studies were mainly take the precision as the estimating object. In this paper, using the results of these studies, took the surface roughness as the estimating object. 1) In machining, the surface roughness of work piece is more improved with the greater velocity and the optimal velocity is the velocity which maximize the production rate. 2) Wear loss of tool becomes greater with the great of increment of cutting force. 3) The greater the cutting velocity, the smaller the cutting force become and the greater the feed, the greater the cutting force become. Therefore to improve surface roughness, less amount of feeding is favorable. 4) To obtain a certain grade of surface roughness effectively, it is necessary to select a standard tool, standardizing the cutting conditions and to remove the heat generated in working.

이상과 같은 계산에서의 d가 V_5의 속도로 소요유량을 통과시킬 수 있는가를 검삼해 보면 된다. 그러나, 이와 같은 계산에 의한 설계만이 pump를 완성할 전요소는 아니고, 검산이 끝난 수치와 모양에 따른 공작상의 제반사항도 고려되어야 한다. (즉 velocity가 pressure head로 변화하는 수로는 물의 유속이 최대인 곳이므로, 가능한 한 마찰을 적게 하는 원활가공을 해야 할 점, 또는, guide vane을 단일형으로 만들기보다는 다름을 고려하여 두 개로서 분할결합 시키는 등) 기외 사용되는 액체에 따라 재료를 선정하는 점. casing은 철강, vane은 인청동 등을 참작하여 완결해야겠지만, 여기서는 이론적인 설계계산에 따른 검산에서 그쳤음을 밝혀 둔다.
