      • Weak Connection Edges Independent Discriminant of Rapid Spanning Tree Recommendation of Social Network Community

        Aiming at the problem of low accuracy and high computational complexity of the traditional social network community recommendation algorithm, a rapid spanning tree detection algorithm is proposed to independently discriminate social network community with the weak connected edge, in order to improve the accuracy of community recommendation and reduce the complexity of algorithm. Firstly, according to the characteristics of social network community recommendation, the maximum spanning tree algorithm is proposed, which is based on the edge weight distribution node similarity, to realize the effective detection of social network community. Secondly, for the proposed algorithm having the problems of repeated adding and deleting of weakly connected edges and the waste of computing resources, a rapid spanning tree detection algorithm based on the independent discrimination of weakly connected edge is proposed so as to further improve the calculation efficiency of the algorithm. Lastly, the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by comparing the experimental results in the standard test database.

        Effect of Mixed Solvents on the Structure and Properties of PLLA/PDLA Electrospun Fibers

        The electrospinning of poly(L-lactic acid)/poly(D-lactic acid) (PLLA/PDLA) microfiber membranes were carriedout with dichloromethane (DCM), DCM/ethanol, DCM/acetone, DCM/hexane as the spinning solvent. Scanning electronmicroscope observation showed that the electrospun fiber obtained using DCM/ethanol (L/D-DE) mixed solvent washomogeneous without visible bead, which was better than any others. Moreover, plenty of pores could be found on thesurface of the fibers obtained using the mixed solvents. The porous structure of fibers was significantly influenced by theethanol (non-solvent) content. When the DCM/ethanol was 50:10 (v/v), the fibers were uniform and had isolated pores. XRDand DSC results indicated that the exclusive stereocomplex poly(lactide acid) (sc-PLA) crystallites without anyhomocrystallites poly(lactide acid) (hc-PLA) did form in all types of fibers. The crystallinity of sc-PLA in the L/D-DE fiberwas higher than other samples due to the slowest evaporation rate. TGA test further indicated that the thermal stabilities ofPLLA/PDLA electrospun fibers were slightly better than the PLLA. Furthermore, L/D-DE had the excellent mechanicalproperties and underwent the course of ductile fracture. Possible mechanisms accounting for the morphologies and tensileproperties were also proposed in this study.

        上市公司红利分配行为的监管

        상장회사의 현금 실물、 부채、 주식배당、주식매입등 이윤 분배 형식은 주주의실제 효과에 근거하여 적극적인 분배、소극적인 분배、준분배 및 반사형 분배 등으로나뉜다. 부동한 분배 형식에 따라 규범정책을 구분하여야 하고, 적극적인 현금 이익분배는 격려 및 인도하고, 실물 이익분배 및 부채 이익분배 규범등 소극적인 이익분배는 규법해야 하며, 사기를 금지하는 각도에서 배당금 제한 준배당금 분배 및 회사의주식매입의 반사형 분배하다. 지금 수정중 중국 증권법의 규정 중에 상장회사는 정관에 현금 배당의 계획 및 책략을 구체적으로 기재하는 방식을 통하여 회사 배당을 규범할 것을 요구한다. 비록 입법은 일정한 진보는 있지만, 실물 부채、주식배분、주직매입 등 분배에 여전히 부족한 점이 있다. According to the practical effects to stockholders, the forms of listed company's distribution could be classified as positive distribution, negative distribution, analogous distribution as well as reflecting distribution. It is indispensable to build regulation strategy discriminatively aiming to distinguishing types of distribution; to encourage the positive distribution of cash dividends, regulate the negative distribution of distribution in kind or debt, prohibit the analogous distribution of stock dividend, and forbid stock repurchase. The Securities Law in revision tends to regulate profit distribution by requiring the listed company to stipulate dividend plan and decision-making process in the articles of association. Although the legislation makes progress, the regulation of distribution in kind or debt, stock dividend and stock repurchase is not enough. 对于现金、实物与负债、送股、回购等上市公司利润分配形式,依据对股东的实际效果可分为积极分配、消分配、类分配及反射型分配等类型。应针对不同分配形式建立区分规范策略,引导和鼓励现金分红的积极分配,规范实物分红与负债分红等的消极分配,从禁止欺诈的角度限制股利股利的类分配以及公司回购的反射型分配。正在修订的中国证券法拟通过要求上市公司在章程中明确现金分红的具体安排和决策程序的方式来规范分红行为,立法虽然有进步,但对实物、负债、送股、回购等分配行为依然缺乏规范。

        동남아시아 무예의 세계화 과정 탐색

        본 연구는 동남아시아 무예의 현황을 분석하여 스포츠화된 배경과 세계화 과정을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 살펴본 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째 동남아시아 무예의 유형은 말레이 군도(말레이시아, 브루나이, 싱가폴, 인도네시아)에 고루 분포되어 있는 공통적인 무예인 실랏이 펜캇실랏(Pencak Silat)으로 국제적인 지위를 확보하고 있으며, 본토(태국, 베트남, 캄보디아, 미얀마)를 중심으로는 ‘무에이’와 같은 입식타격형태의 무예가 있다. 둘째, 동남아시아 무예의 국제적 지위는 무에타이가 IOC인증종목이면서 WMC종목과 국제대학스포츠연맹의 챔피온쉽과 월드컵 그룹의 종목으로 채택되어 있다. 하지만 동아시안게임과 아시안게임 종목으로는 불안정한 상태이다. 펜칵실랏의 경우는 동아시안게임으로 안정되어 있으나 아시안게임과 WMC종목은 불안정한 상태이며, 아르니스는 아시아 지역에서도 불안정한 상태이다. 셋째, 동남아시아는 서구식민지와 서구스포츠문화의 유입으로 인해 경기화에 있어서는 적합한 환경이었다. 그러나 무예가 서구문화의 대항적 소재로 성장해 세계화에 있어서는 무에타이를 제외하고는 동남아 지역에서 벗어나지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 동남아시아무예의 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해서는 동남아시아 국가들의 무예경기에 대한 네트워크를 구축해야 하며, 기존 국제적 지위를 확보한 유도와 태권도의 벤치마킹이 필요한 시점이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the current status of Southeast Asian martial arts, and to explore the background of sporting and the process of globalization, and the conclusions are as follows. First, the type of Southeast Asian martial arts is Pencak Silat, a common martial art distributed evenly in the Malay Archipelago (Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, and Indonesia), which has secured international status and secured international status on the mainland (Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, In Myanmar), there are stand-up strike-type martial arts such as 'Muay'. Second, as for the international status of Southeast Asian martial arts, Muay-Thai is an ARISF sport and has been adopted as an event in the WMC official martial arts, the FISU's championship and the World Cup group. However, the SEA Games and Asian Games events are unstable. In the case of Pencak Silat, the SEA Games are stable, but the Asian Games and WMC events are unstable, and Arnis is also unstable in the Asian region. Third, Southeast Asia was a suitable environment for economic development due to the influx of Western colonialism and Western sports culture. However, martial arts have grown as a counter-material to Western culture, and in globalization, with the exception of Muay-Thai, they are not active and cannot escape from locality. In order for Southeast Asian martial arts to overcome this, it is necessary to establish a network for the martial arts competitions of Southeast Asian countries, and it is time to benchmark Judo and Taekwondo, which have secured existing world sports.

        Composite action of concrete-filled double circular steel tubular stub columns

        This paper presents a combined numerical, experimental, and theoretical study on the behavior of the concrete-filled double circular steel tubular (CFDT) stub columns under axial compressive loading. Four groups of stub column specimens were tested in this study to find out the effects of the concrete strength, steel ratio and diameter ratio on the mechanical behavior of CFDT stub columns. Nonlinear finite element (FE) models were also established to study the stresses of different components in the CFDT stub columns. The change of axial and transverse stresses in the internal and external steel tubes, as well as the change of axial stress in the concrete sandwich and concrete core, respectively, was thoroughly investigated for different CFDT stub columns with the same steel ratio. The influence of inner-to-outer diameter ratio and steel ratio on the ultimate bearing capacity of CFDT stub columns was identified, and a reasonable section configuration with proper inner-to-outer diameter ratio and steel ratio was proposed. Furthermore, a practical formula for predicting the ultimate bearing capacity was proposed based on the ultimate equilibrium principle. The predicted results showed satisfactory agreement with both experimental and numerical results, indicating that the proposed formula is applicable for design purposes.

      • BRCA1 Gene Exon 11 Mutations in Uighur and Han Women with Early-onset Sporadic Breast Cancer in the Northwest Region of China

        The prevalence of BRCA1 gene mutations in breast cancer differs between diverse ethnic groups. Relatively little information is known about patterns of BRCA1 mutations in early-onset breast cancer in women of Uighur or Han descent, the major ethnic populations of the Xinjiang region in China. The aim of this study was to identify BRCA1 mutations in Uighur and Han patients with early-onset (age <35 years), and sporadic breast cancer for genetic predisposition to breast cancer. For detection of BRCA1 mutations, we used a polymerase chain reaction single-stranded conformation polymorphism approach, followed by direct DNA sequencing in 22 Uighur and 13 Han women with early-onset sporadic breast cancer, and 32 women with benign breast diseases. The prevalence of BRCA1 mutations in this population was 22.9% (8/35) among early-onset sporadic breast cancer cases. Of these, 31.8% (7/22) of Uighur patients and 7.69% (1/13) of Han patients were found to have BRCA1 mutations. In 7 Uighur patients with BRCA1 mutations, there were 11 unique sequence alterations in the BRCA1 gene, including 4 clearly disease-associated mutations on exon 11 and 3 variants of uncertain clinical significance on exon 11, meanwhile 4 neutral variants on intron 20 or 2. None of the 11 BRCA1 mutations identified have been previously reported in the Breast Cancer Information Core database. These findings reflect the prevalence of BRCA1 mutations in Uighur women with early-onset and sporadic breast cancer, which will allow for provision of appropriate genetic counseling and treatment for Uighur patients in the Xinjiang region.

        Modeling, Preparation, and Elemental Doping of Li<sub>7</sub>La<sub>3</sub>Zr<sub>2</sub>O<sub>12</sub> Garnet-Type Solid Electrolytes: A Review

        Recently, all-solid-state batteries (ASSBs) have attracted increasing interest owing to their higher energy density and safety. As the core material of ASSBs, the characteristics of the solid electrolyte largely determine the performance of the battery. Thus far, a variety of inorganic solid electrolytes have been studied, including the NASICON-type, LISICON-type, perovskite-type, garnet-type, glassy solid electrolyte, and so on. The garnet Li<sub>7</sub>La<sub>3</sub>Zr<sub>2</sub>O<sub>12</sub> (LLZO) solid electrolyte is one of the most promising candidates because of its excellent comprehensively electrochemical performance. Both, experiments and theoretical calculations, show that cubic LLZO has high room-temperature ionic conductivity and good chemical stability while contacting with the lithium anode and most of the cathode materials. In this paper, the crystal structure, Li-ion transport mechanism, preparation method, and element doping of LLZO are introduced in detail based on the research progress in recent years. Then, the development prospects and challenges of LLZO as applied to ASSBs are discussed.

      • Multiscale cooling technology for data centers

        Huge amount of heat is generated in data centers and it needs to be removed to outdoors through cooling equipment. In recent years the energy consumption and heat dissipation density of data centers increases sharply. The cooling technology of data centers has become a hot research focus. This article orderly introduces three types of cooling technologies in different scales and some relevant experiments are included. Besides, the energy consumption of each cooling technology is analyzed.
