Background: Early recognition and prompt intramuscular epinephrine administration are critical for the treatment of anaphylaxis. The special emergency medical service team (SEMST) is a reorganization plan that incorporates first-level emergency medical technicians (EMTs) and nurses from Korea to give the authority to administer epinephrine. This study evaluates the experience of SEMST and aims to investigate further needs in the pre-hospital management of anaphylaxis. Methods: An online survey of 29 questions on the Gangwon-do 119 EMST was conducted. IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 20.0 (IBM Co., Armonk, NY, USA) and R ver.4.0.3. were used for statistical analysis. Results: A total of 428 (44.6%) participants responded to the questionnaire, and 55.6% (238/428) experienced anaphylaxis. The common presumed cause was insect sting/animal bites at 84.5% (201/238), followed by food (7.6%, 18/238), and drugs (6.3%, 15/238). The frequency of occurrence was highest for tourist attractions (58.6%, 167/285), followed by homes (31.9%, 91/285) and workplace (3.5%, 10/285). Among 136 medical personnel (31.8%) who were currently active or had been active as the SEMST, 95 (70.0%) experienced anaphylaxis, and 58 (61.1%) used epinephrine, which was significantly lower in the nonSEMST group (n = 36, 25.2%). The biggest difficulty in pre-hospital treatment was the limitation of drug administration authority (23.4%, 22/95). The lack of experience and tricky treatment are the chief difficulties in pediatric anaphylaxis. The percentage of correct answers regarding anaphylaxis awareness was significantly higher in the educated (n = 374) than in the non-educated group (n = 54), both for diagnosis (24.9% vs. 11.1%) and treatment (73.5% vs. 37.0%). Conclusion: Proper administration of epinephrine is particularly important for pre-hospital anaphylaxis management in rural areas. Expanding SEMST and conducting periodic education using virtual experiences is necessary.

Fluidic self-assembly is attractive solution to overcome packaging and integration challenges. This paper shows a new method of fluidic self-assembly with bubble of drag force. We fabricated the Si wafer with Cu micro pattern of 650㎛ x 650㎛ using photo lithography. Solder balls are attached on the Cu micro pattern. In this experiments, we used the solder ball size of 400㎛, 500㎛ and 600㎛ to measure the effects of self-alignment and capillary force. Solder ball was made by Sn96.5/Ag3/Cu0.5. Experiment was carried out in the liquid GALDEN D40 at 230℃which is higher solder ball melting point. Capillary forces from molten solder ball can be used to bond micro-scale block (950㎛ x 950㎛) in a self-assembly process. Bubble made by tube size is 1mm and velocity is 0.11㎧.
한국어 종단형 음성인식 모델의 weight 평균 기법에 대한 ablation study

최근 딥러닝 기반 종단형 음성인식 모델 구조의 발전에 따라 큰 성능 향상이 있었으나, 훈련-테스트 불일치가 큰 경우 테스트 시에 성능 저하가 크다는 문제는 해결되지 않았다. 예측하지 훈련-테스트 불일치에도 강인한 모델을 만들기 위해서 훈련된 모델의 여러 epoch 별 weight 각각을 평균 내는 기법이 최근 제안되었으며, 이는 음성인식 분야에서도 좋은 성능을 보임이 선행연구를 통해 검증되었다. 본 논문에서는 weight 평균 기법의 적용 시 특정한 epoch 들을 선택하는 방법론에 따라 음성인식 글자오류율의 추이를 측정하였다. 한국어 음성 데이터에 대한 실험결과, 훈련-테스트 불일치가 큰 실시간 디코딩의 경우 최고선택법이, 불일치가 작은 비실시간 디코딩 시에는 최후선택법이 상대적으로 좋은 성능을 보임을 확인하였다.
Batch Normalization을 위한 향상된 Hardware 친화적 Quantization 기법

In this paper, a hardware friendly quantization for batch normalization is proposed. The previous quantization that batch normalization scale is folded into weight value is not compatible with general fixed bit multiplication hardware because the extension of the weight range causes inaccurate quantized value. In the proposed method, only weight values are quantized and the scale factors of weight quantization are folded into batch normalization so that the range of weights is not enlarged. As a result, the pixel accuracy is improved from 94.96% to 95.00% and the SQNR(Signal to Quantization Noise Ratio) for weights is also improved.
Co-diffusion of boron and phosphorus for ultra-thin crystalline silicon solar cells

<P>This paper reports the fabrication of crystalline silicon passivated emitter rear totally diffused (c-Si PERT) solar cells with ultra-thin p-type wafers 50 <I>µ</I>m in thickness. Co-diffusion of boron and phosphorus in a single rapid thermal processing cycle, and an Al spin-on glass post-curing process were developed to remove the boron rich layer which is detrimental to c-Si solar cells. Co-diffusion was carried out with spin-on diffusion sources using boric acid and a P spin on dopant for simple and cost-effective emitter and back surface field (BSF) formation processes. The fabricated ultra-thin c-Si PERT cell featured an open circuit voltage (V<SUB>oc</SUB>) of 0.575 V, a short circuit current density (J<SUB>sc</SUB>) of 35.8 mA cm<SUP>−2</SUP>, a fill factor of 0.725, and a power conversion efficiency of 15.0%. The efficiency has improved by 2% compared with the standard structure cell with Al-BSF using thin evaporated Al 2 <I>µ</I>m in thickness. Along with cell output parameters, the flexural strength and critical bending radius were measured by a four point bending test, and the results showed that the solar cells with thinner rear Al electrodes are more applicable for a flexible solar cell device.</P>
