도상안정제에 의한 고속선 교량상 궤도틀림 저감 효과 분석

자갈도상 궤도인 경부고속철도 1단계 서울-동대구 구간에서 개통 이후 궤도검측결과와 보수작업 이력을 분석한 결과 토공, 교량, 터널 중 궤도틀림이 가장 빈번하게 발생하는 구간인 교량구간에서의 궤도틀림 원인분석과 저감방안에 대한 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 교량상판 신축부 거동에 따른 도상자갈이완에 대한 저감대책으로 제시되고 있는 여러 방법 중 도상안정제 살포 방법에 의한 궤도틀림 저감 효과를 살포개소별 보수이력과 궤도검측 결과를 바탕으로 살포 전·후의 보수작업주기를 비교·분석하였다. From the investigation of analysis results on the track inspection and maintenance history of the Kyungbu high speed line (First phase) from Seoul to Dongdaegu, it was found that the track irregularity most frequently occurs on the bridge zone among the subgrage, bridge and tunnel zones. Therefore, the reduction strategies of the track irregularity in the bridge expansion joint zone are an important issue in the ballasted track on the high speed railway bridge. Among the many methods which are suggested as a countermeasure to reduce the looseness of ballast gravels according to the expansion behavior of the bridge expansion joint, the effects of the spray of ballast stabilizer on the reduction of the track irregularity are investigated in this study. A comparative analysis on the intensity of the maintenance work is conducted based on the history of the track inspection and maintenance work.
교량신축부에서의 궤도틀림 저감을 위한 활동체결구 및 침목결속 효과

In recent time the cause analysis and the reduction of the track irregularity have become the most important issue in the ballasted track on the high-speed railway bridge. This is because that the frequency of the maintenance work at the bridge expansion joint zone is on the rise. The track irregularity on the railway bridge starts at the end of the bridge-deck and spreads along the bridge. Due to the dynamic vibration and the thermal expansion of the bridge the compaction of the ballast gravel on the bridge expansion joint zone become loose and then the progress of the track irregularity result from the train-induced dynamic impact is accelerating further. Among the several options for reducing the track irregularity on the bridge expansion joint zone the application and efficiency of the zero longitudinal restraint(ZLR) and tied sleeper are investigated in this paper. Field test construction has been conducted then the progress of the track irregularity and the frequency of the maintenance work are analyzed before and after the filed test construction. Of the two methods it is shown that the installation of the ZLR seems to be better than the tied sleeper.

경부고속철도 1단계 구간은 장대터널 3개소를 제외하고 모두 자갈도상궤도로 건설되었다. 고속열차의 주행과 자갈도상궤도의 특성으로 인하여 개통 초기부터 유지보수 비용이 발생하고 있다. 특히 자갈궤도는 다른 환경적인 영향도 많이 받으며, 잦은 궤도틀림이 발생하여 이로 인한 추가적인 유지보수가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 궤도틀림에 영향을 미치는 환경요인을 분석하는 기초연구로써 계절변화에 따른 궤도품질 변화를 살펴보았다. The ballast track was constructed in full operation line excpet of 3 long tunnels in Gyeongbu - high speed railway 1st stage section. Due to the characteristics of operation of vehicle and ballast track, the track maintenance cost has been disbursed from beginning of the opening. Especially, the ballast track is considerably influenced by other environmental effects and requires additional maintenance owing to the occurrence of the frequent track irregularity. In this study, the variation of track quality was observed according to seasonal variation as a basic research for analyzing the effect of environmental factor on track irregularity.

The continuous welded rail(CWR) track without the rail expansion joint has many advantages over the conventional track in a variety of fields including the speed-up and the ride comport. However due to the excessive axial force in the CWR and the track-bridge interactive behavior inevitably the rail expansion joint must be installed at the vulnerable zone such as the bridge end zone etc. In this rail expansion joint zone the frequency of the maintenance work to repair the track irregularity is on the rise. This is because that the creep of the sleeper is occurred in the moveable zone of the rail expansion joint. In this study among the several options for reducing the track irregularity on the rail expansion joint zone the application and efficiency of the tied sleeper is investigated. Field test construction has been conducted then the progress of the track irregularity and the frequency of the maintenance work are analyzed before and after the filed test construction.
고속철도교 신축부의 진동 및 신축의 효율적인 저감 방안

Thermal expansion which occurs at the high speed rail joint is proportional to the free length from the point of fixity. This thermal expansion behaves similar to free expansion because the girder longitudinal stiffness is much larger than longitudinal resistance of rail pads. But the longitudinal displacement in the long rail is nominal because the longitudinal support condition of the girder is normally MFM(movable-fix-movable) system. Due to these girder expansion characteristics there is longitudinal relative displacement at the rail pad and rail fastener spring which connects rail and girder. If the relative displacement between rail and girder is beyond the elastic limit for the rail pad rail fastener system shall be applied using sliding fastener to prevent rail pad damage and fastener separation resulting from slip. On the other hand train vertical vibration and tilting can occur due to the lack of fastener vertical force if the sliding fastener is applied at the girder joint. In the high speed rail bridge vibration can occur due to the spring stiffness of the elastomeric bearing also both vertical downward and upward displacement can occur. The elastomeric bearing vertical movement can cause rail displacement and finally the stability of the ballast is reduced because the gravel movement is induced.
KTX 운행현황을 고려한 고속선 레일 연마 기준 정립에 대한 연구

The importance of maintenance of rail surface defects is increasing more according to the KTX operation. That is because during high speed operation of rolling stock, rail surface defects may cause shortened fatigue life of rail, acceleration of track degradation and reduced ride comfort. The paper was intended to study the establishment of rail grinding criteria of high-speed railway lines considering the KTX operation circumstances. For this, the specimens of UIC 60 rail on Kyeong-Bu high-speed operation lines were collected and they were analyzed for metallographic structure and tested for the hardness. By analyzing the test results to the factors affecting the RCF causing the defects of rail surface, the study suggested the rail grinding criteria of the domestic high speed railway lines. As the factors affecting RCF, passing tonnage, running speed and track condition are considered.
